COMIC RELIEF
Worry and anxiety are cooked mentally, with us trying to solve our problems in mental abstractions, before even taking any kind of practical initiative to try to solve anything.
For truly I tell you, as we continue to try to solve our problems in the abstraction of mentality before doing anything practical about them, we also continue to get entangled in subjective complications and distance ourselves from effective solutions, because, even though in the mind there is a possibility of solution , it is also the very perspective of complication, so ambiguous is our mind.
However, in the mind itself, which is ambiguous and multidimensional, there is the ability for our mind to distance itself from itself to observe its own functioning, and thus, from a distance, understand how much we needlessly complicate ourselves, and how ridiculous this becomes over time.
This distance, when maneuvered and navigated with the inexplicable lightness that good will provides, allows us to not take ourselves so seriously and, on the contrary, see the ridiculousness of our worries and anxieties, to the point of obtaining comic relief from a liberating laugh.
After all, there is nothing more ridiculous than disgracing ourselves with the abstract complications of the mind, while life offers us all its grace all the time.
May comic relief protect you from your own mind.
Arrange everything in the best way possible, build and sustain a healthy routine, which, necessarily, must include moments to break that same routine and dedicate yourself to doing some crazy things too.
