Our freedom is only acquired with knowledge. Knowledge brings the lucidity of light, enlightenment, and the darkness ends up leaving. If we know how to deal with things, we can walk. Where there is knowledge, knowledge, enlightenment, there is no pain. All pain is the result of ignorance, of darkness, where there is no light. The more knowledge we have about life, the more we manage, the more we have freedom, power and progress.

What is law? Law is what makes things work. That's how it works. Law is function. Law is what regulates, and regulation is a function. Life only works within certain laws. If we want to improve and progress, we need to act within these laws. Where there is ignorance, there is pain. Where there is knowledge and the practice of this knowledge, the result is always good. Let's now get to know the Ten Laws of Life.

1. Law of Uniqueness: Everything is Unique

Everything is unique, therefore, there is nothing like it in the entire universe. You are unique, the mosquito is unique, the stone is unique. Two tree leaves, in all the forests of the world, are also not the same. If divine creativity is infinite, what is the reason for repeating two things? There are similar ones, but not the same. Similarity is necessary in life, in nature, for its very functionality.

Bringing this law to our behavior and our daily attitudes, if absolutely nothing is the same, no comparison makes any sense. That makes all the difference. Comparing oneself, then, is unnatural, and everything that is against nature is harmful. Comparing yourself to others is rejecting yourself, devaluing yourself, not accepting your individuality, an essential attribute of the spirit.

There are only two sexes - male and female - however, there are as many sexuality as there are people on the planet. Each individual expresses their sexuality in their own way. No two heterosexuals or two homosexuals have the same sexuality. Sexuality is absolutely individual.

Equality does not exist, but for the very functionality of life, there is similarity. Similar is never equal. When we say that like attracts like, it's not true. It's like-minded people who come together. Affines look for proximity, not equality.

The greatest harm you can do to yourself is to compare yourself, because then you will be rejecting yourself, not accepting yourself, denying yourself. If comparison is a great illusion that does a lot of harm, then any kind of complex, especially the inferiority complex, is not justified.

There is no point in avoiding it, you will have a unique life, everything that will happen will be unique and will only happen that way to you. Constantly say: "I am unique; I am not equal to anyone; I am not more or less than anyone else, I am just different; my individuality is sacred; I respect and accept myself the way I am; what others think of me only interests them".

The universe is the life where the experience, the contrasts begin to come true. For there to be awareness there needs to be contrast. There are no fireworks displays at noon. The fact that everything is different in the universe is what makes consciousness exist. Evil only exists due to the existence of good. Without contrast, there is no perception, there is no consciousness. Reality is contrast.

Do you want stability? You will not have! The environment doesn't allow anything to stand still. Everything is interdependent, so there is no way to stop. The environment, through its contrasts, forces change. That's why the indifference of others is the worst thing for someone. In indifference there is no contrast.

Voluntary forgetfulness, that is, pretending not to see, causes a reaction, which is pain. In this case, pain is the stimulus for the person to realize: look what you are doing against yourself! The pain is a great contrast. There is life in pain. The sensory system, whether to produce pleasure or to produce pain, is life.

As for affectivity, I exist because you exist. You not only exist here in front of me, but you are also different from me. If all beings were equal, I would have no idea of myself. I exist because we are different. It's because you're different from me that I see myself.

Affection is contact. In my touch there was contrast. This contrast, this contact produces a reaction in the spirit, a sensation that is called affection. Affection is contrast. Affection only happens inside you. It's your sensations that matter. Only your sensations, your feelings, are yours. Why do you want other people's feelings so much? They won't be of any use. True affection and love are spontaneous. It does not depend on the conditions of the other. Now, does the other person need to change to deserve your affection? If each person is unique, if each person has their own sacred individuality, how can you make demands on others? What's the point of having an external affective manifestation if you don't sustain yourself emotionally from the inside?

What attracts or repels people is the energetic pattern. Everyone likes to be with a nourishing person. A person is nutritious because their affection flows, and it flows because they respect their individuality and do not demand that others sacrifice theirs to satisfy their desires.

Affection is touch, touch is contrast and contrast makes you exist, perceive, feel. Existing is the state of perception of consciousness. The more you feel touch, the more you are alive, the more you exist. The blessing of your life is the existence of these people who are all different from you, because the more they are them, the more you are you. Life surrounds you with different things so that you can be more yourself, and it will bring you a lot of different things, otherwise you sleep and turn off your consciousness.

Therefore, you will never have peace of mind. One thing ends, another comes. "Ah, but now would I calm down?" No. If you calm down, you sleep, you stop progress. This way, the stimulus is constant. If you do not go with intelligence, it will inevitably  go with pain, with discomfort. For the universe, this pain is an affectionate touch.

The differences, which are basically touches, are the manifestation of divine love. So, when you accept your fellow man as he is, you make him exist. When you reject him, you kill him. If you want to kill something in yourself, like someone else's evil, just be indifferent.

Indifference is a great human weapon of enormous utility, which you can use for good, against human evil. In indifference, you remove the contrast and, without contrast, the thing ceases to exist. Instead of remaining in the revolt, in the hatred that corrodes you, throws indifference into it. In indifference you kill any evil in the bud. This is evolving through intelligence. This is spiritual elegance. This is compassion. When you don't use intelligence to evolve, something else appears in its place, pain, since evolution is inevitable. Just like yesterday, it won't happen again. One situation will never be the same as another, because the variables involved are countless.

From the concept that everything is unique, that nothing is the same, we can draw a very important conclusion: there is not just one reality. There is a reality that is there, that of common sense, resulting from the sum of all individual beliefs on the planet. However, there are as many realities as there are people on the planet, because your reality is individual. My reality will never be the same as yours.

I will not deny that common reality has its harshness. It is the effect of individual beliefs that, in general, are totally illusory. What can you expect from an illusion? Pain. But your reality doesn’t have to align with this common reality. Everyone has their individual and different beliefs, which will make their individual reality be this or that way. Most realities are similar because people cultivate similar beliefs.

In this way, you can and should build a good reality, regardless of what is out there. To do this, just change your beliefs and attitudes. If you do this, everything good that common reality has, and there are a lot of good things, you will enjoy, and everything bad it has will not interfere with your private reality.

When we talk about the law of uniqueness, another absurdity that stands out is the "ideal". Ideal is what each person puts into their idea. It's for him, not for you. Every ideology is absurd, it only works for those who invented it, maybe. There is no ideal, but the individual, the natural.

For this reason, communism is tremendous nonsense. Communism is an aberration in the face of human nature, of sacred individuality, and, without a doubt, every communist regime is doomed to failure, as is already happening. You are not ordinary. Nobody is ordinary.

Idealization is an affront to the law of unity, of individuality. No one is an example, model, standard for anyone, because each one is unique and incomparable. No one is normal, because normality does not exist when it comes to the law of uniqueness. When you think like this, you are subject to the obligation to play roles contrary to the nature of your spirit in order not to look ugly, in order to adapt to society. In other words, you are dependent on the other person’s gaze and opinion. Then don't complain if you are manipulated, stolen and rejected by them. Every inferiority complex originates from the confrontation between the ideal and the natural.

Nature won't make you sick if you don't harm it. All suffering comes from the disconnection of your individuality, that is, all your power is fixed outside and is manipulated by it.

Intelligence shows you that the principle of individuality is the principle of lucidity. If you weren't unique, you wouldn't feel like you existed. Therefore, the superior life, the better life, is the acceptance of individualities, of differences and not of the ideal, of models, of standards. Not only must we accept it, we must cultivate it.

Those who appreciate differences evolve faster, are full of life. The more you say yes to differences, the more life says yes to what you want. "Ah, everyone is on their own path, as I am on mine, which is unique." So, your individuality grows, you acquire more ownership of yourself, and the more ownership of yourself, the more firmness and success you obtain, not to mention that you become increasingly immune to all kinds of dense energy from the incarnate or disembodied.

When you accept differences, you end up causing a cosmic phenomenon of balance called fraternity. Everything is in your favor and you are in favor of everything. Fraternity is the acceptance of living with differences. It is the appreciation of differences. Given this, in your family you will appreciate that they are different, that they think differently. So their differences have been a blessing to you. Intolerance and stubbornness are no longer part of you. No more fights and arguments. From there, to extend it to all of humanity, it's just a short hop.

Have you ever thought if the law of uniqueness, which enshrines individuality, prevailed in the world? Wars would be the first to end. Fanaticism and religious radicalism would go away. The end of any type of prejudice would be declared and fraternity would reign supreme on a planet of peace and prosperity.

Don't compare yourself to other people. There is nothing like you in the entire universe. Everything is unique. You are also unique. That's why you are incomparable. It's stupid to compare. The ideal is stupidity. The ideal is only good for those who idealized it. Every ideology is only good for those who invented it. There is no ideal, but the individual. Only those who are different are successful, because the spirit supports what is most sacred, which is their individuality. When you respect your individuality, you are naturally being different. No one should serve as an example to anyone else, because the other person is also unique.

The common reality is very harsh, but there is not just one reality. There are as many realities as there are people on the planet. Realities are unique and individual. Your reality is you who make according to your beliefs. The reality that is there is the sum of all individual realities. Of course it is difficult and tough, because what is most out there are people believing in fantasies, in illusions, in negativity. The result of this is dense common sense. But you don't necessarily need to be bound by common sense. Change your beliefs, change your views, change your attitudes, and then you no longer belong to the mass grave, without ceasing to live with this reality.

Don't confuse sex with sexuality. There are only two sexes: male and female. Sexuality, everyone has their own. No two people on the planet have the same sexuality. Sexuality is something individual. Your sexuality is unique, so accept it and treat it with affection. Only then will you get along sexually, emotionally, spiritually and socially.

There is no luck, there is no bad luck, there are no coincidences, there is no chance. What exists is individuality and how each person is dealing with it.

The fight for the liberation of planet Earth and humanity, will soon come to an end. Don’t give up now but continue with magnified energy. We already have the view of the harbour, it is now just a matter of sailing to safely, entering a world of prosperity, abundance and unlimited love. A world of complete freedom, wealth and fortune is our reward.

 

The truly awake are now wondering if they are eligible for ascension to the new 5D world? It is expected that at least a third of the world’s population will be able to pass the final 5D exam. Basically, all currently incarnated people have the chance to take part in the 5D exam. Top marks to pass are not required, even the mediocre have a good chance of passing. However, the prerequisite is honesty, sincerity; being open to others and unconditional love for people, animals and nature.

 Be happy with your sanity and life, forget corrupt governments, they will be removed. Some say money makes happiness, but money only buys matter.

 Happiness and real wealth comes from within by e.g. making real things and providing services, which are the opposite of debt. This needs no further explanation.

 Behind the scenes, the house of cards of the oppressors is crumbling. As a result, more and more awake people are seeing the strings connecting the puppets to their conductors. These are the supposedly elected politicians; the people now observe how the puppeteers are directed and posed, the conductors are no longer hidden in the shadows as before.

 Everything that comes to us arrives at the right moments and time, it is Cosmic Intelligence that is in charge of all movements in the infinite Universe and that also determines the time of the long-awaited breakthrough.

 

The vaccine-induced suicide cult is very real, and it is the result of mass hypnosis combined with a widespread desire for self-destruction. Powered by mainstream media-fuelled insane psychological terrorism, many people are now consciously or unconsciously trying to end their own lives. The number of deaths has skyrocketed since the Covid lock-up began, with the sinister solution of free Covid vaccination and silly face mask.

 Apparently, many lack self-esteem, turning their backs on God but worshipping technology, science, money or fame.

 They apparently have nothing else to live for but more money and fame. When that does not satisfy, they seek self-destruction, not realising that every human being is a divine miracle, created in the image of God.

 Getting yourself injected with a deadly biological weapon designed to end human life is an insult to God and an act of spiritual unworthiness.

 The veil that imprisons our souls on this planet is being lifted within the now emerging reincarnation process, to free awake humanity from oppression, allowing everyone to flourish as the Creator has provided for each of us.

You ARE what you were meant to be!

 It has been mentioned here before that all the experiences of duality that souls on Earth have been allowed to live in successive incarnations, on both the Light and Shadow sides.

 

This current incarnation serves to close the desk drawers and clear out the place it was occupied during its apprenticeship. It is also the time for individual choices, which will determine the fate of each soul.

 

We could say that this current incarnation is the first in which the soul has actually had the opportunity to put into practice all the lessons it has learnt in all its previous lives.

 No incarnated soul can say that it did not know that an attitude or action served or went against the Light. Many incarnates are still reluctant to brush up on their exaggerated ego. This is perhaps the biggest barrier to overcome.

 But despite everything, this current incarnation is not the most difficult as many believe. Even though it determines each soul’s destiny, it is only an opportunity to adjust what has been learnt before.

 You are what was meant to be!

 That is what brought you here, in the state you are in now, the result of your deeds, actions and choices in every previous existence. All the experiences placed in the Soul Plan for each incarnation, even forgetting everything, were carried out according to that Plan.

 However, what defines the individual journey is undoubtedly the choices the soul makes in every opportunity that arises from that Plan. Your choices have made you who you are today. As we have often said, everyone is the Architect of themselves.

 Nothing outside you can change what comes from your own choices. This is the good of the larger Plan, because if we depended on others, life would become a lottery. Or a game of luck, as some say.

 Your experience is unique among all the souls who have come to Earth. There is no possibility of two having the same impressions and the same frequency, because it is emotions and feelings that determine the true individual story, which will then be told to everyone in the infinity of Universes.

 You are what was meant to be, because it was your choices, experiences and decisions, every minute of every day, every hour and every incarnation, that made you truly feel what it is like to live and create in a world where Light is scarce.

 You have always been part of the Divine Spark that forms your Monad and always will be, because it is pure Light, you have brought a little Light into this World of Darkness.

 The Earth is now beginning to light up. Partly because you have activated your Light, the Light of ascension. Your contribution is very important for the planet. Even from those who will not ascend now, their time on planet Earth, also contributed in some way. Nothing is lost in that which was created by the Divine Laws.

And as the veils are lifted, your consciousness will begin to remember who you are. It will remember who you were in each past life. It will know where your home was before you came here. In the case of ascension, you will naturally be able to choose to stay on the New Earth or even return to it. Of course, you helped build this New Earth and will not want to leave without experiencing and tasting the newness.

 You are what you were meant to be, for nothing and no one can change your choices. Not even the Dark Powers who came here couldn’t, they could only increase the difficulties, which makes you even more of a winner.

 You now reach the last rung of the ladder of ascension.

Paracelsus

Paracelsus held that true knowledge is attained in two ways, or rather that the pursuit of knowledge is advanced by a two-fold method, the elements of which are completely interdependent. In our present terminology, we can say that these two parts of method are intuition and experience. To Paracelsus, these could never be divided from each other.

The purpose of intuition is to reveal certain basic ideas which must then be tested and proven by experience. Experience, in turn, not only justifies intuition, but contributes certain additional knowledge by which the impulse to further growth is strengthened and developed. Paracelsus regarded the separation of intuition and experience to be a disaster, leading inevitably to greater error and further disaster. Intuition without experience allows the mind to fall into an abyss of speculation without adequate censorship by practical means. Experience without intuition could never be fruitful because fruitfulness comes not merely from the doing of things, but from the overtones which stimulate creative thought. Further, experience is meaningless unless there is within man the power capable of evaluating happenings and occurrences. The absence of this evaluating factor allows the individual to pass through many kinds of experiences, either misinterpreting them or not interpreting them at all. So Paracelsus attempted to explain intuition and how man is able to apprehend that which is not obvious or apparent.

According to Paracelsus, intuition was possible because of the existence in nature of a mysterious substance or essence — a universal life force. He gave this many names, but for our purposes, the simplest term will be appropriate. He compared it to light, further reasoning that thereare two kinds of light: a visible radiance, which he called brightness, and an invisible radiance, which he called darkness. There is no essential difference between light and darkness. There is a dark light, which appears luminous to the soul but cannot be sensed by the body. There is a visible radiance which seems bright to the senses, but may appear dark to the soul. We must recognize that Paracelsus considered light as pertaining to the nature of being, the total existence, from which all separate existences arise. Light not only contains the energy needed to support visible creatures, and the whole broad expanse of creation, but the invisible part of light supports the secret powers and functions of man, particularly intuition. Intuition, therefore, relates to the capacity of the individual to become attuned to the hidden side of life.

By light, then, Paracelsus implies much more than the radiance that comes from the sun, a lantern, or a candle. To him, light is the perfect symbol, emblem, or figure of total well-being. Light is the cause of health. Invisible light, no less real if unseen, is the cause of wisdom. As the light of the body gives strength and energy, sustaining growth and development, so the light of the soul bestows understanding, the light of the mind makes wisdom possible, and the light of the spirit confers truth. Therefore, truth, wisdom, understanding, and health are all manifestations or revelations of one virtue or power. What health is to the body, morality is to the emotions, virtue to the soul, wisdom to the mind, and reality to the spirit. This total content of living values is contained in every ray of visible light. This ray is only a manifestation upon one level or plane of the total mystery of life. Therefore, when we look at a thing, we either see its objective, physical form, or we apprehend its inner light. Everything that lives, lives in light; everything that has an existence, radiates light. All things derive their life from light, and this light, in its root, is life itself. This, indeed, is the light that lighteth every man who cometh into the world.

Thus we must come to recognize not only the shapes of thing — their colors, their numbers, and their arrangement — by the reflected light of nature; we must perceive the qualities of things their goodness, their beauty, their integrity — and we come to experience a certain affinity because of our own intuitive reaction to the radiant energy everywhere present. This invisible light, of which the visible part is merely a shadow or reflection, arises in the invisible source of light in the solar system, which is the spiritual or original sun, concealed behind or within the luminous orb of day.

Paracelsus, following the Neoplatonists and some other early mystics, was of the opinion that there were three suns in the solar system — one physical, one astral (or belonging to the psychic sphere), and one spiritual. Ihese three suns bestowed the life-light of the world according to their own natures. The light of the physical sun warms and reveals the bodies of things; the light of the psychic sun nourishes and reveals the structure of the soul; and the light of the spiritual or root sun, sustains and nourishes the human spirit. These three suns, therefore, become the causes of certain qualifications within light-life energy.

He early recognized the importance of nutrition. Food is not merely a physical substance; it is a medium for the transmission of life force.

Man possesses the power to change certain parts of himself. He can become more noble or more kindly. He can engage in activities which strengthen him, or he can neglect his needs and thus diminish his proper powers.

Man is responsible for his use of energy. Who uses it wisely, enjoys the blessings of God; who uses it unwisely is deprived of these blessings, and must wander in the darkness of ignorance and sickness. Only the good man can have good health, and only the wise man can be truly good.

Wrong physical habits, resulting in the corruption of natural processes, will ultimately endanger life. Of such, Paracelsus wrote extensively He mentions the overloading of the stomach with excessive food, and injury to its functions caused by excessive drinking and the use of condiments. As the reward for such total disregard for the natural laws governing nutrition and digestion, the unreasonable individual becomes dvspeptic and his entire health is threatened. Paracelsus also indicated that wrong associations among persons may injure health by inviting intemperance or creating situations in which the normalcy of conduct is in some way compromised.

Our old physician points out that nature is indeed a patient mother, and if we will correct our ways and cease our abuses, health can be restored in many cases. If, however, we continue to cater merely to appetites, no doctor can give us remedies that will really compensate for our own foolishness. Man was originally provided with instincts to care for such things, but by degrees, his mental and emotional intensities so greatly increased that he could no longer depend upon the normal demands of his appetites. He must therefore re-learn the art of normal living.

There seems to be a hint that Paracelsus believed in rebirth, for he implies that spiritual causes of sickness might be due to conditions which existed before birth, and these conditions must be regarded as violations of natural law through ignorance or intent. Nothing in the world happens without a cause. That which cannot be explained in reference to a present lifetime, must be referable to some antecedent causation. Paracelsus therefore says that the presence of a good physician is a miraculous indication of divine intercession; whereas the presence of a bad physician indicates that the patient does not deserve to recover. This rather sarcastic attitude probably reflects the feud between Paracelsus and his professional associates.

In nature, sympathetic attraction of things always manifests as like attracting like. This is true spiritually, philosophically, emotionally, psychologically, and materially. This attraction, however, has both a benevolent and dangerous aspect. If like attracts like, attraction is primarily upon the ievel of vibration. Things of similar vibration are drawn toward each other, either inwardly or outwardly, sometimes both. Sympathy continually pulls things together, antipathy pushes them apart. Sympathy operates through understanding; antipathy through misunderstanding. Wisdom is a uniting power; ignorance a separating force. Virtue brings man into sympathy with all that is virtuous; whereas vice attracts that which is similar to itself.

In formal histories of medicine, it is customary to orient Paracelsus as the last of the great medieval doctors and the first modern physician. He was bound to the past by his numerous metaphysical, magical, and talismanic theories; but he was also a man far ahead of his time in his chemical researches, his ideas of hygiene and eugenics, and his emphasis upon psychotherapy, diet, biochemistry, and sanitation. He may also be considered as one of the last great philosophers of medicine, and a staunch supporter of the use of religion in the treatment of disease.

According to Paracelsus, sickness always arises from disobedience to the divine or natural laws which relate to health.

Paracelsus also had another theory which perhaps will seem incredible to us, yet it deals with a subject which we have never satisfactorily solved. This has to do with the problem of germs, bacterial organisms, and viruses — those microforms of life that are so dangerous to the health of ordinary mortals. Paracelsus believed that the germ, or its equivalent, is a psychic entity created by creatures possessing mental and emotional powers. He pointed out that epidemical disease usually accompanies outbreaks of destructive human intensity. War, for example, is nearly always accompanied by a plague, and also by violent seismic disorders.

Two other kinds of creatures belong to the elementals and were not born of Adam. These are the giants and dwarfs. St. Christopher was a giant, but of human birth. But certain other famous giants — as Bern, Sigenot, Hildebrand, Dietrich, and !i dwarfs like Laurin, have their origin in the world of the elemen| tals. The giants come from the forest people; the dwarfs from the gnomes. Both are monsters and misbirths. These monster creations are as rare among elementals as they are among human beings. When such a birth occurs, God has again some special purpose in mind, which I do not now feel called upon to explain.

The giants and the dwarfs are alike in their great strength; also in that there is no propagation among them. They are born, live, and die with no heirs and no soul. The giants are the outcome of certain conjunctions, the same as comets, earthquakes, and so forth. Such things are not created according to common natural law, but for a reason that God alone knows, which can never be appropriately explained except lay the study of astrology. Comets, meteors, and other universal phenomena can be  fathomed also only by this means.

To sum up finally what I have written before, I now disclose that God has set guardians and watchers over all that he has made. The Creator wants his children to progress and become like himself. That which is against his plan, he destroys by his many agencies.

Lord Sananda: Changing of the Guard

 

I am Sananda. And I come to be with you at this time, in these continuing changing times.

I am going to call this now the ‘changing of the guard.’ For that is indeed what is happening. You are experiencing a changing of the guard, changing of the old ways, the old 3-D illusionary system is changing right before your eyes in many respects. But again, it is still mostly for those that have the eyes to see and the ears to hear. And you are able to experience this change as it is happening, and know that it is happening. And as you have heard many times, you can watch this. Watch it happening. Watch it as a movie playing out. And the movie is playing out, and eventually it will come to an end. And you will experience a glorious, glorious end to this, and a great, a wonderful new miraculous beginning to the New Golden Age that is upon you.

But the changing of the guard, the old guard, is no longer, or will be no longer, because the old guard cannot withstand the light as it comes in, the truth as it comes in. For they always speak to remain in the shadows, remain in the darkness, but they cannot, as light illuminates that darkness. They must come forth. And they are coming forth. And they are coming forth much faster than they had planned on doing. And showing themselves much quicker than they had planned.

For those of the Forces of Light have forced this experience, have forced the truth to come forward. And that is what you are experiencing now, and why it seems like it is so slow in developing. But it must happen in this way. It must develop in this way to follow the great universal plan of the God Source that is conducting this plan, conducting it with all of you, all of you that are the players here.

You are all the players within this movie, the actors within this movie, the director of this movie as well. And even in some ways, the producers, and yes, of course, the fans that are watching this movie. You are all participating in this, the changing of the guard. It must happen, it is happening, and will continue to happen more and more.

And you will soon, very soon, see and experience a new experience that will catapult these great changes forward, raising the momentum, raising the cavalcade that is coming forth as it is cascading, just as the water cascades after a dam explodes, or a dam has been destroyed and the water explodes out. That is what is happening. The water of truth. The water of light. The water of Spirit that is spreading everywhere.

Know this: as you continue to move forward, as you continue to allow these changes to happen first within you, within the individual that you are. But as these changes are happening within you, whatever those changes might be, each and every one of you are different. You have a different experience of this. You are having a different ascension experience than anyone else. Yes, there are some similarities. But for the most part, you are all having, and will continue to have, an individual ascension experience. And it is meant to be this way. Everything is meant to be exactly as it is happening now.

And again, you are the catapult. You are the ones that are creating this, and continuing to create this. You and your brothers and sisters together, both here on the planet, and all of those that are assisting in this process that are out beyond this planet, and watching over you, and assisting whenever they can. We are all here together to work through this. To work through this ascension process, To bring this ascension forward.

And not only for the Earth, not only for Gaia and all of the people here on this planet, but for the entire solar system, and even the galaxy is moving through this ascension. It is a wondrous time. And that is the way we want you to continue to view this, to look at this as a wondrous time. Not as dark times, but as light coming forward, truth coming forward. The end of the old, and the beginning of the new. The New Dawn which continues to begin to rise. You, my friends, my brothers and sisters, are that New Dawn.

Several large population studies, have shown a clear link between a woman's exposure to light at night and breast cancer. A similar link has been shown with prostate cancer in men. The risk is greatly increased for:

1. Those who frequently do not go to sleep until after 1:30 a.m.

2. Those who have the brightest bedrooms.

3. Late-night shift workers (and the longer they work nights, the greater the risk).

The study published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute concludes that this is the result of a chronic suppression of melatonin - an anti-cancer hormone that is produced by the body only in the dark.

Research published by the National Cancer Institute conclude that when people do not get enough sleep, or they are exposed to light when they sleep, it results in a chronic suppression of melatonin, an anti cancer hormone that is produced by the body only in dark. What they found was the risk is greatest for those who don't go to sleep until very late, especially after 1:30 a.m. in the morning, those who have any light in their bedrooms, and late night shift workers, the longer they work nights, the greater the risks. So the important thing is, how do we counter act this? We counter act this by number one following the sleep guidelines. Sleep studies have shown the number of hours of sleep ideal for health and healing in a human being is 9.5 hours, with at least 3.5 before midnight. What does that mean? It means you are in bed by between 8:00 and 9:00 and you wake up at 6:00. Now for many you will say this is unrealistic, so what I say to you is get to bed as early as you can and wake up as early as you can and start making changes even if it just thirty minutes or fifteen minutes earlier each night or when you can. The other thing is critical make sure your bedroom is dark. Do not have any lights on, any night lights, any lights at all that are perceivable and also if light comes in from the outside from the streetlights, purchase shades that have light blocking, which means they do not permit any light to come through the shade. Another important thing to affect health and healing are the7 Basic Steps to Total Health^(TM):

1. Air--deep diaphragm breathing to oxygenate your body.

2. Water--drink 32 ounces of distilled water per 50/lbs per body weight per day.

3. Food--consume a diet of living/raw plant food which has the highest energy, bioelectricity, enzymes and bioavailable nutrient content to either maintain or restore your health.

4. Sleep--sleep 9.5 hours with 3.5 of them before midnight.

5. Exercise--exercise 30 minutes every day.

6. Fasting--fast from the normal Standard American Diet (SAD).

7. Prayer--take the time throughout your day to regularly still your mind so you can hear the voice of God spoken into your heart.

Now, if a person was on a night shift and they could not switch their job, they can still balance their health at a higher level if they do the other 6 of the 7 Basic Steps. The average American breaks most all of them, so in all these studies, we are taking typical Americans that are breaking all the steps. If you can live 6 of those 7 steps at a high level, the body will absorb that 7 steps not being ideal, so that recommendation is when you cannot sleep 9.5 hours or when you have to work a late night shift, make sure you are living the other 6 of the 7 Basic Steps to Total Health at the highest level you possibly can.
