The word "vacuum" is usually given to the space out of which nothing can be taken by known methods. But it is now well known within the theoretical Physics community that this vacuum is not empty; it contains physical objects (dark matter) which our orthodox scientific instrumentation cannot yet see.

This is evidenced within the Theory of General Relativity by the cosmological constant, which goes back to the gravitative action of “mere space”. The term “cosmological constant” indicates that the universe contains huge amounts of space which lead to measurable effects; they influence the universe's rate of expansion.

The crucial question is whether it is now possible to develop practicable methods which allow the extraction of something useful from the universal vacuum, which previously could not be extracted because it was invisible to our relatively primitive instrumentation.

From mass-energy equivalence it is known that physical objects within the vacuum correspond with a certain amount of energy. This leads to the question whether “vacuum energy” (the energy of "empty space”) can be made manifest in the laboratory? The answer is yes, it can. Vacuum energy (dark energy) can be successfully converted into classical mechanical energy.

The energy conversion method described here (pdf - 93 pages) and which is referenced in US Patent No 7,379,286, B2 here (pdf - 21 pages) raises the hope that vacuum energy can be used to supply human civilisation with all the energy it needs. It outlines a practical method to draw energy from the immensity of the multidimensional spaces which form the universe. These are sufficiently vast to be regarded as inexhaustible. The utilisation of this source of cosmic energy involves pollution-free equipment which causes no damage to Earth's natural biosphere.

The Quantum Vacuum Energy Extraction patent cited above is dated the 27th May 2008. The inventors involved are Bernard Haisch of Redwood City, California (USA) and Garrett Moddel of Boulder, Colorado (USA). The assignee is the Jovion Corporation in Menlo Park, California (USA).

The abstract on page 1 of the patent reads as follows: "A system is disclosed for converting energy from the electromagnetic quantum vacuum available at any point in the universe to usable energy in the form of heat, electricity, mechanical energy or other forms of power."

"By suppressing electromagnetic quantum vacuum energy at appropriate frequencies a change may be effected in the electron energy levels which will result in the emission or release of energy. Mode suppression of electromagnetic quantum vacuum radiation is known to take place in Casimir cavities. A Casimir cavity refers to any region in which electromagnetic modes are suppressed or restricted. When atoms enter into suitable micro Casimir cavities a decrease in the orbital energies of electrons in atoms will thus occur. Such energy will be captured in the claimed devices. Upon emergence from such micro Casimir cavities the atoms will be re-energized by the ambient electromagnetic quantum vacuum. In this way energy is extracted locally and replenished globally from and by the electromagnetic quantum vacuum."

"This process may be repeated an unlimited number of times. This process is also consistent with the conservation of energy in that all usable energy does come at the expense of the energy content of the electromagnetic quantum vacuum. Similar effects may be produced by acting upon molecular bonds. Devices are described in which gas is recycled through a multiplicity of Casimir cavities. The disclosed devices are scalable in size and energy output for applications ranging from replacements for small batteries to power plant sized generators of electricity."

Selamat Balik! We return! The process of transforming your world moves forward at its own divine pace. Meanwhile, the Ascended Masters intend to take this opportunity to expand on what they have labeled “conscious governance.” The next part of your journey in consciousness requires you to explore some new concepts about how your societies are to be organized. This new worldview would benefit from looking at how Inner Earth and other such societies naturally bring about order to their lives. This involves what we call “the four basic Societal Laws.” The Divine gave these to us as we emerged from limited into full consciousness while still on Vega some six million years ago, and these laws have been an inspiration to us ever since. Every human society, as it approaches its full potential, is given these four sacred guidelines, and the time is coming for your Earth-bound societies to be so blessed. As humans grow in consciousness, we become more aware of the spiritual nature of physicality. We see that all things are grounded in Spirit and notice the way all things are uniquely connected to one another. We observe that a special pattern set forth by Heaven governs the way life works. This web of life is complex, and to fathom its inner meanings seems at first to be beyond one’s reach. However, your growing consciousness soon provides the answers you seek. This enlightenment comes from a major shift in your physical Beingness, unifying your female and male components and enabling you to look at the physical in new ways and to grasp easily its multifarious connections to Spirit. The coming disclosure about your space family will be immediately followed by the introduction of several new communication technologies, one of which will be a small, hand-held device with direct, global visual and verbal access to anyone anywhere, without the use of wires, cables, or satellites. It will have a videophone and a holographic computer, and will use zero-point technology. This means that everyone will be in contact with a device that radiates life-enhancing energy, as opposed to your present devices which harm your life force. To make travel easier, a teleportation device will be made available to you by the first contact fleet, which will use the fleet’s technology to move you swiftly to your destination and then back home again. These are only two examples out of many new types and applications of technology which are to be introduced to you.

Disclosure comes when the present illuminoid-controlled governments are legally replaced by the actions of our Earth allies. The time for this reform is close. We daily converse with our Agarthan cousins as well as the Ascended Masters on these vital matters as the time draws near for our joint divine intervention. This intervention is predicated on the fact that your shift to full consciousness can no longer be delayed. Matters are quickly leading you to a time of changes, that will enable our promises to you to be fulfilled. It has taken immense time to create the opportunities that provide us with progress towards our goals. With opposition from the dark Ones we try to stealthily move towards our objectives without their knowledge. The sheer size of our tasks makes that almost impossible, but unlike our allies we can operate without being seen. Both our craft and its occupants can be cloaked with invisibility, and that gives us a distinct advantage when we enter the “lions den”. It has been quite useful when needing to be present when dark Ones have held their secret meetings, and it does not matter where they take place as they cannot prevent us being there. We cannot always act on what we learn because as we have explained previously, there are karmic issues involved that you as a civilisation have to experience. You often set the stage without realising it and it is important that you see the outcome of decisions you have made. If you really understood that even your thoughts mould your reality, you might be more careful in this respect.

You originally became aware of the benefits that are planned for you through NESARA, and it helped considerably to awaken people to the potential of a New Age. It promoted ideas that would have been considered impossible not very long ago. However, it stirred the imagination of many people, who could see that there were others ways that Humanity could live in comparative comfort. Certainly the idea that there were answers to overcome poverty, and provide all with a reasonable standard of living was a new concept. NESARA inspired people to find a way of manifesting its proposals, and out of it was born a powerful movement for change. It was taken up by us with the permission of St.Germain who is responsible for the World Trust Fund. Together with our allies, the Ascended Masters and many Dear Ones who support the cause, you are near to experiencing the first of many beneficial changes. It is an exercise in co-operation, that has been taken up by many individuals on the Internet that has swelled our numbers. It clearly shows what can be done when people awaken to the truth, and allow their Light and Love to take over.

Time is passing at a faster rate than previously, and that is proof of how the whole process of Ascension is speeding ahead. With the recognition that your consciousness levels are also increasing, you hardly need reassuring that everything is proceeding well. The earth changes are becoming more frequent and so it will continue, as there is still much to do. In this connection we are keen to assist you in dealing with the consequences, and that is best handled by our being with you. We are totally prepared and have been so for a long time. Our presence will show that our intentions are honourable, and that we come to you as friends.

We know that many of you have a great desire to join us, and you will do so as Galactic Beings. However, first you must reach the required levels of consciousness, and as time passes that will become easier. There are many high points of energy that allow for an increase in your vibrational levels, and as an evolving Being of Light you will attract them to yourselves. It has been ongoing for many years now, and all part of the Divine Plan to help you ascend. Do not let up now or be distracted with such a little time to go. Allow for events to occur that might not be of the Light, knowing that these are but the final acts arising out of the old energies that are now being cleared from the Earth. Hold on to your visions for the future and in this way help manifest them. You the Lightworkers have important roles to play, and we encourage you to spread the truth wherever you are able. It is not by forcing your opinion on to people, but simply relating the truth for the discernment of others.

The movement of people and animals is taking place on an unprecedented scale, and is a clear indication that the end times are well under way. All will eventually find themselves where they are intended to be, so do not be concerned about the events taking place around you. Your individual destiny is assured regardless of what you experience, and it is not too important because you will still ascend. The whole object of this current period is to get as many souls as possible ready for Ascension. Many Guides support each one, and they are constantly at your side waiting the opportunity to help you. Acknowledge their presence and call them to service on your behalf. They will serve you and accompany you for the final period of this cycle. Remember that sometimes what you want, and what you think you need are often quite different things.

However, in time whatever you lack now will come your way, as it is our intention to raise you all up to a level where you are comfortable and safe. Where you can live a happy and content life, and apply yourselves to the task of getting ready for Ascension. For too long you have been led to believe that poverty and hunger are acceptable living conditions. That has been imposed upon you by the dark Ones, who in their own reality live lives of plenty at your expense. The fair distribution of wealth is so essential to creating equality and a happy society, where each person feels valued and loved. That shall take place and it will not be long before these issues are addressed. There is so much happening in your world right now, and the way forward will soon become apparent.

Once disclosure is announced we must become known to you and enter your lives, as we are essential to the program for clearing up your Earth and putting a stop to further destruction. You cannot do it alone as the tasks are beyond you, particularly in your present state of disruption and chaos. Fortunately it can be handled quickly and efficiently once we are able to freely move amongst you. That we must arrange through your representatives, but it must be at a time when the new governmental appointments have already been made. All is proceeding along these lines and it will not be too long before some announcements are made.

Greetings from Alpha Spaceship!

According to the intentions of your speakers, you will know if they really come to help you or if they have other things in mind. This advice can be applied in all spheres, not only in the terrestrial sphere.

Until only a few years ago, you had to be very alert about the communications you were receiving (some contactees know this well, like Sixto Paz and Eugenio Siracusa, among others), for there was on the surface of your planet some visiting civilizations whose interest was more of a scientific nature (for their science, obviously) than a spiritual one. They had not come to help you evolve spiritually, but to study your behaviour and also your genetics, and to understand how your internal organs functioned.

You named them “the Greys” because of their skin colour. There are famously sad abduction cases in which members of your human race were beamed into their small laboratory-spaceships where they were observed and studied by those small beings.

They gave all of us the same reputation, that extraterrestials had come to kidnap and terrorize you, and in that way they put us all in the same “bag” – no matter who we were, no matter what intention we had.

Also the wish of some filmmakers to produce sensationalistic and frightening movies has contributed to the expansion of that lie, that we all come with those same selfish and egoistic intentions.

But since a few years ago, close to the turn of the millennium, the Galactic Federation decided to intervene in order to protect the population of the Earth and to dissolve the agreement and plot that the Greys had organized together with some members of the United States government.

Although there were other countries who were aware of this plot, it was explicitly the United States military government who had made this agreement with the Greys, especially the military command of that North American country.

The Federation intervened in order to protect the innocent population, mostly in the United States, for many of them were being used as guinea pigs, with the approval of the military and certain North American Secret Espionage Agencies.

It (the Galactic Federation) intervened with a complex logistical plan, starting by disabling those visitors’ technology, and ending with their capture inside their own spaceships, banishing them from this planet and sending them back to their Solar System of origin, one very close to yours.

Once the first part of the plan, the Greys’ evacuation, was concluded, a grid formed through a type of energy unknown to you on this planet was created, one that is self-intelligent – without having a life of its own, for it has been weaved through our technology – and capable of discerning the type of visitor trying to gain access to your atmosphere and ground.

Well, if a visitor or visitors don’t have a pure and altruistic intention to help the population, this help possibly having a whole array of characteristics, the energetic grid will impede their access to this planet.

In this way, the Galactic Federation makes sure that no other exterior civilization with intentions similar to that of the Greys can interfere with the Ascension process to which you have a right, by express decision of He Who Is All Love and All Mercy.

We don’t deny to you that there have been occasions when we have had to adopt drastic measures with some civilizations who came with hostile purposes or, at the very least, with no intention to help you; but you can count these cases with the fingers of one hand because the vast majority of visits that you have had since the beginning of the new millennium have been those of (your) brothers who have come to help, not to experiment or to extract minerals from the earth’s crust of your planet.

I have explained this to you so that you are calm, knowing that your process of elevation to the fifth dimension is being protected by all of us, as well as by the precise technology of the energetic grid surrounding Gaia since a few years of your Earth time.

The internal events occurring on your planet in which you yourselves play a leading role, and which you have knowledge of because you see them on your daily newscasts, are another matter we will speak of in another communique later on.

Castro is Dead since 1981

Fidel Castro died in 1981, and was replaced by a look-alike CIA plant. The dictator ate tainted shellfish and died. CIA infiltrators wasted no time in covering this up, and installing an agent named Alexis Papagos to impersonate Castro, and run the country. This information comes to THE UNCOVEROR via Cuban national, Igor Davidovich Martinez.

Why, then, does the U.S. government maintain the embargo against Cuba? "The CIA is turning a great profit by selling contraband Cuban goods on the black market," says Martinez, "and they don't want to give that up." The CIA sees to it that the embargo stays.

What tipped Martinez off? Before 1981, the real Fidel Castro nearly always wore a military uniform. After that year, "Castro," really Alexis Papagos, appeared more often in civilian clothing.

This prompted Martinez, and several others to start digging. Of those who discovered this deception, only Martinez remains alive.

The plot almost failed. A few people in 1981 heard of Castro's death, and began a rumor that he had died of syphilis, but the CIA quickly made those people, some of them Americans, Disappear. They needed the world to think that Castro was still alive. They didn't want you to know, but thanks to THE UNCOVEROR, now you do.

The Times article taught me some new things about sugar's dangers that I didn't know. And that's saying something, considering how much I read about the subject. The new developments are by far the worst news about sugar I've ever seen. If you take heed, this news could save your life.

The evidence indicates sugar is not just another food. It's a uniquely toxic, poisonous substance. It does strange things in and to the body.

Sugar doesn't just feed cancer. There's every sign sugar actually causes cancer — as well as obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes. Cancer Defeated has written frequently on the fact that all these problems are really one problem, but we didn't know the exact mechanism. Now the big picture is coming clear.

And as far as I know, authorities in alternative cancer treatment have missed this new angle. Here's what happened. . .

Among alternative cancer experts, it's well known that cancer cells consume vast amounts of sugar — far more than healthy cells do. That's why we tell cancer patients not to eat any sugar at all. Healthy people should eat as little as they can.

A well-known cancer treatment, insulin potentiation therapy or IPT (see Issue #33), is entirely based on cancer's hunger for sugar. So is a mainstream medical test, the PET scan, in which a patient is injected with radioactively-tagged sugar, because the sugar will concentrate where cancer cells are found, causing the cancer cells to light up the scan like a Christmas tree.

So there's absolutely no doubt that cancer feeds on sugar. In spite of that, few conventional cancer doctors will tell a patient to give up sugar. Most insist that what you eat makes no difference at all to your chances of beating cancer. That's why the New York Times article is surprising.

Alternative cancer experts are ahead of the mainstream on this important subject. But anybody can get too absorbed in his own little field, and maybe that's what happened. Those of us who research and write about alternative treatments have been totally absorbed with the way cancer cells metabolize sugar, but it turns out the real story is how a healthy body metabolizes sugar.

Cutting through the myths
and debunking the urban legends

Some experts will tell you that sucrose — granulated table sugar — is a bit healthier than high fructose corn syrup (HFCS), the sweetener found in sodas and almost every manufactured, processed food — even bread. These experts believe HFCS is the devil that's the source of many problems.

Other experts will tell you that fruit is completely healthy, even though it's high in fructose. And still others will tell a cancer patient that a carb is a carb is a carb, i.e. the digestive process turns all carbs -- potatoes, white rice, fruit, granulated sugar AND HFCS -- into blood sugar (glucose), so you need to cut back or cut out all these foods. These experts say not just sugar but ALL carbohydrates feed cancer.

It turns out all of these beliefs are off the mark or even dead wrong.

First, take the idea that granulated sugar -- sucrose, made from sugar cane or beets -- is different from HFCS. Wrong. They're essentially the same thing. Each is roughly half glucose and half fructose. It's the fructose that does the harm, as I'll explain shortly. Because health food advocates have created a storm about HFCS the last few years, some food manufacturers are switching back to cane sugar/sucrose and touting their products as "fructose free". In this case, the health nuts are wrong. It makes no difference.

I was disappointed to learn that fresh fruit MAY be a problem for cancer patients. It's high in fructose, the type of sugar the body has trouble metabolizing. Several years ago, I started making the switch from a typical American diet to a diet high in raw foods. Fresh fruit was a large part of my new eating plan, because I like it.

Now I have to tell you, if the new findings hold up, fresh fruit probably isn't a good idea for cancer patients. You should definitely eat fresh, raw foods — but those foods should be vegetables. Fruit consumption should be low to moderate. I'm basing this on the new theory. As yet, there's not much clinical evidence. But if you're fighting cancer, play it safe.

Fruit IS rich in vitamins, minerals and many other phytonutrients (nutrients found in plants). If you cut out fruit you'll need to take appropriate supplements. An example would be wine, which some people think is a health food. It's not. It's a megadose of sugar, even if it does contain some valuable nutrients. But you can get some of the benefits of wine by taking resveratrol supplements.

Use moderation, take small steps

If you don't have cancer, I believe moderate fruit consumption is still a good idea.

But don't do what I did for several years and make fruit a huge part of your diet. I believed and hoped it was a healthy way to keep indulging in sweets. Bad idea. By eating fruit, I was taking in tons of antioxidants, bioflavonoids and other good things, but also tons of fructose.

One thing fruit has going for it is that the fructose comes packaged with a large amount of fiber. Fiber fills you up, and has many other benefits too numerous to cover here. If you're in the habit of living on sodas, cakes, cookies and doughnuts, it's not likely you'll ever eat enough fruit to even touch the amount of sugar you get from these processed foods.

That means switching from these sugary foods to fresh fruit is a huge step in the right direction. A switch to no sweets at all is probably more than most people can handle. So, as long as you don't have cancer, a switch to fresh fruit is a good first step. But if you do have cancer, my view is that you need to stop EVERYTHING that contains either fructose OR sucrose.

Now for a good word about a few carbs. . .

To continue with the myth-debunking, the good news is that potatoes, rice and similar carbs may not be so bad. These contain neither sucrose nor fructose. The body breaks them down into glucose, the same kind of sugar that circulates in your blood.

All of your cells can directly utilize glucose with a minimum of effort. This type of sugar — this type of carb — puts the least strain on your body. The new theory is that fructose puts a unique, one-of-a-kind strain on the body that may be THE key to heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity and cancer. If this theory is true (and it sure looks to me like it is), then potatoes and rice aren't strongly implicated in these degenerative diseases, even though they're carbohydrates.

I don't recommend binging on these safer carbs, but it's okay to eat moderate amounts — very moderate, if you're a cancer patient.

Wheat is another story. Like rice and potatoes, wheat products are metabolized into glucose and seem to belong in the category of comparatively "safe" carbs. But allergy to wheat is so widespread in our society, I recommend giving it up anyway.

I don't want to digress here on the many dangers of wheat. I'll just say that if you suffer from ANY chronic disease — from arthritis to heart disease to indigestion — avoid wheat. Try giving it up for a few months. There's a good chance your medical problems will diminish or completely disappear.

One hundred calories doesn't equal one hundred calories

One of the dearly held beliefs of weight loss experts is that one calorie equals another. If you want to lose weight, it's a matter of calories in, calories out. If you don't burn up every calorie you eat, the excess is added to your flab.

If you want to lose a pound of weight, you have to burn up 3,500 more calories than you eat — and it doesn't matter if the calories you give up are fats or carbohydrates, steaks or chocolate cake. You're not going to lose the pound until you eat 3,500 fewer calories.

The new theory casts serious doubt on this old belief. One calorie isn't just like another. A hundred calories from fructose are NOT like a hundred calories of protein or even glucose, the kind of sugar your body's cells can take in directly.

There's something different about fructose. I'm going to briefly explain what it is. If you have a taste for science and you'd like to know the details, check out a 90-minute Youtube lecture by an M.D. named Robert Lustig, Professor of Pediatrics at the University of California, San Francisco.

Dr. Lustig is an expert on child obesity and a leading critic of sugar — both table sugar and HFCS — because both these sugars basically come down to fructose. He's the source of most of what was in the New York Times Magazine article and most of what I'm telling you here.

He didn't conduct the scientific studies himself, but he's a very effective speaker and he passionately believes sugar is a poison. He actually uses the word "poison" 13 times in his lecture. You can quickly find his talk by Googling "Sugar: The Bitter Truth".

The two-minute explanation of how fructose messes you up

The quick summary is that, unlike glucose, fructose has to be metabolized in the liver by way of a very complex and inefficient process. Your digestive system quickly breaks down a potato or a grain of rice into glucose, the "good" sugar. The glucose then passes through your intestinal wall into your bloodstream, and your cells are able to take it up and "eat it" with no problem.

Not so with fructose. Your liver has to convert fructose into glucose, the food your cells can take up. It's about like trying to turn a bowl of fish soup into a fish. The resulting process is so complex it puts a great strain on the liver. And here's the thing researchers say is key: 30 percent of the fructose is converted into fat and stays in your liver.

The growing load of fat in your liver causes disastrous damage over a period of many years. It appears to be the main cause of "metabolic syndrome" or "insulin resistance syndrome" — the breakdown in your insulin system that leads to heart disease, diabetes, hypertension — and cancer.

Glucose good (sort of), fructose bad (definitely)

If you eat "good" glucose-generating carbs, only one calorie out of five is stored in the liver. What's more, it's stored in a harmless form called glycogen. Your liver can store any amount of glycogen without getting sick.

When you eat fructose, three calories out of five are stored in the liver — three times as many as when you eat glucose. And the fructose calories are stored in the liver as a highly toxic fat.

The researchers in the field believe this accumulation of toxic fat in the liver is THE cause of the chronic degenerative diseases such as cancer and heart disease.

Fructose is a dietary catastrophe

According to Dr. Lustig, eating a high-fructose diet is effectively like eating a high-fat diet. That means you can think you're following a so-called low-fat diet when you really aren't at all. For more than 30 years, conventional medicine has told us to cut way back on fats for a healthy heart. Eat all the carbs you want, they've told us, eat all the pasta you want, but give up fats, especially saturated fats like those found in beef or butter or even guacamole.

In his lecture, Dr. Lustig provides persuasive evidence that this advice is all nonsense. You can eat a very low fat diet, but if you eat a lot of sugar — and Americans eat MASSIVE amounts of it — you'll still get fat. You'll still have an unhealthy heart and unhealthy arteries, you'll have hypertension, and very likely you'll get diabetes or cancer.

You can eat and eat and still feel hungry

Fructose has another oddity: You can eat a huge amount of calories and still feel hungry. Dr. Lustig says a kid can drink a Coke containing 200 calories and still go into McDonald's raving hungry and eat a heaping plate of food. The reason is that fructose does not suppress ghrelin, the "hunger hormone."

When you're hungry, your stomach and pancreas secrete ghrelin, and this hormone signals your brain that you need to eat. You feel hungry. Once you've eaten, ghrelin production falls off and you don't feel hungry anymore. Unless you've eaten fructose.

Ghrelin levels don't go down after consuming fructose, according to Dr. Lustig. You still feel hungry even though you've taken on board a huge dose of calories.

It gets worse. Most food stimulates the body to produce leptin, a chemical that signals the brain you've had something to eat. According to Dr. Lustig, this response fails to occur if the food is high in fructose. Your brain never gets the message you're full.

Fructose literally changes the way your brain perceives what you've eaten. You don't know whether you're hungry or not, you don't know whether you've eaten or not. Sometimes a new-agey alternative doctor will tell a sick person, "You're out of touch with your body." I"ll say!

Now you know why you're sick. . .

Fructose is a likely answer if not THE answer. There are other factors involved — certainly toxic chemicals and heavy metals, in the case of cancer. But fructose looks more and more like a major explanation for our problems. I'm convinced we'd see a rapid increase in health and well-being in our society if every gram of sugar disappeared tomorrow, for good.

Instead, we eat five times the amount of fructose people ate a hundred years ago. And most of their fructose calories were from fruit. Most of ours are from the pure junk, like mainlining heroin.

Here's a thought form the New York Times article: "One of the diseases that increases in incidence with obesity, diabetes and metabolic syndrome is cancer. . .The connection between obesity, diabetes and cancer was first reported in 2004 in large population studies by researchers from the World Health Organization's International Agency for Research on Cancer. It is not controversial." (We wrote about the diabetes-cancer connection in issue #35.)

The Times also quotes Craig Thompson, President of the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York. While the article does the usual song and dance that we need more studies (and it's true; we do), Dr. Thompson dropped this bombshell:

"I have eliminated refined sugar from my diet and eat as little as I possibly can, because I believe that ultimately it's something I can do to decrease my risk of cancer."

This comes from the very heart of America's cancer establishment. If the world's leading enemies of alternative medicine are saying this. . .well, you do the math.

You're an addict even if you don't know

In his lecture, Dr. Lustig draws a fascinating comparison between alcoholism and a high level of fructose consumption. Fructose generates eight of the 12 health problems associated with alcoholism: hypertension, heart disease, chronic inflamed pancreas, liver dysfunction. . .and eight other diseases, including addiction.

I'll testify to the addiction bit, based on personal experience. Sugar is incredibly hard to give up. My own weakness is pastries, not candy or sodas. But when I was a child, I did drink soda by the gallon. Popcorn or pizza were unthinkable without a soft drink. To this day, I find sweets the most satisfying foods.

But don't look for the FDA or other authorities to get excited about the addiction problem. They don't have a long-term orientation. And warning the public about sugar would be like admitting that nutrition matters — that alternative health experts have been right all along.

Everyone knows alcohol is a toxin because it immediately affects the brain. There's no mistaking it. It's an "acute toxin." When you've had a drink you feel it within minutes, and hopefully you have enough sense not to drive. But fructose is what Dr. Lustig calls a "chronic toxin," and the FDA and other authorities have no interest in those. They don't look at long-term effects.

Most people know that excessive, long-term use of alcohol damages your liver. But that's not the reason it's so heavily regulated. The government is all over alcohol because of what it does to you within 20 minutes, not 20 years. But, says Dr. Lustig, a can of Coke is as bad for your liver as a can of beer in terms of the number of calories that hit your liver, and the stress the beverage puts on the organ. Soda belly, he says, equals beer belly.

The difference between an "acute toxin" and a "chronic toxin" is crucial. If you cut fructose out of your life, I'm confident you WILL see results, but not overnight results. This is a long-term issue. Most of us have been wrecking our health for as long as we've been on the planet — starting with sugary baby formulas and going on from there.

You have to give a sugar-free diet several months at least — and no "little treats" to reward yourself (you know what I'm talking about.) I'd say give it six months or a year. And better yet, combine it with a good supplement plan and a big increase in healthy vegetables (preferably uncooked) and oils.

We say again what wonderful souls you all are and admire your dedication to see out the challenges that have been presented to you. Having been separated from your Higher Self by the veil of forgetfulness, you have still found the Light within and proceeded to make your way back to full conscious awareness. It has enabled you to make a giant step forward and prepare yourselves for Ascension. With it also comes the ability to be discerning where any information is concerned, and you will be able to determine the truth from the more dubious messages or outright disinformation. Take what resonates with you, and if you pass over genuine information you may be sure it will come your way again. In actual fact, you already have all knowledge within. It sometimes means setting aside what you have been brought up to believe, to allow an opportunity for the truth to be understood. Better still start your quest for the truth by starting with a clean sheet. This way your Guides will be able to reach you and help point you in the right direction. Be assured that for each soul many Higher Beings are working to enlighten them.

Life need not be complicated, but humans have become egotistical and often self-centred. You cannot progress this way without many battles leading to confrontation, and peaceful relationships are hard to reach. The problem is that each one desires to control the other one, and that is a recipe for dissension. When you have reached the stage of treating others as your equal, and can find love in your heart for them, you can handle such situations with patience, calmness and understanding. It takes time to withstand verbal assaults and attempts to control you, but it is possible to let it pass over your heads without any negative emotional response. In time you will find no problem at all in achieving such a calmness, and it goes hand in hand with being able to treat all with Unconditional Love. First however, you must learn to control your emotions, and know that you do not need to be threatening to make your point. Normally humans act first and think afterwards, and that is often too late to avoid the consequences.

Dear Ones, we know it is easy for us to talk about such subjects as self control, but it is a stage you will achieve as your levels of consciousness rise up. The more Light you absorb the calmer you become and your very presence brings peace to those around you. Imagine the beautiful uplifting energy that forms when many souls of a similar disposition get together. Some of you have experienced it and will know how powerful it is. As the many groups grow in numbers all around the world, they become linked together until a gridwork of Light is formed. With the increase in the amount of energy being sent to Earth, it expands exponentially and rapidly lifts the vibration. It means you already have one foot in the fourth dimension, and are leaving the lower dimension behind. If you are intent upon ascending, you will never have had such a golden opportunity to do so.

There is hardly a single message about Ascension that does not mention the Love and Light, and it is because it is essential to your success and ability to return to the higher realms. Each soul is of the Light even if it is subdued, and have the potential to express themselves as a great Being of Love and Light. When you look at another person, see beyond their physical self and know that like every other soul they have the godspark within. You are linked to each other and it is true that what you do to one, you do to all. Collectively you are responsible for where you find yourselves today. Through many lives you have envisioned your future and created the path towards it. It has been up to you as to whether it is was hard or easy, but Man has in recent ages been completely engulfed in the dark energies and almost lost touch with the Light. Fortunately it can never be completely extinguished, and has risen up through the darkness to once again show the way. Now it has become the major force upon this planet, and is rapidly breaking up the lower energies that cannot exist side by side with such power. As you are now seeing very clearly the changes are speeding up and sometimes creating chaos, but it will be short lived.

We of the Galactic Federation are doing what we can to bring a peaceful settlement in the Middle East, but the dark energies have been so embedded in that area it is not an easy task even for us. We cannot impose ourselves upon people, but work to bring peace and stability to a situation. If we were invited to participate that would naturally be different, yet in many ways it is far better if you are seen to overcome your own problems. However, we also answer to the God of this Universe, and carry out God’s commands where you are concerned. God has given you freewill and will not interfere with your decisions, unless the outcome goes beyond your Earth and affects other planets and life forms. The completion of the cycle of duality and Ascension is taking place because God has decreed that it is time for the cycle to be closed, and the next phase of your evolution should commence.

We are therefore like you part of the Great Plan that extends to the whole Universe, in which every planet is involved. All is uplifting into the higher vibrations, and it is a magnificent event and occasion for great celebrations. You too shall enjoy it and your little Earth will be the focus of much attention, as you are well known for your wonderful achievements throughout the time you have been on it. You may have been in quarantine but your development and success in overcoming the dark forces, is generally known. Once we have permission to openly land on Earth, you will eventually see representatives of many types of civilisations. Many will be humanoid but there are also others that are quite different, and all originate from the Source of All That Is.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and like my companions are excited that we are so near to meeting you. Yes, it may be some months before we are allowed to make a mass flyover, but contact with you has been going on for many years and will become more open in the immediate future. There are requirements that need to be fulfilled on both sides before it can happen, and there will have to be an agreement as to the right time for disclosure. In making our existence officially recognised, it will allow us to contact you in a more open way. That should lead to our delegations being able to meet with your authorities.

Ashtar – We are in sacred times

We of the Ashtar command understand the need to get things moving on Earth, yes we know that many people deal with wanting this to be over as soon as possible, but not much is done or gained should one rush through the experience, The tactics of “urgent” messages and first contact have been used to make us appear as if we do not exist at all and are deceiving the channelers, discernment is key in these times, not only because there are entities who will do all they can to interrupt this process both on Earth and on realms beyond your own at this present moment, but also Egos which seek to remain empowered just a little bit longer. I and the rest of the Ashtar command can not say that these channels are in error because it is not our place, but we would like those who read or receive to see with their souls and listen with their hearts, for this is the true empowerment of all mankind, our brothers and sisters of Earth.

Sometimes dear ones, it is our own desires and worries which push us to believe in something that removes us from our true power, the light within our hearts, the voice of our spirits and the empowerment which stems forth from it, many times, we are afraid of standing in our power and establishing it, Ego does not like this, it is a fight between darkness and light, Ego and heart, but even this battle serves a purpose, for it is the fundamental aspect of ones purpose. Yes, NOW is the time, to surrender to the will of the source but it is suggested that you remind yourself that source will always love you, for you are the source and therefor you are love, and you are enacting your own divine creation through the manifestation of soul fragments, all experiencing the totality of their beingness. Life in your realm/dimension is difficult, the suffering, the imbalance, and many things should be changed, however, be wise and be grounded, to move beyond a system of this magnitude requires great effort and unification.

Move away from the system, yes, but first move towards one another, unity is what will save you from the oppression, not first contact nor spontaneity, it is you dear ones who will save one another, combining your lights to become suns, this dear ones is where your true power lies, It is not in the heavens or in the earth it is in your hearts, in the sacred fire of the sun within your soul, magnify it, amplify it, unite it, BE it. Dear ones, please understand, that as momentum builds there will be a greater sense of urgency within you, some know this urgency as a time to become more active in their missions and common-unity and yet others see this as a time of fear and distress, it is the rebirth, the build up, the momentum which drives the force to which many are responding, listen to yourselves dear ones and tune in to the heart and spirit.

Quiet the mind, calm and relax the spirit, all the best decisions are made with a calm and peaceful mind, panic will only lead to rash decisions, collaborate and unite sisters and brothers!, Take some time to take a breath and see that which you reflect, as we are all a reflection of another, believe in yourself, believe in others, believe in the spirit which moves through all things, remember that you are a part of this spirit, remember that the only limits that exist are the limits which you impose upon yourself. Do not limit the beauty of the ascension experience believing it is an event rather then an experience, ascension is both a personal journey and an experience. Each of you, human starseeds and lightworkers are here to assist humanity in moving back on this same journey if they so wish, but I tell you this dear ones, fear will not move mountains, nor will the end of the world save souls, because there is no end, simply transformation.

Be vigilant and discerning, many will use the opportunities in these times especially, when many of the human population of Earth are vulnerable to fear, many will come in this time and proclaim there will be disasters and many fearful things, expecting worship and followers, you will know the validation of the message by it’s energy, messages should uplift and inspire, not cause panic and fear. Fear has been used for many many centuries on your planet as a means of oppression. There are those service to self from beyond your dimension who transpire to prevent the inevitable, for the ascension is not an event that can be prevented nor manipulated, as it is a personal journey, a personal discovery of the self. There may be blocks in the road but these blocks dear ones, only *Appear* to be in your way, there are many ways to overcome them, you are on a beautiful path of inner revelation and your journey dear ones is shared with countless others, reach out your hand to them and remind them of why they are on that path, as you all know dear ones, it is the journey which matters not the destination, remind them to focus on the solution, not the problem.

What is the solution? let us identify first the problem, a corrupt system has been in place on your planet for many centuries, this system has bumped humanity off of the journey, removed them from their natural divine state of being, has turned man against his brother and energy to be taken instead of freely shared. What is the solution? the solution dear ones is unity, going within, and remembering your spiritual power, but most important remember the power of each other, individually you can move mountains, united you can create them. Honor one another for it is with each other that real progress can be made. You are not here to fight sisters and brothers, that has already been done, you are not here to run for shelter and await our arrival, you are here to move beyond the illusionary barriers of your mind, in this way you serve as an example of the unlimited capability of the human spirit, you serve as a reminder of how to re-light the fire within. Please do not wait for us dear ones! we will come in the blink of an eye, but till then, honor yourselves as well by being the freedom of your own spirit, it can begin right now, today, write letters of love to those who serve the self, meditate in public, take time to listen to strangers, dance, smile, be free!

Show the world what they have forgotten, and how easy it is to love, by being an example of who they are. You will be surprised dear ones how much easier it is to stay where you are and simply be, whether you move a hundred miles away or stay in your current location, love can flourish and with it change follows, you CAN be that Aha! moment in another persons life, love is powerful, love is strong, love is boundless, love is priceless, formless and nameless, love is what your spirit IS. You are unlimited in the ways you can express love. The shift begins by touching the life of another fellow human being, in a way that will remind them of their own cosmic nature. Through the awakening of the divine human spirit through love, you will awaken planetary and universal awareness and consciousness, you are first contact dear ones! You are here to not only make the transition of your world from 3D to 5D much smoother by re-lighting their torch as they walk the path of their personal ascension, but also to assist in preparing humanity in becoming a galactic society, this dear ones will happen when fear is removed and replaced with love, be the change, be the messengers of light upon the earth, and spread your wings of love to embrace one another, for we are in sacred times.

Stick to your principles and follow your intuition, as your beliefs and thoughts are bombarded by so many different sources that claim to know the future. Some are simply misguided but those that seem acceptable are sometimes clever pieces of disinformation. Bear in mind that the dark Ones are well aware of Ascension and the events leading up to it, and they play upon a scenario that largely fits your beliefs. However, they intentionally look to cause confusion in your minds, and once doubt creeps in they have succeeded in their aims. Naturally there are also some sources that are genuine, but have a different idea as to how the end times work it. Their approach can be influenced by what they desire to take place, and this is more likely with religious beliefs. If you are satisfied that you have a truthful source you can generally speaking accept what is given to you. However, still question it until you are satisfied that it fits into your mindset and that it is of a positive nature. The truth will normally feel good, whereas dubious statements often make you feel uneasy.

For many years you have been fooled and lied to so that governments could carry out covert actions without your knowledge. The times of automatically believing what you were told have long since passed, but because of the deliberate confusion and fear laden messages you may find it difficult to determine where the truth exists. Again we come back to your intuitive powers and if you rely upon them, by and large you will not go far wrong. Trust has to be earnt but so few politicians have been consistently honest but when they are, their words stand out and carry the ring of truth. Because of these problems, it is planned to shake up the whole political establishment and eventually do away with party politics. Too much time is wasted on confrontation and decisions made for political gain, instead of doing what is best for all people. Changes will ensure that only those politicians that sincerely desire to give their time for the betterment of their people, will be appointed to positions within a new government.

The time for reviewing many systems and policies affecting the people will soon arrive, and it is all part of regaining your sovereignty. As a new civilisation emerges, it is you who will be treated with respect and your needs placed at the top of the list. Great wealth that is in the hands of so few will be re-distributed so that all share in abundance. The days of the elite are numbered, but they will be treated fairly like every one else. Such changes will pave the way for your eventual Ascension, which will subsequently lead to a time when money will be no longer required. When you can create for yourself all that you need to exist, you will no longer be reliant on others for your welfare. The experiment called duality has pitched you against each other, and being successful in competitive situations has often come down who has been the most powerful. This will also cease in favour of co-operation and the sharing of all of the new Earth’s treasures. In this respect the Earth will be honoured and treated as the wonderful loving host she is to the Beings who travel with her.

Up to now you have been allowed to use Mother Earth for your raw materials, but even so you have destroyed many locations with little thought for the environment. Lessons have since been learnt, and it has to be understood that she is a fully conscious Being that needs your love and full consideration for her well being. The previous lack of understanding has led to Mother Earth having to take her own action to cleanse the Earth, and restore it to its pristine condition. Consequently she rumbles and shakes, with the resultant changes arising from earthquakes and other happenings. We of the Galactic Federation constantly monitor such situations, and we do whatever is allowed to minimise the effects where you are at risk. We work largely unseen, but look forward to the day when we can do so quite openly and often with your co-operation. From a karmic point of view we can only go so far, as it is important that you realise the consequence of your actions. We speak here not just of direct damage, but where it has been triggered by the reaction to negative energies produced by Mankind. These have for example often resulted from wars, and gone deep into the Earth causing disturbances to the balance of natural energies.

As your consciousness levels rise up, so you will also take a step nearer to understanding how the new you will live in the future. It will be so different and have little resemblance to how you live now. Importantly there will be a better understanding of the creative power around you, and you will harmonise with it. By then you will have learnt how to correctly use such energies, and become an independent Galactic Being. You will also become a Christed Being able to fully express your Love and Light. Be assured that you are destined to be great Beings of Light, and will move nearer to that manifestation as you rise up through the higher dimensions.

We trust that you will understand the need to cut your reliance upon material acquisitions, and know that in time you want for nothing at all by creating for your needs. Humans become very attached to their material belongings but as with the passing of the physical body, you cannot take them with you. Yet in the Astral Realms, you can recreate by thought any item that whilst on Earth was to your personal liking. It follows that after Ascension you will not only be able to create, but have more extended skills than previously. Take for example your delight in dressing up, and know that you can “think” into being whatever you wish and change it as often as you like. What can be created can also be “uncreated” just as easily, so there is no waste. The higher you go, the creations become more perfect and radiate light all around. Colour and sound go hand in hand bringing an array of beauty and perfection not found on Earth at present.

Believe us when we tell you that matters are moving along very well, and the work we have put in is beginning to yield results. Whatever happens you will be ready for the end times, and nothing can stop the closing of the cycle of duality. You do not have to go through purgatory to ascend, and clearly your experiences from one soul to another will differ quite considerably. Most of you will ease yourselves into the New Age, and for our part we will make the transition for you as quickly as we can. You are seeing rapid changes in the Middle East, and whilst that is going on the West is also going through a testing time. They will also have to change and much will come about following political reform. In you hearts you know that all future changes must be based upon what is best for all, and that means a structure that is built upon Love and Light. Anything less will not satisfy the people, or lay down the path that will give you a smooth ride to Ascension.

The dark Ones are at last capitulating, realising that they need a way out of a predicament of their own making. Through our allies that is being offered, and once they are no longer in a position to interfere with progress, we can really become more open in helping you. Making them responsible for their acts against Humanity is not directly our concern, because there is no escape from eventually having to answer to the higher spiritual hierarchy that oversees your evolution. In other words, just like you they will have to experience the effects of their deeds and fully understand the outcome. We can tell you that once you return to the higher dimensions, and know the truth about life and its purpose you are more than eager to atone for your mistakes. We must stress again that there is no punishment as you understand it, and no judgment and the final outcome is in the hands of the soul concerned. The karma resulting from each life time is twofold, and firstly keeps you on the path back to the Light, whilst ensuring that you learn from your mistakes.

The final run in to Ascension is one that gives you so many opportunities to tie up your loose ends, and change your mindset to one that is in alignment with the new vibrations. The old you will largely disappear and a beautiful Being emerge that will be ready to ascend. You have worked hard and come along way to reach this point, and it will be a most uplifting experience regardless of whatever you go through to get there. The energies around you are ever increasing and bringing you more into the higher vibrations. It brings a calmness and feeling of great expectancy, as you become more sensitive to them and stand tall as a beacon of Light. In doing so you are on your way to the Ascension having moved up from the lower vibrations. Indeed, you now find that they are coarse and no longer serve your life purpose. Spreading peace and happiness is your aim and you will be successful at doing so.

Without necessarily openly approaching other souls, you will uplift anyone around you and your positive attitude will rub off on others. The word is spreading about Ascension, and you can be one who can gently introduce others to its benefits at the same time pointing out that freewill choice is involved. However, every opportunity will be taken to make the facts known when we can finally walk amongst you. There will eventually be no soul that has not had a chance to learn all about Ascension, and make choice from a well informed position. There are of course those who accept the end time, but believe in a different ending to it, and since you create your own reality they will experience a different path of their choice.

Meantime we ask you to keep your focus on your personal goals, and do not be discouraged by the happenings outside of you. Certain events have to be played out, and the physical changes are necessary to assist Mother Earth’s Ascension. You travel together as you have done so for millennia of time, and will do so in the future. The more you can bring the light to Earth, the more you will all be helping to bring the New Earth into being. The old creations of yours are unable to be carried forward, so consequently there is much to do by way of transmutation. Nothing is totally destroyed, but simply changes its form to be used again. Matter is created and re-created over and over again and never wasted. As creators yourselves you will take greater responsibility for your creations, but at the same time you will rise in consciousness and will exercise good sense and wisdom in your work.

You are now at the crossroads, and it is your decision as to which way you go. Either way there is no long term problem, as the cyclic nature of the Universe ensures that another opportunity to choose differently will always come your way. However, the cycles are long by your measure using linear time, and if you but knew you would be more inclined to put the effort in to ascend this time round. We know that some souls are still so mired in the darkness, that they find it hard to comprehend what Ascension means. Sometimes they feel victims of their circumstances not realising that they create their own experiences. There will come a time when the truth will come to them, and then they will seek a way to change them for the better.

Be assured that your progress is followed, and at the first signs of a desire to move into the Light, help is given to move you in the right direction. No one wishes to see you repeatedly going down a dead end, and having to do it all again. Fortunately most souls evolve over a period of time through the experiences of successive lives, and the guidance given to them. In the present challenging times, progress can be quite rapid because of the continual battle between the dark and Light. There are repeated opportunities to overcome the lower vibrations, and no soul is condemned to stay in them. It is quite the opposite, as The Brotherhood of Light works to help those who are in the lower dimensions, and find the ones who are opening up to the higher truths.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and as you enter the most important time for your civilisation, we do our best to attract your attention. We want you to recognise the relationship we have with you, which is one that has existed for thousands of years. We Are All One, and are rightly coming together again to celebrate our reunion. We shall go forward with you to the higher realms that are your true home, and await your presence as ascended Beings.

Let love be your guide in all circumstances, and make no exceptions as every soul responds to such a powerful energy. It may take time with some souls but they will eventually be lifted up. Humans sometimes have a habit of looking down at people, that have been unable to find their place in the world. Yet like those who have gone astray, they need every help to find their real selves. It is time to be forgiving and set aside any judgmental feelings. All of you have gone through such periods travelling the corridors of darkness, but have eventually been successful in finding your true path. More and more souls will awaken to the wonderful opportunity this period presents, and with help will be able to forgive themselves and start anew. In the deepest recess of their heart no soul desires to permanently cut itself off from the Light, but the darkness can be overwhelming. Without prejudice and all the love you can muster, send out your highest energy to those who perpetrate criminal acts upon the people. If you can, it will be one of the most earth changing acts you can take part in.

Ascension is very much an individual experience, but at the same time it is of a Universal nature and in reality every soul would like to be part of it. Some however, cannot yet respond to the love that is being sent to them. They are weighed down by the baggage they are carrying, and have little idea of how to release it. You who have gone before them can help show the way by your example. Do not add to their troubles by surrounding them in negativity, as that is what they normally attract and it keeps them down. Be kind, be love and see the godspark in everyone, as it is indestructible and will always remain so. Each soul still has Guides and Angels travelling with it each lifetime, who work patiently and with unconditional love to turn their face towards the Light. When you think about it, it could not be any other way.

When you seek changes on Earth and your desires are sent out with Universal Love, they are carrying so much more power that they will inevitably bring about a successful conclusion. In this way you have achieved so much already since the last century, and it is your willpower and determination that is giving your love that added strength. Each day the energies are becoming more powerful, and it spells the end of the Illuminati. They are no match for the growing mass consciousness of the people, and it is quite clear that they will settle for no less than a complete victory to restore their rights, freedom and peace. Chaotic it may be but within all the turmoil the way forward is becoming clear, and we of the Galactic Federation and many other higher groups and councils are aiding and abetting your push for victory. The future may be known, but it still has to manifest through you and your intent to determine how it comes about.

You are doing wonderfully well, and your success is rapidly creating the conditions that will lead to our coming. What is necessary to bring us fully into the picture is again down to you, but you are not without immense help. We are excited at the prospect of our coming together, and delighted that you have earnt the right to leave the cycle of duality. You are truly immense and powerful Beings, even if you cannot yet grasp these facts for yourselves. For so long the dark Ones have kept you in a position of believing that you depended on them for your existence, whereas you have recently discovered the power to determine your own future. Use it wisely and for the benefit of all, and nothing more could be asked of you.

We have referred to it previously, but will not tire of mentioning that you must let each soul decide for themselves where their future lies. We know that many are concerned about the fate of their loved ones, but be grateful that you have come together to create links of love. These will no doubt bring you together again on some future occasion, as they cannot be broken. There is always a purpose in such experiences, but you will not yet know what it is. You are possibly one of a quite close-knit group that often incarnate together, and so it will proceed well into the future. You will best help others by allowing them total freedom of choice, as it is indeed each soul’s privilege.

In recent months we have been true to our promise to make our craft more observable in your skies. Clearly it cannot be much longer before disclosure comes about, as we see opportunity is approaching and our allies will do all they can to use it. We know now that our presence will be well received, and those who deny us will have to face facts that cannot be ignored for much longer. Throughout your history we have never been far away from you, and the evidence is there to read if you have the desire to do so. Even more conclusive are the monuments and buildings that still exist as proof of the help provided by us. All of it will be referred to and included, as part of the knowledge that will be passed on to you to set the records right.

Over a long period there has been a plan to gradually enlighten you as to your true ancestry, and help you pave the way to being a Galactic Being. It will be a return to your real home, as the present Earth has only served as a planet for your 3rd dimensional experience. However when you ascend with Mother Earth, all of that will be left behind as you enjoy the beauty and wonders of the higher dimensions. With our help you will also become the creators of much of what is needed by you, and advanced technologies will be made available to you from us. Since you will have ascended and the lower vibrations cannot exist at the same level, we know you can be totally trusted to use them for the right purposes.

You are coming of age and will be treated as such and invited to share our knowledge, as we keep nothing for personal gain. Our outlook and attitude comes from being at a level where we have mastered the ability to treat all souls with Unconditional Love. Absolute perfection is for those souls that have returned to the Source, but even so you will have little or no problems avoiding issues that any still involve karma. Be aware that Universal Law still exists that covers what you may call errors of judgment, where there is no intention to deliberately break them.
