No continuity
The problem that our humanity needs to solve without resorting to the warlike extermination machine is that there must be a dignified, comfortable and safe place for all people on this planet.
The “evil” that plagues our humanity is to continue the same old things, some must have more rights than others, to the point where it seems natural to encourage the extermination of “different” people, or to forcefully take territories and goods in the name of abstractions like patriotism, nationalism, defense of historical identity and so on.
It is a universal problem of our humanity that is on the table to be solved, before, it would be better, if we have to witness dictators hanging upside down in the public square, or being murdered by the conspirators, their most faithful disciples.
Wishing costs nothing and brings joy, however, if you just wish and satisfy yourself with imaginary joy, there will come a time when this dynamic will get tired. There is nothing like fulfilling your desires, that is really joy.
