Avoiding Death

 

No One Wants To Die And No One Has To

Everyone wants to live, including the animals, plants, and insects. Life is precious and an opportunity to experience the creation which our Creator made for us. The sights and sounds, the smells and tastes, the simple acts of being, and loving, this is what makes life here worthwhile. So why do we die? Why do we grow old and weak and finally turn back into dust? This is a great mystery.

Ancient records speak of peoples and beasts who were larger, smarter, and longer-lived, and as the centuries passed, great resets or catastrophes occurred which shortened and diminished everything. Even our mangled genome is testimony to this. What caused this deterioration, or is it the natural course of things in this material realm?

Your body continually regenerates itself but at some point the degenerative forces overpower the regenerative ones and we grow old, weak, and die. What are these forces or conditions that kill us slowly, and can they be avoided or reversed?

It is true that material realm is a temporal one and that it is dominated by death, negativity, and destruction, but are there ways to prolong our journey here and make the most it? This has been the primary goal of the elite and humanity in general, but both groups can have very different approaches to it. The evil elite seek physical immortality through blood rituals and scientific or technical means while the good elite and wise or good humans seek immortality through much more natural and ethical means. The first group cheats its way and always fails, while the second group does so by obeying the laws of nature, divinity, and the universe, and usually succeeds.

We die because we do not understand or obey what keeps us alive. Death is not inevitable and can be conquered, even though we have been conditioned to believe otherwise. Your body was meant to last for as long as you want it to provided you obey certain rules or truths. If you kill any living thing, for example, you yourself will be killed. This is the first law. This means no war or human or animal slaughter, unless your own life is threatened. Even then, killing should be the last option. Even plants want to live. You can eat the fruit of a plant as a gift, but not the plant itself which is sentient. Our diet is highly unnatural. We've veered way beyond fruit eating to grains and meats and dairy and tubers and everything is loaded with toxic chemicals to boot.

If you think about it, the whole concept of eating is selfish and destructive and is what eventually leads to pain, misery, and death. The sense of taste is the lowest of the physical senses, just as the tongue is lower than the eyes, ears, and nose on the face. Touch or the fifth sense is neutral covering the entire body. The physical senses were given to us to enjoy this material realm, but at what point do they become abused, and what is the price of this abuse?

People who fast or refrain from eating notice immediate beneficial results. Why? Because this is our natural and intended (breatharian) state. It gives your body a chance to clean up and regenerate rather than spend most of its energy in the digestive tract. It is the evil reptilians and other satanic beings that have taught or encouraged us to kill and eat, plunder, and destroy. While these cold-blooded beings may get a kick out of taking life, we normally do not. As mammals and warm-blooded beings, we cherish love, beauty, and peace. Unfortunately, early humanity was very trusting and naive and has been almost completely taken over by the more selfish and ruthless beings. We've even allowed them to change our genetics so that we are more easily controlled.

Are diet and genetic manipulation the only causes of death and degeneration? No. There is another extremely important element involved here on par if not greater than what we consume. Environment. Physically, we are only as good as our environments, and if you live in a negative or degenerated environment you too will suffer and degenerate. Ever since the baddies took over and denigrated our environments, our lives have continuously deteriorated. All of the Earth was once a paradise with incredible trees and life-giving oxygen and other gases. All life was huge and long-lived. Then they came in and raped and ravaged us as well as our environment to the point we find ourselves today. The destruction of the trees, landscapes, and air quailty was particularly damaging. This destruction was halted by our Creator through a Flood and the damage was partially restored, but it's still a long way back to our original state. Complete restoration remains our task in the coming centuries, as we awaken from the nightmare.

You do not have to wait for the world or collective to repair itself. You can start this individually by living a natural organic lifesyle. Flee the cities and cold zones and get back to nature and simplicity. Technology is a crutch for powers we already have within, but these powers need to be reawakened. Death is not natural. We have the seeds of godhood and immortality within us, given to us by our creators, but we have been deceived into helplessness and dependence, and our beauty and goodness have been selfishly taken advantage of. A large part of humanity has been siphoned off into sexual and work slavery both here and off-planet, and the demand has never been higher. We are the prized delicacies of the universe. Even the gods lust after us. This sad state of affairs does not have to continue, and there are currently major attempts by the good guys to stop it, but we must do our own parts as well.

There was a time when death was voluntary. Tired of life, we would lie down and leave our bodies willingly, self-combust, or in some cases transfigure and take our bodies with us. We can do this again but we need to become re-educated and our minds and bodies regenerated. The whole funeral thing is a wasteful and expensive travesty and we need to wake up and seriously change our ideas about ageing and death. We have been seriously deprived of the knowledge of who and what we are and where we came from and where we are going, and left groping in the dark. The veils need to be lifted, the shackles broken, and the mindset restored before we can fly again. The masses are slowly coming out of their sleep or amnesia now as true knowledge once again abounds but we must act on that knowledge and take back control. Then physical death will become a choice rather than an inevitability.

Our Daily Suicide


May the peace be with you. I apologize in advance for dealing, in the text below, with some negative themes instead of positive ones (the exposure of negativities can induce the emergence of these negativities in people), for repeating ideas already discussed by other people (repeated here to be put into perspective and in the context of this work), for my probable errors in certain speculations made (which each person can filter with their best intuition and enlighten us on this blog) and for writing a long text (which will require the exercise of your patience to digest entirely the material below). Rest assured that my intention is not to criticize, but just to present a path (of the many possible ones) that I see to move towards Perfect Health and Peace.

The human being is a creature that manipulates Energy. Energy, in general, has a tendency to disperse (a principle called "increased entropy"), but the Intelligence of the human Spirit is able to concentrate this energy and manifest it in the form of a human body. Under the influence of this (Holy) Spirit, the body carries out only correct activities, related, for example, to the growth of the fetus, blood circulation and the execution of all the basic unconscious activities of the body (breathing, digestion, elimination, immunological defense, etc). However, when we act consciously (through the manifestation of our particular Soul, catechized by the social environment), we can make mistakes (sins) that are reflected in the Physical Plane, adversely affecting our physical body. When we are born, we receive through our parents a "bank account" with a positive energy balance. During our life we need to properly manage this energetic bank account. If the energy balance becomes low, disease and aging will occur. If your balance reaches zero, or tries to become negative, you stop manifesting on the physical plane. It is important, therefore, to know how to avoid unnecessary energy expenditure, so as not to let our energy balance decrease too much. In this sense, I can identify three categories of human activities that contribute to unnecessary energy losses, dissipation and expenditure:

- Mutilations

- Blockages

- Poisoning

1. Mutilations ("Enter through the narrow gate, for wide is the gate and spacious is the way that leads to destruction and there are many who enter that way")

Mutilation, in the context used here, is cutting or tearing something from the body and throwing it away. I will not elaborate on the permanent mutilations that occur due to surgeries (I, for example, have already lost an appendix in a hernia operation, and almost lost my tonsils on another occasion). These interventions certainly alter/distort/block the correct flow of energy in our body. It constitutes a testament to the ignorance of current medical science about the causes of our physical illnesses ("Since I don't know how to cure it, I cut it and throw it away").

I will elaborate a little more on our periodic mutilations (some daily) that have the ability to recover, but at the cost of energy loss (reducing our energy balance, our vital energy). This involves the mutilation (cutting) of our hair, cuticles, beard and nails, and the plucking of hair from the eyebrows, armpits, legs and groin. Note that all of this is done to comply with the fashion accepted by society, and the vast majority of people accept, without question, this path (reread Matthew's proverb cited above). I believe that, even today, the example of Jesus Christ is valid (long hair and beard).

Many may argue that the energy loss/dissipation involved in this "damage recovery" is small and not relevant. I can't believe it: my maternal grandmother never cut her hair (she told me this personally) and lived well for 98 years (died 100 years old)! The Bible also cites a classic case (Samson lost his strength when Delilah cut his hair). Have you noticed that today, in Brazil, there is a trend in which women cut their hair shorter and shorter as they get older? Is that why they lose beauty in this process?

The most important thing, however, is the philosophical foundation behind the use of short hair. Everyone knows that when we greatly reduce the length of the internal antenna of a television set or car radio, it begins to receive electromagnetic waves present in the environment very poorly, reducing the quality of the image/sound captured. Well, our hair (and beards) work under the same principle: when extended (long) they facilitate our tune with the forces of Nature present in the environment; if short, this connection with the Whole (God) is lost (or severely damaged), allowing us to be manipulated more easily by those in power in society. We ended up accepting this (no one wants to be a black sheep in a flock of white sheep...remember Matthew!). Pay attention to your surroundings! Practically all armed forces on the planet require their members to have short hair, so that they can follow orders and not question them! The human body, when it detects a poison, has two possible attitudes: it tries to eliminate it quickly (vomiting, diarrhea) or it ends up isolating it. Those in power use the same tactic with the "bearded" ones: see Fidel Castro (attempt to eliminate him, followed by isolation) and the Afghan people (currently in the elimination phase). Coincidences? Be an attentive person. I will comment further on this matter, if any scholar is interested.

2. Blocks ("Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you in addition")

The Sun is the star responsible for all plant and animal life (including us) on Planet Earth. Set aside part of the day to take a "sunbath" (without the blocking of your clothes): your increase in vital energy is immediate, easily visible on your face [goodbye anemia...]. Solar radiation has all colors, and receiving it directly on the skin meets all the very complicated concepts of Chromotherapy. The Sun's ultraviolet radiation naturally produces our vitamin D. Did you know that in regions with little sunlight (higher latitudes) the incidence rate of breast, prostate and colon cancer is higher? (http://www.billsardi.com).

Take an "air bath" (also without the blocking of your clothes) daily, where the air is raw (not in a sauna) and unpolluted. It can be taken simultaneously with sunbathing. Air is our most important material food, we don't live for many minutes without it (eliminate extreme cases of Yogis). Despite the air being available, free of charge, in abundance, we breathe poorly, generally in a very "superficial" way, and there are Yoga techniques to help us breathe better [pranayama]. Why do we breathe badly? I have a theory (criticism, please!): as babies, we breathe correctly (due to the manifestation of the spirit, without blockages); as we grow up, we are "educated" not to make noises, including when we breathe. However, many of us, when we sleep (without social pressure), make a big fuss with our breathing ("snoring"), which ends up doing us a lot of good, as seen when we wake up (Note: snoring is not normal, try to find out the causes of this!).

Our clothing is the source of countless blockages. Shoes isolate us from Mother Earth, interrupting the entry of energy through this means (preventing the increase in energy balance through this route). The longevity champion in Brazil (Maria do Carmo Jerônimo) passed away a few years ago (over 129 years old): she never wore shoes! See Japan, were people live longer: they don't use shoes indoors. Clothes partially block breathing through the outer skin, our second lung (we reabsorb part of the toxins eliminated by it!). The tightness of the garment over the body blocks the normal flow of body fluids (and energy): the blood is more difficult to stop, as it is driven by the heart, but the lymph does not have this "pump" to propel it! Therefore, for it, these tightenings are much more critical and can lead, if chronic, to serious illnesses (such as breast and prostate cancer, for example). Therefore, be careful with tight spots: caps, hats, ties, bras, panties, underwear, belts, shoes. Men, wear suspenders and imitate women by wearing sandals! Women, wear dresses instead of skirts and pants, and throw away your bra (the worst tightness is the one made via elastic!).

There are places where you can eliminate all obstacles imposed by clothing: they are called "nudist camps". I confess that in the past I had several preconceptions about this subject (exhibitionism, neurotics about sex,...); however, during my high school years [5th to 8th grade, currently], my house was a nudist camp (me, my father and my mother were always naked)! Today, I observe that that was very good for my psychological training, as I began to see the opposite sex in a more natural, unneurotized way. In Brazil, I heard that there are several of these camps on the coast (Santa Catarina, Paraíba, etc.).

We are made with arms and legs, move them! If just thinking were important, we could just have our heads fixed somewhere, like some molluscs! Failure to move leads to stagnation (blockage) of fluids in the body. Massages can help with unblocking (Ex: acupuncture, do-in, shiatsu, sex, etc.). Movement is life and life is movement! See how the birds behave throughout the day!

3. Poisoning ("Be careful! You're digging your grave with your teeth!")

This is the activity that steals the most energy from us, in general. The way of life called breatharianism - living only on light and air - aims to eliminate our energy losses in this regard.

Our genetic code (DNA) identifies the particles that come into contact with the body in two ways: it is nutrition or it is poison! Particles that have been subjected to temperatures far removed from those of the human body are identified as poison (they do not have enzymes)! It is not a living particle, but a dead particle for our body (if it belongs to ingested food, its seed will no longer germinate, in a suitable environment!). Jesus, in the "Essene Gospel of Peace", makes clear the commandment "Thou shalt not kill": do not kill your fellow man, do not kill animals (do not eat meat, therefore be vegetarian) and do not kill your food (do not raise it to a temperature above that of your body). The commandment "Thou shalt not kill" should be understood as "Thou shalt not kill one's own body." Therefore, eat your food raw and, preferably, only from the plant kingdom. Why from the plant kingdom (eliminating breast milk, after the baby stage, eggs and honey)? The hidden explanation is: animals have a more evolved (greater) sensitivity than plants; if we ingest particles from these two kingdoms, we will have to "enslave" them so they remain, "without revolts" [without generating diseases], in our body. It is easier to "enslave" plant particles, due to their lower sensitivity. A ripe fruit is asking to be eaten, don't you think? And you don't kill the fruit tree to eat the fruit! Love all things in heaven and on earth, for they are all manifestations of God! Unconditional love! Participate in the Life Conservation Principle!

Sound can be a poison or a balm for the body. If there is adequate harmony, it can even destroy cancer cells (see http://www.tama-do.com); if it is without harmony (noise) it is energetically debilitating. An experience that everyone has had: you are in an environment where a tinnitus is present, but you are not alert to it. Suddenly the source of noise (e.g. a running engine) is turned off. You have instant conscious relief! What happened? The energy that your body was dissipating to neutralize the noise was no longer wasted, increasing your energy balance instantly! There is no disco in a monastery! Great discoveries aren't made in nightclubs!

Water is a divine substance, which complements our holy trinity (Sun, Air and Water). Our physical body is made up of more than 70% water, just like the surface of our Mother Earth. JC fasted in the desert for 40 days (in the presence of Sun and Air) and then he was hungry (he felt the need for Water). Take a "water bath" on your outer skin daily, if possible pure and raw. The purest water to drink is found in raw wild fruits and rain. Have you ever noticed the similarity between the faces of some elderly people and the dry, sun-blasted bed of a dam? Both have deep grooves, the result of chronic lack of water (dehydration: a place that had water and no longer has water). In humans, this dehydration occurs at the cellular level. When we are born, our water (properly structured) penetrates and leaves our cells without problems. As we advance in age and accumulate the problems of our mistakes, this free movement is hampered. Why specifically does this occur? There are several theories that try to explain this, which we can discuss later.

Our inner skin (mucosa) tends to expel mucus (to defend itself from toxins, using toxins!). In the mouth, for example, it is common for mucus to concentrate in a plaque at the base of the teeth; if not removed (via brushing), this plaque hardens and turns into tartar; This, if not removed, irritates the gums (causing gingivitis), which then bleeds easily. In the intestines (small and large/colon) this also occurs, much more aggravated due to our daily oral intake of poisons; As we don't brush or wash this area (since birth!), a thick crust ("tartar" or giant "amalgam") of mucus and crystallized feces is formed, which continually poisons our body fluids, even if we start eating exclusively of fresh air! The irritation in the intestinal mucous membranes can be so great that we can expel blood along with the feces (similar to cases of gingivitis!). It is, therefore, important to wash the intestines with water, mixed with salt and orally, using the Hindu method ("Shanka Prashalana"), and/or with pure water via the anus (colon therapy/enema, as suggested by JC, in the Essene Gospel of Peace).

As you may have noticed (be a careful person!), my observations and recommendations above refer to actions on the physical plane. I believe they can give very good results in this realm. However, every manifestation on the physical plane is preceded by conscious "taking positions" in two other fields: thought (via the mind) and, after it, the corresponding feeling/emotion/faith/attitude. Be careful and watch your thoughts, using your free will! The thought, maintained for a certain time, will generate the corresponding feeling/emotion/faith, which will then generate the physical manifestation/action. For men, it is very easy to verify this sequence of events: think, for a while, of an erotic scene!

In view of this expansion of the fields in which we must be careful, we see that there are also mutilations/blockages/poisoning at the levels of thought and emotion/feeling/attitude/faith. Our action and learning on the physical plane is just a first step towards the health, happiness and peace we all desire. Note that disharmony between our three planes can lead to the emergence of tensions (stress)/depressions, which rob us of energy, reducing our vital energy balance. Note, too, that excess of anything is harmful [one can "die laughing" (literally), just as one can "die of fear" (literally)].

We are sons/daughters of God and, therefore, we potentially have the same correct qualities that we attribute to Him. We call God (JC also called Him Father) the very evolved being who created us from an experience with genetic material from our Mother. All evolved human beings never had (and will never have) tombs, such as JC, Apollonius of Tyana, Saint Germain, Babaji, etc. Cemetery is a place for suicides!

Think, get emotional and act correctly.

Free Healthcare

Good health leads to longevity and a good quality of life. The Brazilian longevity champions, Maria Olívia da Silva (130 years old) and Maria do Carmo Gerônimo (129 years old) were rich in health and poor in money.

1. Statistics from the United Nations (UN) show that in every nation in the world, without any exception, women live, on average, longer than men. There are, therefore, many more widows than widowers in all countries. Why? The human body is sustained by energy. During the 24 hours of the day, women capture more energy than men, even though they are both in the same environment. Why? I taught the subject of Electromagnetic Antennas at the State University of Campinas (Unicamp). One of the antennas analyzed was the filament antenna. A characteristic of this antenna is that the longer it is, the greater its efficiency in capturing electromagnetic energy from the environment. A practical example: in the past, cars had telescopic antennas (of adjustable length) and to have good signal reception (energy) on the car radio, the antenna had to be adjusted to its maximum length. Our hair and beards are filament antennas: the longer they are, the more they capture electromagnetic energy from the environment. Since, in every country in the world, women have longer hair than men, they are more energized every day. By no longer cutting your beard and hair, you eliminate your barber and hairdressing expenses.

2. Jesus: “Life comes only from life, and from death comes only death.” I like to read this quote from Jesus like this: “Life and health come only from living things, and from dead things come only sickness and death.” You are only alive at this moment because a living thing (your father) had sex contact with another living thing (your mother) without using a condom or pill (a dead thing). A living tree can only be supported by something living, the earth's soil. The contact of a body with the ground is called grounding. All beings in the plant and animal world of this planet remain grounded 24 hours a day, with the exception of the human world. We isolate ourselves from Mother Earth when we wear shoes and sleep on a bed. Our body is an electrical (in reality, electromagnetic) machine that works by moving electrical charges inside it. When we ground ourselves, the electrical charges in our body balance with the electrical charges present in the ground (soil), generating a healthy condition. The Brazilian longevity champion, Maria do Carmo Gerônimo (129 years old), never wore shoes, she always went barefoot. According to the UN, Japan is the country with the longest-living population, because of the Japanese tradition of going barefoot indoors. I have an aunt with a leg problem called erysipelas: after three days of walking barefoot on the beach, her symptoms disappear. During the day, you can be grounded by going barefoot, and during the night, you can be grounded by sleeping on the floor next to your bed. You may have already noticed that practically 100% of the people on this planet die lying on a bed. Another way to ground yourself, while sleeping on a bed, is to use a conductive wire connecting the soles of your feet to a metal bar stuck in the ground in your backyard (a scheme similar to the device used to take an electrocardiogram, ECG). If you start walking barefoot, you will eliminate your shoe expenses.

3. The Sun is responsible for plant, animal and human life on this planet. Without the sun, there would be no life on the Earth's surface. Sun is energy and life! The less solar radiation we receive, the sicker and weaker we become. Therefore, expose as much of your skin to the sun's rays for as long as possible to cure and prevent diseases. Our bodies were designed to live in sunny environments, close to the equator. In Brazil, the states with the lowest mortality rate are Acre and Rio Grande do Norte, both close to the equator. The people with the shortest longevity on the planet are the Eskimos, who live in a cold environment, close to the North Pole. There are numerous therapies based on the sun: heliotherapy, ultraviolet (UV) therapy, light medicine, etc. You pay nothing to expose yourself to the sun by undergoing solar therapy. Get started today!

4. Our body, made by God, has arms and legs that must be moved regularly. One way to do this is to walk to school or work. If the distance is long, buy a bicycle and pedal away. This way you won't chemically pollute the atmosphere with your car, you won't need to go to the gym to exercise, you'll bask in the vitalizing sun and you'll eliminate your transportation expenses during the week. Another good way to exercise is swimming; to be embraced by the Angel of Water, as Jesus said. People who swim regularly have better health and live longer.

5. We live in a completely electrified society. This generates a large amount of electromagnetic pollution in the air that surrounds us. Our physical body is also an electrical mechanism, moving electrical charges within it through innate electrical fields. The interference between external electromagnetic pollution and the natural electromagnetic fields internal to our body can lead to the emergence of many health problems. How to reduce this problem? I have two suggestions. First: Go barefoot at home (and at work/school, if you spend most of your time sitting behind a table/desk). In this way, you will be behaving like a lightning rod system, diverting all the electromagnetic pollution that reaches you towards the ground. The Brazilian longevity champion, Maria do Carmo Gerônimo (129 years old), has always walked barefoot. Japan is the champion country for longevity because of the tradition of everyone walking barefoot indoors. I took some measurements and found that wearing socks doesn't really affect grounding through the soles of the feet. Second: When you go to sleep, turn off your cell phone (and your wireless phones) and go to your home's electricity panel and turn off the main switch to reset (zero) your home's electricity consumption while you sleep. You will have a more peaceful and restful sleep. If you want to keep your refrigerator running while you sleep, do the following: keep the main circuit breaker on and turn off all other circuit breakers, with the exception of the circuit breaker that powers the refrigerator. This scheme can be used when you leave home to work/study and no one is at home. By proceeding in this way, you will have a substantial reduction in your monthly electricity bill and will be making a personal contribution to reducing electromagnetic pollution in your region. In addition to helping to improve your health, you will also be happier, with a much cheaper electricity bill. In another post on this blog, I will comment on the case of Bhutan, a small country in Asia, in an aspect related to this topic.

6. The human physical body, being a divine construction, has the ability to self-regenerate, if given the appropriate condition. The necessary condition for this is called fasting. Why? Because, when there is no food in the stomach, all the body's energy is directed towards organic cleansing, aiming to restore ideal, perfect health. Observe animals: when they have health problems, they stop eating, that is, they fast. You also fast every day when you go to sleep at night. Typically, you go to sleep tired, fast for many hours and wake up feeling rested. Interesting in the English language: the word for fast also means “rapid”, which suggests that the quickest way to regain health is through fasting. In many languages, the first meal of the day refers to the overnight fast: desjejum (Portuguese), desayuno (Spanish), breakfast (English), etc. By fasting, you eliminate your food expenses. To start, you can extend your overnight fasting period by skipping the morning meal. Old castles in Europe do not have bathrooms with toilets (I ask my European readers to confirm this in the Comments). Why? Because their old residents (generally giants) didn't urinate or defecate. Why? Because they fed only on air, that is, they were breatharians. In Brazil, we would say that they “lived on the breeze”. Air is our main food, we cannot go more than five minutes without it.

7. To achieve perfect health, Jesus recommends that we should be embraced daily by the four living angels of the Earthly Mother: Angel of Air, Angel of Water, Angel of Sunlight and Angel of Earth (land, soil). Jesus also taught two prayers: Our Father (which everyone knows) and Our Mother (which only few know). Here is Our Mother: Our Mother who art on earth, hallowed be her name. Your kingdom come to us, and your will be done in us, as in you. As you send your angels every day, send them to us too. Forgive us our sins, as we atone for all our sins against you. And do not let us be sick, but deliver us from all evil, for yours is the land, the body and the health. Amen.

By following the recommendations above, we will become rich in health and money, and we will be immortal…

Good health leads to longevity and a good quality of life. The Brazilian longevity champions, Maria Olívia da Silva (130 years old) and Maria do Carmo Gerônimo (129 years old) were rich in health and poor in money.

1. United Nations (UN) statistics show that in all nations of the world, without exception, women live, on average, longer than men. There are therefore many more widows than widowers in all countries. Why? The human body is sustained by energy. During the 24 hours of the day, women capture more energy than men, even when both are in the same environment. Why? I taught the discipline of Electromagnetic Antennas at the State University of Campinas (Unicamp). One of the analyzed antennas was the filamentary antenna. A characteristic of this antenna is that the greater its length, the greater its efficiency in capturing electromagnetic energy from the environment. A practical example: in the old days, cars had telescopic antennas (of adjustable length) and to have a good signal (energy) reception in the car radio, the antenna had to be adjusted to have its maximum length. Our hair and beards are filamentary antennas: the longer they are, the more they capture electromagnetic energy from the environment. Since, in all countries of the world, women have longer hair than men, they are more energized during all day. Therefore, since women are better connected with the environment (with God), they have better health and intuition. Remember the biblical story of Samson and Delilah. My maternal grandmother never cut her hair: she lived 100 years. If you stop cutting your beard and hair, you will have zero expenses with a barber and hairdresser.

2. Jesus: “Life comes only from life, and from death comes only death. I like to read this phrase of Jesus as follows: “Life and health come only from living things, and from dead things come only disease and death”. You are only alive right now because a living thing (your father) had contact with another living thing (your mother) without using a condom or pill (a dead thing). A living tree can only grow and be supported by something living, the earth's soil. The contact of a body with the ground is called grounding. All beings in the plant world and the animal world remain grounded throughout the day, with the exception of the hominal world. We isolate ourselves from Mother Earth when we wear shoes and when we sleep on top of a bed. Our body is an electrical (actually electromagnetic) machine that works by moving electrical charges within it. When we ground ourselves, the electrical charges in our body balance with the electrical charges present in the ground, generating a healthy condition. According to the UN, Japan is the country with the longest-lived population, because of the Japanese tradition of walking barefoot indoors. I have an aunt with a leg problem called erysipelas: after three days of walking barefoot on the beach, her symptoms disappear. During the day you might be grounded by going barefoot, and at night you might be grounded by sleeping on the floor next to your bed. You may have already noticed that practically 100% of the people on this planet die lying on a bed. Another way to ground yourself while you sleep is to use a conductive wire connecting the soles of your feet to a metal bar stuck in the ground in your backyard (similar to the apparatus used to make an electrocardiogram, ECG). When you are grounded, you protect yourself from the electromagnetic pollution present in the environment by sending this harmful energy into the ground. 3. The Sun is responsible for plant, animal and human life on this planet. Without the sun there would be no life on Earth's surface. Sun is energy and life! The less solar radiation we receive, the sicker and weaker we are. Therefore, expose as much of your skin to the sun's rays for as long as possible to cure or prevent disease. Our bodies were designed to live in sunny environments near the equator. In Brazil, the states with the lowest mortality rate are Acre and Rio Grande do Norte, both close to the equator. The race with the shortest longevity on the planet are the Eskimos, who live in a cold environment, close to the North Pole. There are numerous therapies that are based on the sun: heliotherapy, ultraviolet (UV) therapy, light medicine, etc. You pay nothing to expose yourself to the sun, doing solar therapy. 4. Our God-made body has arms and legs that must be moved regularly. One way to do this is to walk to school or work. If the distance is too long, buy a bike and ride. This way you won't chemically pollute the atmosphere with your car, you won't need to go to the gym to exercise, you'll get a vitalizing sun and you'll reduce to zero your expenses with transportation during the week. Another good way to exercise is to practice swimming; be embraced by the Angel of Water, as Jesus said. People who swim regularly have better health and live longer.

5. We live in a fully electrified society. This generates great electromagnetic pollution in the air that surrounds us. Our physical body is also an electrical mechanism, moving electrical charges within it through innate electrical fields. Interference between external electromagnetic pollution and the natural electromagnetic fields within our body can lead to the emergence of many health problems. How to reduce this problem? I have two suggestions.

First: Walk barefoot at home (and at work/school if you spend most of your time sitting behind a table/desk). In this way, you will be behaving like a lightning rod system, diverting all the electromagnetic pollution that hits you towards the ground. Japan is the champion country of longevity because of the tradition of everyone going barefoot indoors. I took some measurements and found that wearing socks does not greatly affect grounding through the soles of the feet.

Second: When you go to sleep, turn off your cell phone and go to your home's electricity panel and turn off the main switch to zero your home's electricity consumption while you sleep. You will have a more peaceful and restful sleep. If you want to keep your refrigerator running while you sleep, proceed as follows: keep the main circuit breaker on and turn off all other circuit breakers, with the exception of the circuit breaker that feeds the refrigerator. This scheme can be used when you leave home to work/study and no one stays at home. Proceeding in this way, you will have a substantial reduction in the expenses with the monthly light bill and you will be making a personal contribution to reduce the electromagnetic pollution of your region. In addition to contributing to improving your health, you will also be happier, with a much cheaper electricity bill.

6. The human physical body, being a divine construction, has the ability to self-regenerate itself, if given the proper condition. The necessary condition for this is called fasting. Why? Because, when there is no food in the stomach, all the body's energy is directed towards organic cleansing, with a view to restoring ideal, perfect health. Watch the animals: when they are in poor health, they stop eating, that is, they fast. You also fast every day when you go to sleep at night. Typically, you go to bed tired, fast for many hours and wake up refreshed. Interesting what happens in English language: the word for fasting (fast) also means "quick", which suggests that the fastest way to regain health is through fasting. In many languages, the first meal of the day refers to the overnight fasting: desjejum (Portuguese), desayuno (Spanish), breakfast (English), etc. By practicing fasting, you zero out (or, at least, reduce) your food expenses. For starters, you can extend your overnight fasting period by skipping the morning meal.

Old castles in Europe do not have bathrooms with toilets (Please, I ask my European readers to confirm this in the Comments). Why? Because their residents (usually giants) did not urinate and defecate. Why? Because they fed only on air, that is, they were breatharians. In Brazil, we would say that they "lived on the breeze". Air is our main food, we cannot go more than five minutes without it. The saying goes: eat little and live long. They say: eat or die. Wrong: Don't eat and live.

7. To achieve perfect health, Jesus recommends that we be embraced daily by four living angels of the Earthly Mother: Angel of Air, Angel of Water, Angel of Solar Light and Angel of Earth.

Jesus also taught two prayers:  Our Father (which everyone knows) and Our Mother (which few know). Here is Our Mother: 

Our Mother which art upon earth, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, and thy will be done in us, as it is in thee. As thou sendest every day thy angels, send them to us also. Forgive us our sins, as we atone all our sins against thee. And lead us not into sickness, but deliver us from all evil, for thine is the earth, the body, and the health. Amen

The best foods for you have lots of water in them, like fruit, and this is not surprising considering your body is mostly water.

Dried, dehydrated, or cooked foods are not so good for us because of the insufficient water content which the body must make up for to restore balance or harmony.

Cooked or fired foods in particular are bad because, not only are they dehydrated, but because the enzymes which help to digest are destroyed, and the whole molecular structure of the food is distorted or changed, causing disharmony or "disease". 
Water dilutes and magnetizes food causing it to be less addictive and more solarized or life-giving. Dried, cooked, or dead food is more flavourful and addictive because taking the water out emphasizes the concentrated chemical properties of the food.

Narcotic drugs are created in the same fashion -the plant is heated or dried until only the basic elements are left, usually in crystalline form. White salt and sugar, two of the most powerful drugs in processed foods, are basically water-free and in crystalline form.

These hard waterless foods or chemicals do much damage to the body by grating on it and sucking the body's own water or fluids. They also stimulate more hunger and thirst.

The water in fruits is pure and distilled, whereas tap, rain, or spring water contains minerals, and often pollutants. Eating lots of fruit or water rich foods in their raw and ripe state will greatly harmonize with your body and produce wonderful health, and if you avoid salt or other processed chemicals, you will never get thirsty.

The body produces its own water (saliva) by absorbing it out of the air through the breathing process, and often through the skin itself. Since the Sun is the creator or germinator of all natural foods, and air contains moisture or humidity, all of our needs can be obtained through light (or Sun) and air alone.

This "breatharian" state is actually the ideal or original state of humans. Food is meant for occasional pleasure, but has instead become a destructive addiction. Cold weather and cooking have made this so.

We must move away from the cold latitudes and the cities and return to eating fruits and nuts and herbs and berries, and all that nature provides freely. Most of these natural foods grow abundantly and are water rich and will give us good and lasting health.
