REST YOUR MIND
Rest your mind in the ineffable certainty that everything is fine and that you exist in the best possible world available for this moment, because despite the conditions that present themselves to you through the organs of perception informing otherwise, there is still a dimension available of serenity that welcomes you and offers you that ineffable certainty that everything is fine, despite it not being the best of all worlds.
Your mind lacks serenity, because in some dark moment of unconsciousness to which we are all subject, you decided to commit yourself to pain and suffering, and you became so attached to your traumas that, even though everything is fine and there is serenity available, you end up heading towards discomfort, which can be real and concrete, but nothing forces you to cling to it so much that you don't have a channel of perception to experience serenity.
Break this commitment to discomfort, because it is unnecessary and counterproductive that this conviction that everything is going wrong in the worst of all worlds cannot be broken, since, even if just for a moment, if you give yourself the luxury of resting your mind in scenarios so broad and inclusive that, in them, your worries and anxieties find their true proportion, you will see, with your own mind, that it is insignificant to live with a tormented soul.
The only real obligation to remain in anguish and disregard the serenity available comes from your own mind, and not from any circumstances or people within your circle of influence.
And this means that the same mind that torments you and commits you to self-flagellation can come from the decision to rest, because, even if for a moment, serenity tastes like eternity.
Certain issues that seemed insoluble now present themselves with a different face, and your soul will see that it is capable of handling the task. In the future, try to remember the situation so you don't feel unnecessarily distressed.
