THE LOUD LAUGH
If you cannot solve your problems or heal your traumas, instead of remaining in the anguish of impossibility, cross this dense fog by letting out a loud laugh, because when you ridicule what torments you, your torments lose the charm that makes them attractive, and the suffering, deprived of its enchantment, is reduced to ridiculous insignificance.
The monstrosities that intimidate you are ridiculous and deserve your laughter, because their sound degrades them to their real condition of irrelevance in the cosmic choreography, but you need to understand that to undo the enchantment, you will also need to laugh loudly at your attachment to the suffering and torment.
After all, if you weren't so attached to these torments, you would see the true dimension of the atrocities, and then you would let out a loud laugh that would free you from suffering.
Give a break to your attachment to suffering, laugh at your torments, fear is afraid that you will discover its insignificance.
Nothing is too little if repeated daily, because each small step you take every day is the amount of progress that will happen over longer periods. Therefore, keep a broad view of your life.
