Water cures everything - 1

 Water is a divine substance, indispensable for our physical life. When we are born, we have almost 80% of our weight made up of water and when we die, at an advanced age, we only have around 40% of water in our body (average across all body tissues, as each tissue has a certain percentage of water). This shows that our wrong way of life leads to continuous dehydration of tissues (cells) over time. If the percentage of water decreases, what is the substance that increases its percentage with age? These are ACID substances! It has already been discovered by science that the fluids of the human body, for their proper functioning, must be slightly ALKALINE (or basic), corresponding to a pH index above 7.0. Accumulation of acidic substances serve as food for all pathogenic microorganisms in our physical body (bacteria, bacilli, fungi, viruses, vibrios, amoebas, etc.). Some of these parasitic microorganisms can grow to enormous sizes, such as roundworms, tapeworms, etc. Therefore, a wrong way of living (full of “sins”) leads to three concomitant events: dehydration, acidity and the emergence of a suitable environment for pathogenic parasitic microorganisms! All three symptoms will be eliminated if we can properly hydrate the cells of our physical body.

How to do this water therapy?

1) In the morning, as soon as you get out of bed (without even brushing your teeth), drink 1.50 liters of water, i.e., 5 to 6 glasses. It is convenient to measure 1.50 liters of water in advance. Let us know that our ancestors called this therapy “Usha Paana Chikitsa”. You can wash your face after this.

2) Here it is essential to note that nothing else – no drink nor solid food of any kind – should be taken within an hour before and after drinking this 1.50 liters of water.

3) It must be strictly observed that no alcoholic beverages should be taken the night before.

4) If necessary, boiled and filtered water can be used for this purpose.


Is it possible to drink 1.50 liters of water at once?

To begin with, a person may find it difficult to drink 1.50 liters of water at once, but they will gradually get used to it. Initially, while practicing, you can take 4 glasses first and top up with two glasses after a break of 2 minutes. Initially, you may need to urinate 2 to 3 times within an hour, but this will become normal after some time. Through research and experimentation, the following diseases are observed to be cured within the days indicated below:


Constipation 1 day

Acidity 2 days

Diabetes 7 days

Blood pressure & hypertension 4 weeks

Cancer 4 weeks

Pulmonary tuberculosis 3 months 


Note:

It is recommended that people suffering from arthritis or rheumatism should practice this therapy 3 times a day, i.e., in the morning, at noon and in the evening, one hour before meals – for a week; and 2 times a day subsequently until the disease is cured.

How does pure water work?

Consuming regular drinking water in the correct way purifies the human body. It makes the colon more effective, forming new blood, known in medical terms as “haematopaises” (sic). That the mucosal folds of the colon and intestines are activated by this method is a known fact, as is the theory that fresh blood is produced in the mucosal folds. If the colon is cleansed, then the nutrients from food taken several times a day will be absorbed and, by the action of the folds in the mucosa, these will be converted into fresh blood. Blood is of fundamental importance in curing diseases and restoring health, and for this reason water must be consumed routinely. We strongly request that the above method be read and practiced carefully.

Several points are evident in this message: the method is suggested to be applied to common people, who have the wrong oral diet as we know; therefore, the volume of water intake (1.50 liters at once) may be a bit excessive for people with good nutrition; Furthermore, the water suggested for consumption is common water, obtained from your tap: if you drink more suitable water [including fruit water], absorption will be more efficient and the volume needed should be smaller. Note, also, that this method should be seen as a “temporary crutch” (it deals with the EFFECTS), while you do not correct the CAUSES of your ills (wrong way of life!). What is a “more suitable water” (“living water”) to be ingested? I will address this topic in more detail in future interventions at this location.
