In this newsletter I want to introduce you to a new product about to be released by Baseline Nutritionals called pHi-Zymes™ (pronounced: fi-zymes). A reformulation of my original Proteolytic Enzymes formula, pHi-Zymes offers a unique pH buffering system combined with an upgrade in a key enzyme. The formula is so powerful, so unique, and so effective that it has been patented. For those of you who are familiar with proteolytic enzyme formulas, you can skip down to "Why pH matters to enzymes." For the rest of you, before I tell you about the innovations within this new formula, let's review the basics on systemic, proteolytic enzyme formulas -- how they help with cellular metabolism, how they breakdown viruses, bacteria, and proteins, and much more.

Proteolytic enzymes 101.

What are enzymes?

Enzymes are proteins that speed up (catalyze) chemical reactions in living organisms. In fact, they are required for every single chemical action that takes place in your body. Enzymes run all of your cells, organs, bones, muscles, and tissues.

Enzymes allow many chemical reactions to occur within the constraints (temperature, oxygen levels, acid/alkaline balance, etc.) of a living system. As organic catalysts, they are involved in, but not changed by, chemical reactions; and they do not alter the equilibrium of those reactions.

Like all catalysts, enzymes work by providing an alternative pathway of lower activation energy for a reaction. By bringing the reactants closer together, enzymes can help make chemical bonds weaker, thus helping reactions proceed faster than without the catalyst; making reaction many millions of times faster. This is important since these "reactions" govern every function in your body, not to mention the destruction of viruses, bacteria, and cancerous cells.

Without enzymes, metabolism would progress through the same steps, but would go too slowly to serve the needs of the cell. In addition, enzymes often work together in a specific order, creating pathways. After each enzyme reaction, the product of that reaction is passed on and used as the raw material (substrate) for another enzyme to work on. (See a Flash Demo of the process.) Metabolic pathways control cell metabolism. Cell metabolism is the process (or really the sum of many individual processes) by which living cells take in nutrients, eliminate waste, and maintain life.

In essence, enzymes are the stuff of life. By allowing reactions to happen at far lower energy thresholds, they make life happen where otherwise there would be none. In the movies, Victor Frankenstein used electricity to create life; he probably would have been better served using enzymes.

Beyond digestion

An important concept to understand is that digestive enzyme formulas and systemic/metabolic proteolytic enzyme formulas, although they may share many of the same enzymes, are not the same thing.

• When you take a digestive enzyme formula with your meal, the enzymes work on speeding up the breakdown of the food in your stomach.
• When you take a proteolytic enzyme formula between meals, the enzymes do not get stuck working in your stomach. Instead, they quickly enter your bloodstream. In the bloodstream, they can help optimize your blood, plus they can also travel to tissues throughout your body to assist with intelligent, adaptive healing.

Understanding proteolytic enzymes

The vast majority of metabolic enzymes in the body, the enzymes that regulate everything from liver function to the immune system, are proteases, or proteolytic enzymes -- the focus of this newsletter. Proteolytic is a catchall phrase for enzymes that specifically facilitate the chemical breakdown of proteins by breaking the bonds between the amino acids that make up those proteins.

Proteolytic enzymes occur naturally in all organisms and constitute 1-5% of the gene content. They are polymorphic. The enzyme action they produce can adapt to meet the current digestive or metabolic needs of the body. In other words, proteolytic enzymes are able to adapt to the specific needs of their environment, plus they do not harm any healthy cells. Normal living cells are protected against destruction by the inhibitor mechanism.

Proteases are involved in a multitude of physiological reactions from simple digestion of food proteins to highly regulated cascades (e.g. the blood clotting cascade, the complementary immune system, apoptosis activation cascade, and the invertebrate prophenoloxidase activating cascade).

The bottom line is a healthy supply of these protein specific enzymes is essential for sustaining and maintaining optimal health.

Proteolytic enzymes and illness

Just about everything that makes us sick is either a protein or is protected by a protein and is therefore subject to control by enzymes.

• Bacteria, viruses, yeasts, and fungi are all protected by proteins.
• Food allergens are all proteins.
• Cancer cells are protected by proteins.

Proteolytic enzymes have the ability to digest and destroy the protein based defense shield of each and every one of these pathogens, thereby leading to their ultimate elimination.

And then there are CIC's (Circulating Immune Complexes). CIC's start out as extra-large protein molecules (primarily from wheat, corn, and dairy) that are only partially digested in the small intestine and are absorbed into the bloodstream. Once in the bloodstream, the immune system treats them as invaders because they are too large to be metabolized, provoking an immune reaction. Antibodies couple with these foreign protein invaders to form CIC's. At first, these CIC's may be neutralized in the lymphatic system. But over time, as too many CIC's are created, they overwhelm the body's ability to eliminate them. They overwhelm the immune system, and they overwhelm the kidneys. At that point, the body has no choice but to "store" them in its soft tissues, where the immune system continues to attack them as allergens causing inflammation and, ultimately, autoimmune disorders.

It is here that proteolytic enzyme supplements come into play. They compensate for your dietary inadequacies and errors by making their way into your bloodstream, where they set to work breaking down CIC's in your blood and soft tissues -- eventually passing the waste out through your kidneys.

And finally, some proteolytic enzymes such as nattokinase and endonase are very specialized. They work on specific protein related tasks such as optimizing blood, reducing pain and inflammation, and cleaning out the lungs.

Why you need to supplement?

In a perfect world, we would all eat raw (organic) unprocessed foods that are naturally high in active enzymes.

Note that man is the only animal that cooks his food (or eats processed foods for that matter). Cooking and processing kills enzymes. In fact, any sustained heat of approximately 118⁰-129⁰ F destroys virtually all enzymes. This means that, for most of us, the food entering our stomachs is severely enzyme deficient.

But this isn't a perfect world.

Most people eat food that is enzyme deficient and fail to chew food adequately so their bodies must compensate. The body is forced to divert its production of enzymes away from proteolytic enzymes, which govern metabolic functions, into digestive enzymes designed to break down dead proteins in our diets. The consequences of this diversion are enormous. It can lead to everything from a weakened immune system to thickened blood, from pain and inflammation to cardiovascular disease, and from difficulty breathing to reduced athletic endurance. Supplementing with proteolytic enzymes offsets this devastating diversion.

Why pH matters to enzymes

As I mentioned at the top of the newsletter, the big breakthrough in pHi-Zymes is in the addition of a pH buffering system. But why does pH matter to enzymes?

Although pH is in actuality a measure of the degree of Hydrogen (H) ions in a substance or solution, it is best recognized as a measure of the acid/alkaline balance of anything. (0-7 is acid; 7 is neutral; 7-14 is alkaline or base.) In another sense, though, it is also a measure of the available (unbound) oxygen in something -- the higher the pH, the more available oxygen there is in your body. A proper alkaline environment in your blood provides literally thousands of times the oxygen needed for all bodily functions. Proper pH by itself is a major factor in optimizing health and preventing disease (cancer, for example, thrives in an acid environment), but it also directly impacts the efficacy of proteolytic enzymes in your body.

Think of it this way. There are hundreds if not thousands of enzyme processes that take place in the body. Many are so specific that they are like complex square pegs that need to "fit" into specific square holes in order to carry out their function. If pH is off-balance even a little, some important pegs will not "fit" into their respective slots. Enzyme function and thus life itself begins to suffer.

Not surprisingly then, different pH's are required to optimize different body functions. For example, your saliva is slightly alkaline, whereas your stomach juices are strongly acidic. Your intestines operate best in a strongly alkaline environment, and your urine prefers a more acidic environment for control of bacteria. The most important pH of all, however, is your blood pH, because a deviation of as little as 5/10th of a point from its normal pH of 7.45 can result in illness or death.

That said, small deviations of less than 1/10th of a point can make a huge difference in your health and in the effectiveness of the proteolytic enzymes that operate in your blood. The bottom line is that, in general, the higher the pH in your blood, the more active the enzymes. This has implications for everything from the strength of your immune system to your ability to utilize oxygen.

When it comes to proteolytic enzymes, most proteolytic enzymes (other than pepsin) work best in a neutral to slightly alkaline environment. Optimizing that environment, then, becomes crucial for good health.

What changes your body's pH?

When you metabolize carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, various acids are produced. Proteins, for example, produce sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid. Carbohydrates and fats produce acetic acid and lactic acid. The bottom line is that diet changes your body's pH. And most of us eat a highly acidic diet (meat, dairy, cooked grains, and most fruit).

Why Minerals are important.

There are complex biochemical processes constantly working to keep your pH levels optimized for maximum enzyme activity. These are known as pH buffering systems. They are mineral based. If you lack minerals in your diet (common in modern diets), then your body's natural buffering system is deficient.

Essentially, your body uses minerals such as sodium, calcium, potassium, and magnesium to combine with the acids and turn them into pH neutral mineral salts. These salts can then be safely eliminated through your kidneys.

An enzyme epiphany

We have talked about how important an optimal pH environment is to the effectiveness of proteolytic enzymes. CMIK-pH+ (a proprietary blend of calcium, magnesium, ionic trace minerals, and potassium that has been added to the pHi-Zymes formula) creates just such an environment -- and a whole lot more.

• First, it provides extra protection for the enzymes from stomach acid. Normally, if you take your proteolytic enzymes on an empty stomach, the acid content is fairly low so they don't suffer much damage anyway -- particularly if you choose your enzymes carefully. This was one of the reasons for using Seaprose-S instead of serrapeptase in the formula. Nevertheless, it provides that "extra level" of protection. (Note: enteric coating is a pretty marginal technology when it comes to capsules. It doesn't really protect the enzymes very well.)
• It helps optimize the pH of the blood. Again, as said previously, blood pH will vary very little to protect against death. However, as also stated, minor changes in blood pH make a huge difference in proteolytic enzyme efficiency and oxygen availability. The impact of CMIK-pH+ in this regard is monumental.
• It helps optimize the pH of all your soft tissue. Since your body will do anything to keep your blood's pH in a narrow range, that means it robs Peter to pay Paul. It steals minerals and lowers pH in your soft tissue to protect your blood if your diet is too acidic. And if you eat meat, dairy, cooked grains, desserts, and most fruit, then your diet is indeed too acidic. Bottom line here is that by raising soft tissue pH, you dramatically improve the ability of proteolytic enzymes to root out CIC's embedded in that soft tissue, thus relieving allergies and reducing the possibility of autoimmune conditions.
• And finally, by providing a source of buffering minerals, CMIK-pH+ reduces the chances of osteoporosis. After all, if your body needs minerals to buffer a high acid diet, what's the biggest mineral bank in your body? Your bones! The presence of CMIK-pH+ can help offset some (or all) of that need, depending on how many pHi-Zymes you take, so you keep minerals in your bones for strength.

Upgrade in key enzyme

We have talked before about the powerful ingredients used in the original Proteolytic Enzyme formula. In this newsletter I want to update you on a change we made in one of the key enzymes, Seaprose-S.

Seaprose-S was integral to the original formula because of its remarkable anti-inflammatory and anti-fluid retention activity. In addition to reducing inflammation, it has a profound ability to reduce pain, clear mucous from the lungs, and break down sputum in patients with chronic airway diseases. And unlike serrapeptase, it is not affected by stomach acid so it does not require enteric coating. It is also much less upsetting to the stomach.

But from a manufacturing point of view, it is like a high-strung racehorse -- difficult to work with. So I looked for an alternative (for over a year) before discovering Endonase™ (aka Protease-S).

Endonase has all of the benefits of Seaprose-S (and is in fact closely related to it), but offers the advantage of being less concentrated so it's much easier to work with in manufacturing, resulting in a much more consistent final formulation.

Bottom line: Endonase allows us to get all of the benefits of Seaprose-S, but with much more precise tuning. For that reason, I replaced Seaprose-S with Endonase in the new pHi-Zymes formula.

Proteolytic enzymes and health

With an understanding of how your body utilizes proteolytic enzymes, what interferes with their potential (an acid body), and what maximizes their potential (an alkaline body), it becomes clear that the advantages of supplementing with a good systemic proteolytic enzyme formula with an added pH buffering system are profound. A couple of years ago, we issued a challenge to dentists to validate the ability of systemic proteolytic enzymes to dissolve plaque. As far as I know, no dentist has ever taken up the challenge -- but some of our readers have.

Kill your Cancer Cells, God Way !

Vitamin E from seeds kills cancer cells

Vitamin E from seeds, but not supplements, might halt the growth of prostate and lung cancer cells, scientists at Purdue University reported.

Walnuts, pecans, sesame seeds, as well as sesame oils, have gamma-tocopherol, which kills human prostate and lung cancer cells in lab cultures. The vitamin's presence interrupts the synthesis of certain fatty molecules called sphingolipids in the cancer cells but leaves healthy human prostate cells unaffected.

The compound is not found in manufactured vitamin supplements, the scientists said. Supplements contain only alpha-tocopherol, a different form of vitamin E that alone does not have anti-cancer properties.

The moral of the story is this--God made is always far better than man made. Vitamin E from sesame seeds kills cancer cells in prostate and lung cancer in lab cultures. Supplemental Vitamin E does not kill the cancer cells.

Why is this so? Because a seed is the container of life which has not only the most natural, absorbable vitamins, minerals, and phytochemicals but also, if it is not heated/cooked, it contains the two most powerful components of food--bioelectricity and enzymes. Both are critical for life, health and healing. This can be seen when they feed baby cows cooked (pasteurized) milk. The baby cows die in 30 days. When heat is applied over 105 degrees Fahrenheit, it destroys all enzyme activity and bioelectricity. So the best choice is always plant food that is living/raw (uncooked). Today I am quoting a “conservative” source.  Usually “conservatives” are members of the Republican party and support the Republican leadership.  However, this “conservative source” has risen above

party-politics and is exposing insider information of WHAT IS HAPPENING TODAY showing how the Illuminati Bush government are steadily working their agenda to destroy the sovereignty of the United States of America and impose the Illuminati’s “North American Union” on the USA.  The author of the article below, Jerome R. Corsi, does not use the term “Illuminati”, however, he does in  parts of his

website recognize there is a “New World Order” global organization which is working to destroy freedom and the sovereignty of nations.  I do NOT agree with everything Mr. Corsi writes, however, on this North American Union subject, he definitely is correct.

The “European Union” was the first effort by the Illuminati to consolidate power and control; there are NO elected officials in the European Union government.  Therefore, the people of the European

Union in reality have NO POWER over the leaders of the European Union. The Illuminati plan is to create “Unions” all over the world – the African Union, the Asian Union, etc. – and none of the Unions would have a single elected official.  Therefore no official could be influenced by the people.  The Illuminati intend a GLOBAL DICTATORSHIP using the “Unions” as their government structure.  

Please note, as with the European Union, the FALSE basis of the North American Union is “trade” and increased “prosperity”.  But, trade agreements are supposed to debated in the US Congress and voted on by the US Congress.  The Bush government may refer to the NAFTA trade agreement in these very low profile activities of creating the North American Union, however, in truth the Bush government has gone millions of miles BEYOND the scope of NAFTA in the actual regulations and government actions being developed and implemented.  

The Bush family has been devoted to the New World Order for generations.  Preston Bush, Grandfather of the current Bush sitting in the White House, supported Hitler’s Nazi regime using money from the

Union Bank of Boston.  Preston Bush was financially penalized by the US government for “trading with the enemy” in 1942, but that did not change the Bush family’s dedication to the one world government

agenda.  Bush Senior, who sat in the oval office prior to Clinton, tried very hard to implement the New World Order tyranny over the United States during his last months in office, but was stopped by

true Americans in the US military.

BUSH GOVERNMENT ADVANCING “NORTH AMERICAN UNION”

Without consulting Congress to approve their actions, the Bush government is steadily and secretly using government task forces in the US Departments of State, Homeland Security, and Commerce to implement actions which ultimately would destroy the sovereignty of the United States and dissolve the power of the United States government.  As always, Rockefeller’s Council on Foreign Relations(CFR) is a major player in these backroom actions to subvert America. Certain CFR documents mentioned below, which are expected to be ignored by the public and Congress, give insight to the secret

process.  The North American Union would be comprised of the USA,Canada, and Mexico; this is WHY Bush wants an “open border” policy. It is NOT about trade – it’s about POWER and CONTROL.

Under the North American Union, the US Supreme Court would be superseded by a North American Union Court.  All major decisions would be made by NON-elected officials of the North American Union.  NO elected official of the US government would have any ability to protect Americans against the rules made by NON-elected officials of the North American Union.

Department of Commerce merely created a new division under the same title to implement working groups to advance a North American Union working agenda in a wide range of areas, including: manufactured goods, movement of goods, energy, environment, e-commerce, financial services, business facilitation, food and agriculture, transportation, and health.

      The extensive working group activity being implemented right now by the government of Mexico, Canada, and the United States is consistent with the blueprint laid out in the May 2005 report of the

Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), titled “Building a North American Community.”

      The Task Force’s central recommendation is the establishment by 2010 of a North American economic and security community, the boundaries of which would be defined by a common external tariff and an outer security perimeter. (page xvii)

       The only borders or tariffs which would remain would be those around the continent, not those between the countries within:

     Its (the North American Community’s) boundaries will be defined by a common external tariff and an outer security perimeter within which the movement of people, products, and capital will be legal, orderly, and safe.  Its goal will be to guarantee a free, secure, just, and prosperous North America. (page 3)

     What will happen to the sovereignty of the United States?  The model is the European Community.  While the United States would supposedly remain as a country, many of our nation-state prerogatives would ultimately be superseded by the authority of a North American court and parliamentary body, just as the U.S. dollar would have to be surrendered for the “Amero,” the envisioned surviving currency of the

North American Union….

     This is not a theoretical exercise being prepared so it can be submitted for review.  Instead, SPP is producing an action agreement to be implemented directly by regulations, without any envisioned direct Congressional oversight…. 

     What we have here is an executive branch plan being implemented by the Bush administration to construct a new super-regional structure completely by fiat.  Yet, we can find no single speech in which

President Bush has ever openly expressed to the American people his intention to create a North American Union by evolving NAFTA into this NAFTA-Plus as a first, implementing step….”

BUSH DEVALUATION of US DOLLAR BEING DELAYED

Certain groups have been fighting behind-the-scenes to stop Bush from declaring a devaluation of the US dollar in October 2006.  At this time, these groups have been successful in delaying Bush’s devaluation

action; the currency devaluation will NOT happen in October 2006. However, the Bush government still hopes to devalue the US dollar later.  

The Illuminati have multiple strategies and actions running at the same time.  The North American Union would bring with it a NEW currency called the Amero which would be imposed on the USA, Canada, and Mexico.  The Illuminati also have their ONE WORLD BANKING and ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT new money, the Quintille Dollar, which is expected to be imposed worldwide.  

In the past, I was informed of the Illuminati’s intention to have a TWO-TIER currency system worldwide.  The elite and powerful would use one currency which has higher value.  The ordinary people would be forced to use a less valuable currency.  The secret Amero and Quintille currencies may be an example of the Illuminati two-tier currency plan.

NESARA STOPS NORTH AMERICAN UNION and ILLUMINATI

Only NESARA can wipe out the Illuminati’s one world government tyranny.  NESARA will cut the United States FREE from all the Illuminati’s worldwide organizations including the World Bank, the IMF, the United Nations, the World Trade Organization (which is the hammer being used to rob Americans of the freedom to use natural health supplements and options), and many other Illuminati-organized groups secretly working the One World Government tyranny agenda.

1. Restores Constitutional Law in America as of NESARA’s public announcement.  

2. Removes US administration officials and all members of the US Congress from their positions due to their continuous unconstitutional actions.  Bush, Cheney, Cabinet members, and all members of Congress

are immediately removed from office by NESARA’s public announcement; specific law enforcement personnel shall physically remove Bush government officials from their offices. These removals allow a fresh start at the national level.  Using the Constitutional Line of Succession, NESARA installs Constitutionally acceptable NESARA President and Vice President Designates until new federal elections can take place within six months after NESARA’s announcement.  

3. Because NESARA abolishes unconstitutional states of emergency, NESARA’s public announcement declares “peace”.  US military in Iraq and Afghanistan are immediately recalled to the USA.

4. As partial remedy for 90 years of government and banking fraud, NESARA requires zeroing out of credit card balances and bank debt relief be given to Americans.

5. Initiates the US Treasury Bank System with new U.S. Treasury currency backed by gold. The Federal Reserve is abolished; Federal Reserve facilities and most personnel are absorbed into the US Treasury Bank System.  

6. Abolishes Income Taxes in US and creates a national sales tax on new, non-essential items as revenue for government.  Essential items such as food and medicine, and used items, are exempt from the sales tax.

There are many revelations waiting to open up for you, as you have reached a point where the time has arrived for your coming of age. You are to become enlightened in more ways than one, and the truth of your past is essential to your understanding of the future. Few people have the knowledge of Man’s real heritage, as it has been veiled from you for millennia of time.

Gradually you will be given irrefutable proof of your journey from the higher realms into the 3rd Dimension. Your history is indelibly recorded, and your progress and experiences need to be understood in relation to your evolution. From the higher realms downwards, you will find that a succession of experiences have been engendered for the human race. You have effectively been absorbed by the lower vibrations, and as you now rise up, the truth is opening up to you.

The greatest truth concerns your connection to the Godhead, and your oneness with the Source Of All Creation. You have come from the Source and to it you shall return, through the cyclic breathing in and out that occurs. Eons of time ago, in service to the greater needs of others, you accepted a challenge to leave the higher realms and lose yourselves in the Universe of Duality. You have already travelled far and wide, and your experiences on Earth were not the first of this nature.

You came through the magical and wonderful dimensions of Light, where you were exercising your God-given powers of creation. As you neared the lower dimensions you began to forget your true selves, and lapsed into a state of almost complete amnesia. However, you did so knowing that you could never fully lose touch with the Source, and that your Light, however much it was dimmed, would always respond to the higher vibrations. You were promised that you would rise up again, when your full memory would be restored.

Many of you can now acknowledge that you have indeed returned to the Light, and your consciousness is awakening to the truth. Help is being given to assist you, which is why many legions of Light beings now come so close to you. With all of the changes that are manifesting, your personal development is most important. You are being prepared so as to return to the higher realms as fully-fledged beings of Light. The construct and nature of your physical body is altering, along with a change from your present level of consciousness, to one of superconsciousness.

All of these changes are destined to take place in the remaining years before the completion of this cycle. It is quite impossible to describe exactly what you will experience as words are very inadequate, but it will be an invigorating and exciting one. You will be lifted up speedily, and move back into the higher vibrations without any problems. By then, you will be aware that it is something you have done many times, and it will seem most natural to you.

At present many will feel far removed from the future vision that has been created, but by keeping it in your focus you will be helping it to manifest. You look for proof, and that is already within you, and you can find it should you care to make a connection to your Higher Self. It is taking place now, and it is noted that many souls have made it and find they can “talk” with that source. You call it intuition, and other names that show you have an awareness of it being an extension of the seat of your All Knowing Self. This link has always existed and it will become much more stronger and clearer as time goes by.

The Golden Age is drawing nearer to you, and prepared, so that you may fully realise the God that you really are, and always were. Some find this hard to accept, as many centuries of indoctrination have led you to believe yourselves unworthy. Many religions have also portrayed you as sinners who are beyond reprieve. Neither is true, and experiences are not defined in this way. There is in the ultimate no right or wrong – only experience, which is the purpose for your coming to Earth in the first place.

There is no condemnation of those who have entered duality, and sunk to the lowest levels. There is always a way out which leads back to the Light, and no one is destroyed or forever damned as some may claim. The Creator has given you infinite life for the purpose of experiencing outside of the Godhead, and taking those experiences back with you. These are some of the truths that will need more explanation to be understood. Suffice to say that in the meantime these comments will serve to stir your consciousness, and enlighten you.

You undertook a responsibility to see out this cycle, and it will soon develop into an easier path for you as the dark withdraw from the corridors of power. Time is on your side not theirs, and one day those souls will also look back at these times from a higher standpoint. I commend you for your steadfastness in manifesting your vision for change, and carrying on with your good work in spreading the Light wherever you can. Love and Light is the energy that is breaking down the old, and quickly rushing in to fill the void.

Problems around you can draw you into the lower energies, and this is where you have to show your resolve to resist them. All dear ones that have commenced their awakening, are needed to become such a force of Light that it can shine into the darkest corner. The changes will then occur faster, and you can start to dream of the wonderful new Earth that will come into manifestation. First however, there is still much work to do, and the days of old are resigned to their fate as merely another entry in the Hall of Records.

I am St Germain, and I work not just from the higher realms, but also within those of Earth. I have many aspects of myself, and that is why I can seemingly be in more than one place at the time. All Masters have such powers, and you can call on us for help and we shall be with you in an instant. Our service is to the Creator who desires that you are all lifted up. Behind the smoke and mayhem, our Earth allies are working steadily to complete their covert undertaking to free you from the grip of this last dark cabal. This process is designed to restore to you the unalienable rights freely conferred upon you by the Creator. Despite their concerted efforts over the ages to permanently enslave you, a few final steps still remain before the dark succeeds in its odious objective. Inspired by Heaven, our Earth allies and we are forging ahead to foil these unconscionable goals and restore to you your God-given freedom and sovereignty. Deep within you, the Light is daily altering your RNA/DNA. Also, the micro-sized mini-tubules that comprise your nervous system are developing new receptors. These, when combined with the reworking and activation of your "minor" charkas, are quickly forming the foundation for your great shift into full consciousness. Furthermore, your brain is starting to develop the beginnings of a multidimensional scalar antenna. All this is making the complex goal of the dark ever harder for them to accomplish.

This physical movement towards full consciousness is decreed by Heaven. Even the dark on your world understands what is occurring here on Earth. A process has been endorsed whose sole purpose is to restore you to your true godly selves. Nothing happening around you can prevent this from taking place. Not even the myriad acts of cruelty perpetrated by this dark cabal can in any way prevent your return to full consciousness! Each day, you are closer to Heaven's decree being manifested. Do not let the events blaring at you from the media sway you one jot from this grand divine Truth! The recent attempts by the dark to delay us are swiftly becoming a sideshow that cannot stop us from achieving your freedom and sovereignty. Stealthy operations are now underway to complete our dual objectives: first, to oust the present illegal American regime from power; and second, to distribute the abundance programs. Shortly, these two things will manifest before you. It is important for you to comprehend how this is being done. Essentially, our Earth allies are using the dark's own weapons of deception against them. The element of surprise is vital to our allies' success as the dark relies heavily on its monitoring of the forces of the Light.

Our forces have witnessed the dark trying every possible means to interfere with your movement towards full consciousness. These actions include psychic networks to manipulate your RNA/DNA; chemical aerosols delivered into the atmosphere designed to physically attack your changing body; and microwave energy to daily irradiate your cells and nervous system. While causing some fatalities and serious illnesses, these strenuous efforts have fallen far short of their objectives. Even the programming of negative thoughts through their global mind control network has been unable to stop the transformations now happening within everyone. These preventive attempts of the dark also involved setting up a massive global catastrophe, which we likewise thwarted. These outrageous operations included a project to attract a large "killer" asteroid and two attempts to cause the sudden eruption of what your geologists call "super volcanoes." At the time, these dark ones thought they still had an escape scenario that we had not yet blocked. This fantasy we soon put to rest, and the dark quickly ceased to pursue these insane schemes!

Your journey out of limited consciousness is not an easy one! Your reality is changing in veritable leaps and bounds. Our personnel monitor you very closely every day. Our medical teams assist you and keep meticulous records of your physical activities. Our specially trained healers and various other specialists make sure that each of you is being prepared in accordance with your life contract and the experiences you agreed to on a soul level. Common sense is on the rise, globally! The dark fully understands this; and therefore, the recent spate of calamities needs to be viewed from this wider perspective. As we constantly repeat, your society is transforming into a well-connected global community. This community, however, is still in the birthing stage. The institutions that should be reflecting this new momentum are still learning how to operate in this very different environment. The initial examples are coming from individuals and groups in the private, or non-governmental, sectors. These courageous ones comprehend how the world is changing and daily devise the most effective methods to communicate this worldwide.

The intention to truly address the roots of violence, local and regional, is strengthening in every corner of the globe and is proof positive of the deep changes now underway. Nevertheless, this process must result in some overt successes in some degree in order to mature into a formidable driving force. Of primary importance is the requirement to remove from power those most directly responsible for social disruption. Thereupon, the new American regime must emphatically demonstrate to the world that a wholly new chapter has begun, starting with a public declaration of an about-face in foreign policy. The proof of this will be found in the falling levels of global violence. The degree of abundance that accompanies the new mandate is intended by our Earth allies to end world debt and secure world peace. Another major intent of this spread of abundance is the ending of sectarian violence by means of the good offices of local personages and groups. Another involves the termination of the global network of "black markets" for arms trafficking. Presently, this is a near impossibility due to the huge revenue this provides for certain major nations, weapons manufacturing corporations, and large-scale arms dealers. This network is run by and constitutes a big source of income for the dark. Once the plans of our Earth allies are implemented, it can be fully dismantled. The dark's creation and control of global violence is another device to keep you in fear and manipulate you into believing their dark concepts of what is real and what is possible. It is these beliefs that have long discouraged you from taking collective action against them.

This present period is about demonstrating the folly of the dark's manner of operations and shedding light on the growing movement for world peace. The true desire of your world's peoples is for peace, prosperity, and education. Everywhere around your planet we hear about the need to end old limiting beliefs and replace them with ones that encourage local peace and provide prosperity and education for all. Limitation in all forms is well past its "sell-by date" on your world, and it is now only the greed and power mongering of a secret elite that have kept you back. Our Earth allies, as well as ourselves, are dedicated to transforming this sorry situation and returning to you your unalienable rights along with much-needed prosperity and debt-forgiveness. These programs can prepare you to take on the responsibilities for rehabilitating your global environment and, finally, for welcoming us as we complete first contact!

Sunshine may ward off lymphoma

Sun exposure has a protective effect against the development Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma ( NHL ), a blood cancer, Australian researchers report.

Dr. Anne Kricker, of the University of Sydney, and colleagues investigated the possibility that high sun exposure is associated with an increased risk of NHL - but they found the opposite -- according the results of a study published in the International Journal of Cancer.

The study involved adults between the ages of 20 and 74 years. In total, 704 cases of NHL and 694 randomly selected matched controls were enrolled.

The risk of NHL decreased with increasing hours of sun exposure. With the highest exposure, the odds of having NHL decreased by 35 percent compared with the lowest exposure level.

One effect of sunlight is to stimulate the body's production of vitamin D. The researchers say that "increasing evidence that vitamin D may protect against cancer makes ultraviolet-mediated synthesis of vitamin D a plausible mechanism whereby sun exposure might protect against NHL ."

The Dangers of Ultrasound

Ultrasound Can Affect Fetal Brain Development

A new study out of the Yale University School of Medicine indicates that exposure to ultrasound waves during routine ultrasound scanning can affect fetal brain development.

Lead researcher Pasko Rakic encourages pregnant women to avoid unnecessary ultrasound scans until more research is done.

According to Rakic, although the specific effects of ultrasound waves on human brain development are not fully understood, the following health conditions are thought to be caused by misplacement of brain cells during embryonic development:

• Mental retardation


• Developmental dyslexia


• Childhood epilepsy


• Schizophrenia


• Autism spectrum disorders

Misplacement of brain cells during embryonic development is what this most recent study found to happen in pregnant mice that were exposed to ultrasound waves.

Clearly, there are numerous differences between fetal development in humans and mice, differences that make the risk of detrimental effects caused by ultrasound scanning less likely in humans.

Still, in understanding the physiological effects that ultrasound waves are intended to have on live tissue, it seems prudent to avoid them whenever possible.

A study has shown that the frequent use of ultrasound causes brain abnormalities in the developing fetuses of mice. A small but significant number of neurons in the embryonic mouse brain do not migrate to the correct positions in the cerebral cortex if ultrasound is used often and for prolonged periods. Neurons must move to a position that determines their connectivity and function after they form. Improper migration can lead to abnormal cortical function. More than 300 fetal mice were injected with special markers to track their neural development. Ultrasound exposure caused a number of neurons to remain scattered in inappropriate cortical layers. The dispersion of the neurons increased as the duration of exposure to ultrasound waves increased. Further research will be done on primates in order to help determine whether or not this will also be a problem for human fetuses.

Physical Immortality
