Suffering is not a virtue
Suffering is not a virtue, pain does not deserve shame, but neither does being exposed as a prize, something to brag about, and if it seems to you that no one would do that in their right mind, I warn you to remove that thought before you have to recognize that, even unconsciously, you also treat your suffering as a trophy, because that is the currency of human relationships, suffering and making people suffer.
Suffering is not a virtue, if for these inevitable things you experience suffering, do like wolves, temporarily isolate yourself until you heal your wounds by licking them in the darkness, and when you have something better to offer your group, return with your head crowned.
If you need help with your suffering, reach out and ask for it, avoid convincing yourself that people should guess your suffering.
Raising your voice is tempting to engage in dry and sterile discussions. Make sure this doesn't happen to you, because even if you have to argue with resistant people, raising your voice won't help.
