The act of reflecting
Reflection is the exercise of the mind flexing on itself to observe the nature of its own thoughts, it is a very sophisticated maneuver with consequences and side effects that range from lucidity to narcissism, covering all the nuances and tones between one extreme and the other.
We reflect all the time, and our reflections multiply by themselves, and it is common to lose control over them, since the maneuver of reflection is like placing mirrors facing each other, which multiply the images to infinity, and as we do not always reflect on substantial subjects, the tricks we mentally dedicate ourselves to are at serious risk of becoming colossal monsters, despite continuing to be tricks.
If we reflected on substantial matters, we could also make them grow and multiply.
Enter the depths of your soul in search of that peace that, in the external world, shines through its absence. In the inner world you will find refuge and hope, because there is the infinite light of Life.
