 FUTURE AND PAST

We have the firm conviction, and we feel this way, that time is a mighty river that pushes everything and everyone with the strength of the past towards the future, however, even if from the height of our sensorial conviction we affirm and structure our daily lives regarding this statement, it is no less true to say, and also to feel, that time is a mighty river that comes from the future and heads towards the past, constantly reinventing it.

We can live according to both beliefs, and still affirm, theoretically, that the only reality we have in relation to time is the present moment.

None of the statements exhaust what can be known about time, it will always be one step ahead of our convictions.

Today I will not try to solve this enigma here, but rather draw your attention to the reality of future time, which is always disregarded, since our civilization is based on the assertion that the current of time runs in the direction from past to future, and not the other way around. .

The future is as real and determining as the past, but we relate to the future in the same way we relate to our own soul, we sense its reality, but we are not completely convinced that this experience is as real as the past, about which we have the proofs that memory offers.

However, even memory can be given new meaning, after all, that is why psychological therapies exist and prove that the past is not more consistent than the future, which, in turn, to prove its reality, presents itself to us before it happens, as a premonition, for example, the times we start thinking about someone we are unlikely to meet, but over the course of the day or in a short time, the meeting happens.
