Self-love is something like a type of substance that needs to be experienced in the right dose, because to a certain extent it is necessary and fundamental to move as humans between heaven and earth with physical and mental health, but if the dose is wrong, self-love becomes toxic and destructive, and what's more, it happens that, like everything else that happens in our civilization today, the trivialization of the concept leads people to believe that they would not be able to love others if they did not have self-love themselves, and that only after loving themselves would they achieve the feat of loving someone else.
And so, the dose of self-love allowed by those who believe in the trivialization of concepts is so toxic that it is confused with selfish self-centeredness full of self, convinced that there is nothing more to know in the universe than oneself.
And the recipe seems so right that no one realizes that its results are uncertain, firstly because loving others, despite needing a dose of self-love, also involves the exercise of going out of ourselves, overcoming, to discover someone, the selfish self-centeredness to which we dedicate ourselves most of the time.
Secondly, because self-love, in its toxic dose, which is more common than we imagine, for building a relationship leads to inappropriate conditions, that of looking for someone who loves us the same way we love ourselves.
If someone is to love us as we love ourselves, the construction of the relationship is resolved by buying a mirror and staying with us all the time, ending all this with self-love becoming unsuitable for relationships.
Tasks and duties are inevitable, so it's time for your soul to reconcile with this dimension so as not to add weight to what it no longer needs. Doing it with joy and lightness is the best option, nothing less than that.
If the Angels presented themselves to you without leaving any doubt that they are Divine Messengers, what would your reaction be? Would you feel afraid, would you feel ashamed? Would you be in such a hurry to make requests that your mind would become congested and, in the end, you would not ask for what you needed, but what in the heat of the moment came into your mind to ask for?
For, truly I tell you, when the Angels present themselves there is only one reason for this Grace, that of being able to do something useful and collaborate with the Divine Plan according to our reach, to provide some service with our capabilities so that the the cosmic operation of the Divine continues to proceed in the best possible way.
So, if your first reaction to the appearance of the graceful angelic presences is to make yourself available for whatever comes, regardless of whether what is asked of you pleases you or not, then you can consider yourself a spiritual person, but, probably, at this point in the game this will no longer mean anything to you, because your mind will be too busy with what needs to be done, and you won't waste time self-gratifying yourself with the experience.
The strength of the group is unbeatable, and nothing more is needed at this moment in your life. Therefore, put aside your attachment to the comfort of social distancing and try to get closer to all the necessary people.
Blessed are the human beings who dedicate a moment every day to intentionally and consciously connect with the Divine spark that the heart nestles in its hidden chamber, because in doing so they radiate blessings and auspices to all the people they come into contact with, whether they are friendly or unfriendly, because the Life of our lives does not make distinctions, it treats everyone equally.
Blessed are the human beings who replace the excessive use of the pronoun I with We, transmuting individual consciousness, which took so much work to consolidate, into group consciousness, because the Life of our lives is more abundant to the same extent that we dedicate ourselves to make connections of interdependence, emulating the very functioning of the Universe in which we are and move.
There is a right time to distance yourself and disconnect as much as possible from people and any help they could offer, but there is another right time, different, when your soul needs to do the opposite.
If we were in a condition of alignment of our objective personality with our subjective soul; if our intellect, emotion and body worked in unison; if our individual presence also accepted the interdependence of everything and everyone and functioned accordingly, then the Full Moon would not punish us with irritation or with the feeling of everything being wrong, and of surrounding ourselves with wrong people.
If we were aligned individually and collectively, then every Full Moon would be a moment of rejoicing, because we would show Divine glory through our presences, and we would be channels distributing more abundant life to all people, near and far.
If we replaced the pronoun I with We, the Full Moon would always be magnificent and auspicious.

Not knowing where to start making the necessary changes should not become the justification for doing nothing, because it is better to act and make a mistake than later on your soul having to regret not having done anything.
You have already experienced perfection and probably did not recognize it, because by the force of traditions you imagine it to be a paradisiacal dimension, serene, without discordant or burning tones or sounds, but that, if it eventually exists, is not the perfection that you experienced, that is just a stereotype of her.
The stereotype of perfection is impossible to achieve, because it exists only for that, to make your soul feel inferior, the opposite of the perfect experience, which enraptures you.

Passions are also fury, greed, gluttony, laziness and all the capital sins, which when manifested, abduct your consciousness so that there is no doubt or dilemma left in you, and you launch yourself into living that perfect moment, even if the objectives are completely wrong.
Our humanity is that ambiguous, even when it experiences the perfect moment, taken by passion, but motivated by the wrong reasons.
Everything is right in a world that becomes more and more uncertain every day, this is a reality against which there is nothing to do, other than adapt in the best way possible without, however, giving up on your desires.
The perfect moment that your soul seeks is not an illusion, it is within your reach, but if you wait for it to happen without your intervention, then, yes, you are deceiving yourself and deluding yourself, because for it to happen there must be an alignment within you, and that will never occur spontaneously, as a gift from heaven, but as a product of your daily commitment to align intellect, emotion and action, in the name of your soul, consecrated to bring ideal dreams closer to concrete reality. This is the reason for the existence of each and every human being.
When, by the use of our will, we bring together all our vehicles of expression and thus think about what we do, feel and be moved by what we do, and do what we do, then we are truly present, not because the past and future are illusory constructions, but because the only reason for the present to exist is the prospect that, by effect of our will, all vehicles of expression will align.
When past and future converge in us, they produce a sublime state that confirms the perfect experience, perceiving the Infinite without being frightened by it, but being blessed with its Grace.
Obviously, everything has a cost, so, since the cost is guaranteed, try to make the price you pay for living and trying to achieve your dreams worth it, because being stuck is worth nothing.
Not infrequently, when you make demands and want the reality that concerns you to be the same as your highest ideals, you will hear the sensible advice not to seek perfection in anything, because this would not exist or would not be within the reach of our humanity, and to avoid frustrations and painful disappointments, it would be better to conform to what is possible to achieve, an adequate behavior, but which tends towards mediocrity.
However, and to the horror of those who cling to the conviction that it is preferable to avoid the pretension of perfection, perfection is within the reach of any human being, firstly because if the word exists there is a concept that endorses it, and if there is a concept and the articulation of its verb is because some human being experienced it at some point, and if a human being experiences it that means we all can, because our kingdom is not a conglomerate of disconnected individualities, it is a telepathic cosmic organism.

You have no true commitment to the facts to stick to a tiny part of concrete reality, your true commitment is to the visions that make your heart burn with the desire to realize them. That's all that matters.

One of the questions I get most as a Nutritionist is whether rice is good for you or not, and if you should choose brown rice or white rice.
Over 90% of people get this answer wrong, and they've been told by misinformed dieticians and doctors that brown rice is healthier because it has more "fiber"
However, this is harmful advice, and brown rice is NOT healthier than white rice!
Let me explain why...
Brown rice contains the hull of the rice plant, and that hull does contain some fiber, but it also contains some significant toxins such as lectins that can harm your gut lining, cause brain fog, and trigger autoimmune reactions in some people.
I've had dozens of my friends and clients that saw dramatically improved digestion, more energy and clarity of mind, and autoimmune skin conditions that went away once they switched from brown rice to white rice.
Brown rice also contains significant amounts of toxic arsenic since the arsenic is in the hull, and not the white starch part of the rice. This is yet another reason that white rice is a lot better choice in my opinion.
A word of warning on white rice: While white rice is mostly just starch, and therefore can be used as a great source of muscle glycogen by healthy people that exercise frequently and intensely, I would urge caution for people with Diabetes to be careful with the quantity of white rice they are consuming and monitor their blood sugar carefully.
It has always been very difficult, almost impossible, to name the times while we live them, we always give them names when they pass, but as what we are experiencing now is very different from what we know, finding no reference in anything that our humanity has experienced in the past, among the novelties is that it has become possible for us to take a distance to understand what we experience in gerund and, therefore, also give a name to our current era.

Patriarchal severity sees this as an aberration, a product of too flexible education, without realizing that, to a large extent, the inherent indefiniteness of the Filiarchy is also the product of centuries of hypocritical moralistic education, but not only that, the Filiarchy is a phenomenon in itself, the emergence of childhood consciousness, which the adult world fears so much that it does everything to accelerate maturity, shortening childhood with study, exercise and responsibilities.
It is not that children should determine the course of civilization, but accepting that the future lies in the hands of new generations, and that the adult world needs to practice what it preaches, learn from its children, even if at first glance they seem to subvert so dangerously the civilization that they present themselves as a threat.
