Fluoride: The Hard To Swallow Truth
Fluoride is used in public drinking water, toothpaste, by dentists, etc.
Fluoride used in ALL fluoridation practices is poison.
There is no evidence to show these poisons prevent tooth decay.
Fluoride rots and harms teeth.
All of this is well known and documented.
Fuoride is found in 25% of major tranquilizers and is often called "The Chemical Lobotomy".
Fuoride is used to chemically control human beings.
Fluoride side effects: numbs brain, cancer, kidney disease, thyroid issues, bone disease, arthritis, immune deficiencies, lowering of IQ, dental fluorisis, calcification of pineal gland, skeletal fluorosis, and much more!

Nature's Provisions for Living
There are two facts [1]:
1. By virtue of the body's inherent and automatic powers of self-renewal, self- renovation and self-regeneration and its undeviating tendency to fullness of life, it is capable of a much longer existence and a much higher existence than men and women now live.
2. Disease, degeneracy and death come as the immediate result of poisoning and starvation of the cells of the body as a consequence of a combination of forces and influences which are largely under individual control and usually self-inflicted.
These facts serve to confirm the old statement that "man does not die; he kills himself". Men and women are dying far short of the age they are capable of attaining because they are engaged in committing slow suicide. What should you do, if you would live to the fullest?
If you have ever watched a seed sprout and grow and then watched the tiny plant develop into a mature plant, you will be able to fully appreciate the simplicity of Nature's requirements and the abundance of her provisions for living.
All that the seed requires in order to grow into a vigorous well developed specimen of its kind is proper soil (food), warmth, air, water, and sunshine. Given these simple conditions and it fulfills perfectly all the funcions of its life. Deprived of any of them, and it sickens and dies.
The minute germ in the egg, if it is to mature and become a full grown, well developed bird, requires these same simple conditions plus exercise (movement) after it has hatched. Deprived of any of these and it sickens and dies.
Puppies, kittens, calves, young whales, lions, etc., all ask for but these same natural elements of life. The human infant, likewise, require these only, if it is to grow into a healthy, well developed human being.
In all these cases, beginning with the plant and bird and ascending up to man, freedom from violence must be added to our list of requirements. It should be observed, also, that where any element is not wholly lacking, but is deficient, we have defective development, lowered resistance to disease, impaired function and shortened life. Let us make one final addition - CLEANLINESS. This means, simply, freedom from poisonous filth.
Given a normal organism at birth and proper living conditions as summarized above, together with absence from injurious influences, and every baby born into this world will grow into a strong, healthy man or woman. But, observe, those same simple conditions that are the sources of the development of plant, animal and men from germ to maturity are the constant sources of the maintenance of these organisms after maturity is reached. Those same influences that impair or prevent development in the growing child or young also impair the powers of life in adults.
Whether you have a good organism at birth will depend partly upon heredity and partly upon the nutrition you received from your mother during pregnancy. What that organism will become after birth, that is, whether it will reach up to its highest potentiality, or fall far short of its inherent possibilities, will depend upon how you live. Of course there will be social factors that are not subject to individual control that may mar your life to a certain extent, but for the most part you and your parents and teachers will determine your life.
You cannot change your heredity. You cannot change your past. You cannot make society over. But you can work for the betterment of these things for the future. Civilization has many influences in it that are inimical to health and life. But these are not inherent in civilization and can be eradicated. We can build for a better future and assure our children and grandchildren better conditions to grow up under. The standard of living can be raised; the conditions of life can be improved; not merely for the fortunate few; but for all.
How, then, shall we live?
1. Cultivate poise and cheer. Do not attempt to see the world through the rose-colored glasses of a sentimental Pollyana, but learn to take joy and sorrow, good fortune, and misfortune with the same calmness and equitableness. Avoid worry, fear, anxiety, excitement, jealousy, anger, self-pity, etc.
2. Exercise daily. Daily physical exercise, preferably in the fresh air and sunshine, and, as often as possible, in the form of play, is essential to both mental and physical health. Avoid the strenuous life, however. Do not make the Rooseveltian mistake, and imagine that a strenuous physical life can offset gluttony.
3. Secure plenty of rest and sleep each day. Learn to retire early. Learn to relax and "let go". Earn your sleep by honest work, and avoid stimulants, and sleep will come easily and naturally. Do not turn the night into day (using electric light). Time is never wasted that is spent in recuperation.
4. Keep Clean. This may refer to both mind and body. Do not indulge in frequent and prolonged bathing. Man is not a fish. Where time and work permit, a daily friction bath will keep the body clean without the use of water and that abomination of desolation, soap. If water bathing is indulged in, the water should be near the temperature of the body and you should remain in it only as long as is necessary to wash your body. Follow this with a briskrub over the whole body. Keep clean clothes, clean beds, clean houses, clean sorroundings. Keep the mind clean. Avoid lustful thoughts and desires. Do not become covetous, deceitful or corrupt. Nature penalizes you for all these things with hardening of the arteries and a shortened life.
5. Breathe fresh, pure air. Keep your windows open. Have your living room, bed room, office or work shop well ventilated. Ger out doors as much as you can. If you live in the city, take advantage of every opportunity to get out into the country.
6. Get as much sunshine as possible. This does not mean that you are merely to sit by the window, or that a walk in the sunshine heavily clad in dark clothes will be of great benefit to you. Your body needs sunshine just as it needs food and water. The direct and unfiltered rays of the sun should come in contact with your skin. Sun baths are best taken in the morning or evening when it is not so hot. They should be begun in infancy. In infancy childhood and youth more sunshine is needes than in adult life.
7. Eat moderately of wholesome foods. What are wholesome foods? All foods that are fresh and that have not been processed and adulterated are wholesome foods. All foods that in the process of refining, manufacturing, pickling, canning, cooking, etc., have been deprived of more or less of their mineral elements and vitamine content or that have been adulterated and poisoned by bleaching, coloring, flavoring and preservatives are more or less unwholesome. All foods that have been raised in defective soil or in hot houses, or on manure fed lands, or lands fed on packing house fertilizers, or that are raised out of the sunlignt, are more or less unwholesome. All foods that have begun to undergo decomposition are unwholesome. Avoid all such foods.
The diet should be composed largely of fruits and green leafy vegetables. Proteins, starches and fats should be eaten moderately. Eggs, cheese, meat and cereals, if eaten, should be eaten in great moderation.
The morning meal should be a fruit meal. No sugar should be addes to fruit. Fruit is best eaten raw.
The noon meal should be light.
The evening meal should be the heavy meal of the day and should always be begun with a large raw vegetable salad.
No fried food should ever be eaten.
The diet should be largely, if not wholly, raw.
After maturity is reached three protein meals per week are enough. Only one protein food should be taken at a meal. No starches or sweet foods should be eaten with the protein. Either acid fruits or a raw vegetable salad and cooked non-starchy vegetables should be eaten with these. Milk should never be eaten with proteins.
Starch may be taken four times per week. It should not be eaten with proteins nor with acid fruits. Take it with a raw salad and cooked non-starchy vegetables. Never put sugar, honey, jam, jelly, etc., on starch foods before eating them. Eat them plain. Take them dry and chew them well.
Eat only when hungry. If not hungry at meal time, miss the meal. If you cannot relish your food wait until you can, before eating.
If in pain, fever, inflammation, or mental and physical discomfort do not eat. If discomfort follows a meal, miss the next one. If in fear,worry, anxiety, grief, anger, etc., wait until these have passed before eating.
Do not eat between meals nor in the evening before retiring. You can eat more than you require by eating three meals per day.
Chew your food well. Taste it fully before swallowing. Digestion depends upon taste.
Do not drink with meals nor for four hours thereafter. Fifteen minutes before meals and four hours after meals drink all the water called for by thirst. If not thirsty don't drink. Don't try to drink six or eight glasses of water per day because someone told you you need them. Thirst will tell you when you need water.
Do not eat when tired. Rest a bit before eating. Do not eat a heavy meal immediately before nor immediately after hard mental or physical work.
Be moderate. Eat sensibly.
8. Have an interest in life. A purposeless life is marked for early dissolution. A purposeless life is not worthy of preservation. That man or woman who has no purpose in life is driven about from place to place; from discontent to despair.
9. Get married. Build a home. Rear a family. Statistics show that married people live longer on the average than single people.
Dr. George Robertson of the Edinburgh Royal College of Physicians recently stated that "young men between 25 and 35 who ramain bachelors die four years sooner than married men". He added that they also "run three times the risk of becoming insane". It is, of course, not fair to charge all this apparent evil of "single blessedness" to the single life. We can only correctly interpret such figures when we understand why these men remained single. All normal, healthy men marry, or, at least, desire to. It is safe to assume that a great majority of those who remain single from choice are lacking in virility and are diseased perhaps in many ways. The thing that prevented them from marrying may also have been the things that caused them early death or that caused so much insanity among them.
Childless couples die before those with children. A childless marriage is usually more unhappy than where there are children. Home and children stabilize life.
Avoid contraceptives of all kinds. They are all harmful and all lead to sex gluttony. They are partly responsible for so much cancer of the womb in women. Don't build your married life on lust.
10. Avoid all poison habits - coffee, tea, cocoa, chocolate, tabacco, alcohol, opium, heroin, soda fountain slops and other drugs. These all waken, poison and destroy the body.
11. Avoid over clothing. Overclothing weakens the body. It lowers resistance to heat and cold and impairs the powers of adaption to weather changes. It deprives the body of sun and air and keeps the excretions of the skin locked up against the body. You are literally wallowing in your own excretions.
12. Avoid sexual excesses. All sexual relations - "petting", mental self-abuse, self-abuse and all indulgences - drain the nervous system of much of its powers. Conserve these powers.
13. Avoid all excesses. Build your life on the conservation of energy not upon its dissipation. Don't waste your forces in useless and needless expenditures. Be moderate and temperate in all things. If you waste your forces you impair your functions and build toxemia and impaired nutrition.
Do not become one-sided in your manner of living. You cannot become well and strong through exercise alone, or through diet alone, or rest and sleep alone. Fresh air and sunshine alone are not enough. Do not imagine that by breathing alone you can reach the heights. All these things are good, but life is more than exercise, or food and drink; more than thought, or rest and sleep. It is all these and more. Life must be lived as a whole.
Do not get the idea that you are an exception to the laws of life. There are no exceptions. The laws that govern life, health, growth development, disease and death in your body are the same laws that govern these same processes in the bodies of your neighbors. Physiological laws and processes are the same in Jones as in Smith. Both Jones and his neighbors are injured by the same harmful indulgences, practices, habits, agents and influences. Both are helped by the same factors. You are no exception.
We must learn to view life as a struggle between sef-control and self-indulgence and must como to realize that self-control alone leads to strenght and happiness. Self-indulgence leads to misery and destruction. Someone said: "The rewards of life are for service, its penalties for self-indulgence".
There is absolutely no need for any action or habit that impairs life and produces weakness and disease. But people are so enslaved by their habits, so bent on the pleasures of the moment, so lacking in self-control that they cannot free themselves. Self-control is the world's greatest need. Self-discipline isthe only saving force. Our pleasure-mad and overstimulated age is almost wholly lacking in self- control.
Many will say: "I would rather live as I now do and only live ten years than to live as you have outlined and live a hundred". They do not realize that this isthe despairing cry of a slave. These people are hopelessly enslaved by their bad habits and thoroughly perverted in both mind and body. Mind and body alike are dominated by their habits. They are beyond redemption. They will declare they derive more satisfaction from their pipe or cigar than from anything else in life. Or they cry out, "Please don't take my harem away". It is a waste of time to reason with such. One is always defeated in an argument with their appetites and morbid desires and perverted instincts.
Their cry is "We live but once. Let us enjoy life while we are here". We believe in enjoying life, real life, life in the highest and fullest sense, not life on the low groveling plane they mean. What they should say is "We live but once, let us make it short and snappy".
If these people would only die at the end of their ten fast and merry years, litlle objection could be offered to their foolish "philosophy" amd worse practices. But many of them do not do this. Instead, they hang on year after year, going from doctor to doctor and form institution to institution in search of a cure for the effects of the very abuses of their bodies from which they think they derive so much pleasure and satisfaction. They desire to be SAVED IN THEIR SINS, not FROM THEM. The "satisfaction" they derive from their pipe, or their gluttony, or their alcohol or from their harem is a poor satisfaction. It is a poor substitute for the higher joys of real health based on wholesome living.
If you would live longer; live simply, live wholesomely, live right.

Ascension: The Fight for Liberation
Our entire physical world of the third dimension (3D) and our astral world of the fourth dimension (4D) - which we access after death - was dominated by dark entities that enslaved us in an endless cycle of reincarnations, called the Wheel of Samsara. This slavery was achieved by the poisoning and pollution of land, water, air and radiant energy (electromagnetic pollution), combined with enormous negative and false propaganda. Our objective, therefore, should be a continuous increase in our bodily vibrational frequency, to reach the fifth dimension (5D), through the phenomenon of Ascension, taking our current physical body to this higher dimension, now immortalized and free from the prison set in the 3D and 4D dimensions by the dark ones. How to do this?
The poisoning and pollution of the environment and our food, combined with negative propaganda (wars, pandemics, deaths, disasters, diseases, etc.), aims to reduce our body vibration frequency, moving us away from the fifth dimension and the process of rising.
Cooking raw foods reduces their original vibrational frequency and when we eat them cooked, we also reduce our body vibration frequency, the objective of the dark ones.
Our fight against evil propaganda, which tends to lower our vibration, can be done through the practice of meditation, which raises our vibration. Our divine body, when not disturbed (via meditation and fasting, for example), has the natural tendency to raise its vibration.
The higher our vibration, the better we feel. After several hours of our daily nightly fast, we feel much better than when we lay down to sleep. We can continue to increase our vibration by also doing daytime fasts. When we feel good having sex, it is because our body frequency has increased.
When we are in the 3D physical world, we learn and evolve from our experiences. However, when we pass to the 4D astral world, after death, we are induced to return to the 3D world (reincarnation) with all consciousness of our previous evolution erased by the dark ones. This is the big joke of the dark ones, in 4D, which aims to reset (annihilate) our past evolution, making us restart from scratch with each new reincarnation and generating our endless Wheel of Samsara of tours between 3D and 4D, preventing us from evolving ( ascend) to 5D. Ascended masters are those who have managed to reach levels above 5D and, therefore, have emerged from the prison called Samsara.
To increase our frequency (and health) towards 5D, we should minimize the use of shoes, clothing, vegetable oils (soy, corn, sunflower, canola, etc. replacing them with coconut, avocado or extra virgin olive oil), gluten (breads, biscuits, beers, sauces, sausage, pizza, etc.), also reducing the amount of oral food ingested and maximizing our contact with the earth (grounding, with bare feet), with water (practicing swimming, for example), with pure air (our main food, in gaseous form) and with the life-giving energy of the sun. Optimism, as well as our positive emotions (love, joy, confidence, etc.), also increase our frequency, while pessimism (with hate, resentment, fear, doubt, insecurity, etc.) reduces our body vibration, moving us away from 5D .
Remember that all excess (work, rest, food, joy, sadness, etc.) is harmful to our health and, therefore, lowers our vibrational frequency.

Our Daily Suicide
May the peace be with you. I apologize in advance for dealing, in the text below, with some negative themes instead of positive ones (the exposure of negativities can induce the emergence of these negativities in people), for repeating ideas already discussed by other people (repeated here to be put into perspective and in the context of this work), for my probable errors in certain speculations made (which each person can filter with their best intuition and enlighten us on this blog) and for writing a long text (which will require the exercise of your patience to digest entirely the material below). Rest assured that my intention is not to criticize, but just to present a path (of the many possible ones) that I see to move towards Perfect Health and Peace.
The human being is a creature that manipulates Energy. Energy, in general, has a tendency to disperse (a principle called "increased entropy"), but the Intelligence of the human Spirit is able to concentrate this energy and manifest it in the form of a human body. Under the influence of this (Holy) Spirit, the body carries out only correct activities, related, for example, to the growth of the fetus, blood circulation and the execution of all the basic unconscious activities of the body (breathing, digestion, elimination, immunological defense, etc). However, when we act consciously (through the manifestation of our particular Soul, catechized by the social environment), we can make mistakes (sins) that are reflected in the Physical Plane, adversely affecting our physical body. When we are born, we receive through our parents a "bank account" with a positive energy balance. During our life we need to properly manage this energetic bank account. If the energy balance becomes low, disease and aging will occur. If your balance reaches zero, or tries to become negative, you stop manifesting on the physical plane. It is important, therefore, to know how to avoid unnecessary energy expenditure, so as not to let our energy balance decrease too much. In this sense, I can identify three categories of human activities that contribute to unnecessary energy losses, dissipation and expenditure:
- Mutilations
- Blockages
- Poisoning
1. Mutilations ("Enter through the narrow gate, for wide is the gate and spacious is the way that leads to destruction and there are many who enter that way")
Mutilation, in the context used here, is cutting or tearing something from the body and throwing it away. I will not elaborate on the permanent mutilations that occur due to surgeries (I, for example, have already lost an appendix in a hernia operation, and almost lost my tonsils on another occasion). These interventions certainly alter/distort/block the correct flow of energy in our body. It constitutes a testament to the ignorance of current medical science about the causes of our physical illnesses ("Since I don't know how to cure it, I cut it and throw it away").
I will elaborate a little more on our periodic mutilations (some daily) that have the ability to recover, but at the cost of energy loss (reducing our energy balance, our vital energy). This involves the mutilation (cutting) of our hair, cuticles, beard and nails, and the plucking of hair from the eyebrows, armpits, legs and groin. Note that all of this is done to comply with the fashion accepted by society, and the vast majority of people accept, without question, this path (reread Matthew's proverb cited above). I believe that, even today, the example of Jesus Christ is valid (long hair and beard).
Many may argue that the energy loss/dissipation involved in this "damage recovery" is small and not relevant. I can't believe it: my maternal grandmother never cut her hair (she told me this personally) and lived well for 98 years (died 100 years old)! The Bible also cites a classic case (Samson lost his strength when Delilah cut his hair). Have you noticed that today, in Brazil, there is a trend in which women cut their hair shorter and shorter as they get older? Is that why they lose beauty in this process?
The most important thing, however, is the philosophical foundation behind the use of short hair. Everyone knows that when we greatly reduce the length of the internal antenna of a television set or car radio, it begins to receive electromagnetic waves present in the environment very poorly, reducing the quality of the image/sound captured. Well, our hair (and beards) work under the same principle: when extended (long) they facilitate our tune with the forces of Nature present in the environment; if short, this connection with the Whole (God) is lost (or severely damaged), allowing us to be manipulated more easily by those in power in society. We ended up accepting this (no one wants to be a black sheep in a flock of white sheep...remember Matthew!). Pay attention to your surroundings! Practically all armed forces on the planet require their members to have short hair, so that they can follow orders and not question them! The human body, when it detects a poison, has two possible attitudes: it tries to eliminate it quickly (vomiting, diarrhea) or it ends up isolating it. Those in power use the same tactic with the "bearded" ones: see Fidel Castro (attempt to eliminate him, followed by isolation) and the Afghan people (currently in the elimination phase). Coincidences? Be an attentive person. I will comment further on this matter, if any scholar is interested.
2. Blocks ("Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you in addition")
The Sun is the star responsible for all plant and animal life (including us) on Planet Earth. Set aside part of the day to take a "sunbath" (without the blocking of your clothes): your increase in vital energy is immediate, easily visible on your face [goodbye anemia...]. Solar radiation has all colors, and receiving it directly on the skin meets all the very complicated concepts of Chromotherapy. The Sun's ultraviolet radiation naturally produces our vitamin D. Did you know that in regions with little sunlight (higher latitudes) the incidence rate of breast, prostate and colon cancer is higher? (http://www.billsardi.com).
Take an "air bath" (also without the blocking of your clothes) daily, where the air is raw (not in a sauna) and unpolluted. It can be taken simultaneously with sunbathing. Air is our most important material food, we don't live for many minutes without it (eliminate extreme cases of Yogis). Despite the air being available, free of charge, in abundance, we breathe poorly, generally in a very "superficial" way, and there are Yoga techniques to help us breathe better [pranayama]. Why do we breathe badly? I have a theory (criticism, please!): as babies, we breathe correctly (due to the manifestation of the spirit, without blockages); as we grow up, we are "educated" not to make noises, including when we breathe. However, many of us, when we sleep (without social pressure), make a big fuss with our breathing ("snoring"), which ends up doing us a lot of good, as seen when we wake up (Note: snoring is not normal, try to find out the causes of this!).
Our clothing is the source of countless blockages. Shoes isolate us from Mother Earth, interrupting the entry of energy through this means (preventing the increase in energy balance through this route). The longevity champion in Brazil (Maria do Carmo Jerônimo) passed away a few years ago (over 129 years old): she never wore shoes! See Japan, were people live longer: they don't use shoes indoors. Clothes partially block breathing through the outer skin, our second lung (we reabsorb part of the toxins eliminated by it!). The tightness of the garment over the body blocks the normal flow of body fluids (and energy): the blood is more difficult to stop, as it is driven by the heart, but the lymph does not have this "pump" to propel it! Therefore, for it, these tightenings are much more critical and can lead, if chronic, to serious illnesses (such as breast and prostate cancer, for example). Therefore, be careful with tight spots: caps, hats, ties, bras, panties, underwear, belts, shoes. Men, wear suspenders and imitate women by wearing sandals! Women, wear dresses instead of skirts and pants, and throw away your bra (the worst tightness is the one made via elastic!).
There are places where you can eliminate all obstacles imposed by clothing: they are called "nudist camps". I confess that in the past I had several preconceptions about this subject (exhibitionism, neurotics about sex,...); however, during my high school years [5th to 8th grade, currently], my house was a nudist camp (me, my father and my mother were always naked)! Today, I observe that that was very good for my psychological training, as I began to see the opposite sex in a more natural, unneurotized way. In Brazil, I heard that there are several of these camps on the coast (Santa Catarina, ParaÃba, etc.).
We are made with arms and legs, move them! If just thinking were important, we could just have our heads fixed somewhere, like some molluscs! Failure to move leads to stagnation (blockage) of fluids in the body. Massages can help with unblocking (Ex: acupuncture, do-in, shiatsu, sex, etc.). Movement is life and life is movement! See how the birds behave throughout the day!
3. Poisoning ("Be careful! You're digging your grave with your teeth!")
This is the activity that steals the most energy from us, in general. The way of life called breatharianism - living only on light and air - aims to eliminate our energy losses in this regard.
Our genetic code (DNA) identifies the particles that come into contact with the body in two ways: it is nutrition or it is poison! Particles that have been subjected to temperatures far removed from those of the human body are identified as poison (they do not have enzymes)! It is not a living particle, but a dead particle for our body (if it belongs to ingested food, its seed will no longer germinate, in a suitable environment!). Jesus, in the "Essene Gospel of Peace", makes clear the commandment "Thou shalt not kill": do not kill your fellow man, do not kill animals (do not eat meat, therefore be vegetarian) and do not kill your food (do not raise it to a temperature above that of your body). The commandment "Thou shalt not kill" should be understood as "Thou shalt not kill one's own body." Therefore, eat your food raw and, preferably, only from the plant kingdom. Why from the plant kingdom (eliminating breast milk, after the baby stage, eggs and honey)? The hidden explanation is: animals have a more evolved (greater) sensitivity than plants; if we ingest particles from these two kingdoms, we will have to "enslave" them so they remain, "without revolts" [without generating diseases], in our body. It is easier to "enslave" plant particles, due to their lower sensitivity. A ripe fruit is asking to be eaten, don't you think? And you don't kill the fruit tree to eat the fruit! Love all things in heaven and on earth, for they are all manifestations of God! Unconditional love! Participate in the Life Conservation Principle!
Sound can be a poison or a balm for the body. If there is adequate harmony, it can even destroy cancer cells (see http://www.tama-do.com); if it is without harmony (noise) it is energetically debilitating. An experience that everyone has had: you are in an environment where a tinnitus is present, but you are not alert to it. Suddenly the source of noise (e.g. a running engine) is turned off. You have instant conscious relief! What happened? The energy that your body was dissipating to neutralize the noise was no longer wasted, increasing your energy balance instantly! There is no disco in a monastery! Great discoveries aren't made in nightclubs!
Water is a divine substance, which complements our holy trinity (Sun, Air and Water). Our physical body is made up of more than 70% water, just like the surface of our Mother Earth. JC fasted in the desert for 40 days (in the presence of Sun and Air) and then he was hungry (he felt the need for Water). Take a "water bath" on your outer skin daily, if possible pure and raw. The purest water to drink is found in raw wild fruits and rain. Have you ever noticed the similarity between the faces of some elderly people and the dry, sun-blasted bed of a dam? Both have deep grooves, the result of chronic lack of water (dehydration: a place that had water and no longer has water). In humans, this dehydration occurs at the cellular level. When we are born, our water (properly structured) penetrates and leaves our cells without problems. As we advance in age and accumulate the problems of our mistakes, this free movement is hampered. Why specifically does this occur? There are several theories that try to explain this, which we can discuss later.
Our inner skin (mucosa) tends to expel mucus (to defend itself from toxins, using toxins!). In the mouth, for example, it is common for mucus to concentrate in a plaque at the base of the teeth; if not removed (via brushing), this plaque hardens and turns into tartar; This, if not removed, irritates the gums (causing gingivitis), which then bleeds easily. In the intestines (small and large/colon) this also occurs, much more aggravated due to our daily oral intake of poisons; As we don't brush or wash this area (since birth!), a thick crust ("tartar" or giant "amalgam") of mucus and crystallized feces is formed, which continually poisons our body fluids, even if we start eating exclusively of fresh air! The irritation in the intestinal mucous membranes can be so great that we can expel blood along with the feces (similar to cases of gingivitis!). It is, therefore, important to wash the intestines with water, mixed with salt and orally, using the Hindu method ("Shanka Prashalana"), and/or with pure water via the anus (colon therapy/enema, as suggested by JC, in the Essene Gospel of Peace).
As you may have noticed (be a careful person!), my observations and recommendations above refer to actions on the physical plane. I believe they can give very good results in this realm. However, every manifestation on the physical plane is preceded by conscious "taking positions" in two other fields: thought (via the mind) and, after it, the corresponding feeling/emotion/faith/attitude. Be careful and watch your thoughts, using your free will! The thought, maintained for a certain time, will generate the corresponding feeling/emotion/faith, which will then generate the physical manifestation/action. For men, it is very easy to verify this sequence of events: think, for a while, of an erotic scene!
In view of this expansion of the fields in which we must be careful, we see that there are also mutilations/blockages/poisoning at the levels of thought and emotion/feeling/attitude/faith. Our action and learning on the physical plane is just a first step towards the health, happiness and peace we all desire. Note that disharmony between our three planes can lead to the emergence of tensions (stress)/depressions, which rob us of energy, reducing our vital energy balance. Note, too, that excess of anything is harmful [one can "die laughing" (literally), just as one can "die of fear" (literally)].
We are sons/daughters of God and, therefore, we potentially have the same correct qualities that we attribute to Him. We call God (JC also called Him Father) the very evolved being who created us from an experience with genetic material from our Mother. All evolved human beings never had (and will never have) tombs, such as JC, Apollonius of Tyana, Saint Germain, Babaji, etc. Cemetery is a place for suicides!

Unhealthy Foods
The UK Ministry of Health revealed that Covid never existed, meaning masks, lockdowns, vaccines and PCR tests were all acts of criminality. Not only has the Covid Vax caused thousands of deaths and even more serious medical conditions, but our food supply was being intentionally poisoned through pigs and cows injected with the mRNA genetic modifications of vaccines.
