Subjective reality
Supposedly, wakefulness should be used for your consciousness to project itself into the objective world, and in this to fulfill tasks, commitments and pay the bills, while the time of sleep is to be used for your consciousness to withdraw into the subjective world, and act in it despite what it seems like to you. that everything is just a leap of imagination.
However, even when your consciousness should supposedly be all focused on the objective world during waking hours, it also reabsorbs itself and returns to subjectivity, engaging in imagination, daydreams and creative or destructive abstractions, while it seems that objectively there is only a robot carrying out tasks.
In the end, our consciousness spends much more time focused on subjectivity than on objectivity, and this says a lot about what reality is.
Take care of yourself before wanting to help anyone, and understand that this is not something selfish, it is just the fundamental need for you to be well, because only then can you transmit well-being to others. That's so.
