 Longing?

If you find comfort in the longing for a past that, perhaps, you only experienced in the fantasy of your fertile imagination, you must recognize that, however bad the current era may be, it will give the same longing to someone who, in the future, has your present age, because nostalgia is not about something specific in events, but about the need for comfort that every human soul and body needs to satisfy.

It's not that it's wrong to take comfort in nostalgia, it's wrong to do violence to the present by punishing it with impertinent criticisms and comparisons, because, as bad as it is, our humanity has never before experienced a time even similar to the one currently unfolding before our senses, and which, in every way we investigate it, was gestated in the wombs of families who, now, miss the past.

Much of the anxiety and anguish comes from the vision being narrowed and not being able to see anything beyond a few points. Try to broaden your vision, see the big picture in which the issues are inserted.
