Cow cheese

Hey friend,

According to Dr. Willet of Harvard’s School of Public Health…

You should NOT eat cow cheese if you want to keep your bones healthy and strong.

There are 3 shocking reasons why:

1. Cow cheese drains calcium from your bones.🦴

The proteins in cow cheese produce ACID when your stomach breaks them down.

And to neutralize and flush those nasty acids out…

Your kidneys have to use your OWN calcium in the process.

Meaning, every time you eat cow cheese, it sucks precious calcium that your bones desperately need!

This makes you prone to fractures and weakened knees, and you would be one fall away from a low quality of life.👩‍🦽

2. Cow cheese may increase the risk of fractures by a whopping 50%.🤕

The Nurses' Health Study evaluated dairy consumption and fracture risk in 72,337 post-menopausal women.

They found that women who ate more dairy were 1.5 times more likely to fracture their hips than women who consumed less.

3. Eating cow cheese may promote osteoporosis.♿

According to Stanford Medicine…

Countries like Japan, where much of the population avoids dairy products because of lactose intolerance…

They have the lowest rates of osteoporosis and bone fracture…

Interesting, right?

In conclusion…

If you want to keep your bones strong and prevent osteoporosis…

You must avoid cow cheese or any dairy products, especially if you’re 50 and above.

Wishing you good health,
