The Objective

You and I have a physical body that was not made by you, not by me and not even by our parents. We don't know how to make a single cell of our bodies. Certainly, it was a Great Intelligence that made it and that also mantains it working at this precise minute. Many call this Great Intelligence by the name of God. Therefore, you and me are sons and daughters of God and, consequently, we inherited divine characteristics, like the potencial for an infinite life in a physical body and the construction of our reality using our mind. To achieve these goals we need to have a perfect health. I will deal, in this blog, with issues that contribute to achive this goal: perfect health! I hope that you can also contribute here with your thoughts. Let's follow this lemma: "You will know the Truth, and the Truth shall set you free", since we are slaves of the lies that were given to us since we were born...
