Everyone knows the Bill Hicks story about what happens whenever a new president is elected [in the United States]. He is called into an empty conference room to watch never-disclosed footage of the Kennedy assassination. The lights come up, and the only words spoken to the newly elected leader are, “Any questions?”
The message is clear. This is where we are as a civilization. And it’s time the people of this Earth wake up.
