The Thread of the Skein
Wake up with serenity, avoid falling into the temptation of distressing worries, which constrain your heart and squeeze your throat. May serenity as you breathe exorcise the trust you distortedly place in those arguments that present themselves as tragic, but which are so ridiculous that they should be treated by you as a comedy.
Once you have stabilized your mind and heart in serenity, think that life is an eternal continuity, that it will always have new opportunities for you, which need your arms, heart and intellect to be taken advantage of, and that you can be sure that, by doing your part and persisting in your aspirations, it is inevitable that you will find the thread of your destiny, because eventually you may lose the thread of the skein, but the thread of the skein will never get lost from you.
