Return to health

 

Our (divine) body has an innate tendency to regain its health, if we do not hinder it in this process. In this sense, our first collaboration with the body should be to extend our daily night-time fasting to the period in which we are awake. People who have completely eliminated oral food intake are called breatharians and we say that they "live on light" (pranic energy) [1]. The basic function of our mouth is to emit sounds and not be congested daily with solid and liquid substances (food).

Our second collaboration should be the oral intake of only raw (live) fruits. The following information comes from Jesus: "Health only comes from living things and from dead things only comes illness and death" [2]. Also from Jesus comes the suggestion that we should maintain daily contact with the four "Angels (living entities) of our Earthly Mother": pure earth, pure water, pure air and sunlight.

Free Healthcare

Good health leads to longevity and a good quality of life. The Brazilian longevity champions, Maria Olívia da Silva (130 years old) and Maria do Carmo Gerônimo (129 years old) were rich in health and poor in money.

1. Statistics from the United Nations (UN) show that in every nation in the world, without any exception, women live, on average, longer than men. There are, therefore, many more widows than widowers in all countries. Why? The human body is sustained by energy. During the 24 hours of the day, women capture more energy than men, even though they are both in the same environment. Why? I taught the subject of Electromagnetic Antennas at the State University of Campinas (Unicamp). One of the antennas analyzed was the filament antenna. A characteristic of this antenna is that the longer it is, the greater its efficiency in capturing electromagnetic energy from the environment. A practical example: in the past, cars had telescopic antennas (of adjustable length) and to have good signal reception (energy) on the car radio, the antenna had to be adjusted to its maximum length. Our hair and beards are filament antennas: the longer they are, the more they capture electromagnetic energy from the environment. Since, in every country in the world, women have longer hair than men, they are more energized every day. By no longer cutting your beard and hair, you eliminate your barber and hairdressing expenses.

2. Jesus: “Life comes only from life, and from death comes only death.” I like to read this quote from Jesus like this: “Life and health come only from living things, and from dead things come only sickness and death.” You are only alive at this moment because a living thing (your father) had sex contact with another living thing (your mother) without using a condom or pill (a dead thing). A living tree can only be supported by something living, the earth's soil. The contact of a body with the ground is called grounding. All beings in the plant and animal world of this planet remain grounded 24 hours a day, with the exception of the human world. We isolate ourselves from Mother Earth when we wear shoes and sleep on a bed. Our body is an electrical (in reality, electromagnetic) machine that works by moving electrical charges inside it. When we ground ourselves, the electrical charges in our body balance with the electrical charges present in the ground (soil), generating a healthy condition. The Brazilian longevity champion, Maria do Carmo Gerônimo (129 years old), never wore shoes, she always went barefoot. According to the UN, Japan is the country with the longest-living population, because of the Japanese tradition of going barefoot indoors. I have an aunt with a leg problem called erysipelas: after three days of walking barefoot on the beach, her symptoms disappear. During the day, you can be grounded by going barefoot, and during the night, you can be grounded by sleeping on the floor next to your bed. You may have already noticed that practically 100% of the people on this planet die lying on a bed. Another way to ground yourself, while sleeping on a bed, is to use a conductive wire connecting the soles of your feet to a metal bar stuck in the ground in your backyard (a scheme similar to the device used to take an electrocardiogram, ECG). If you start walking barefoot, you will eliminate your shoe expenses.

3. The Sun is responsible for plant, animal and human life on this planet. Without the sun, there would be no life on the Earth's surface. Sun is energy and life! The less solar radiation we receive, the sicker and weaker we become. Therefore, expose as much of your skin to the sun's rays for as long as possible to cure and prevent diseases. Our bodies were designed to live in sunny environments, close to the equator. In Brazil, the states with the lowest mortality rate are Acre and Rio Grande do Norte, both close to the equator. The people with the shortest longevity on the planet are the Eskimos, who live in a cold environment, close to the North Pole. There are numerous therapies based on the sun: heliotherapy, ultraviolet (UV) therapy, light medicine, etc. You pay nothing to expose yourself to the sun by undergoing solar therapy. 4. Our body, made by God, has arms and legs that must be moved regularly. One way to do this is to walk to school or work. If the distance is long, buy a bicycle and pedal away. This way you won't chemically pollute the atmosphere with your car, you won't need to go to the gym to exercise, you'll bask in the vitalizing sun and you'll eliminate your transportation expenses during the week. Another good way to exercise is swimming; to be embraced by the Angel of Water, as Jesus said. People who swim regularly have better health and live longer.

5. We live in a completely electrified society. This generates a large amount of electromagnetic pollution in the air that surrounds us. Our physical body is also an electrical mechanism, moving electrical charges within it through innate electrical fields. The interference between external electromagnetic pollution and the natural electromagnetic fields internal to our body can lead to the emergence of many health problems. How to reduce this problem? I have two suggestions. First: Go barefoot at home (and at work/school, if you spend most of your time sitting behind a table/desk). In this way, you will be behaving like a lightning rod system, diverting all the electromagnetic pollution that reaches you towards the ground. The Brazilian longevity champion, Maria do Carmo Gerônimo (129 years old), has always walked barefoot. Japan is the champion country for longevity because of the tradition of everyone walking barefoot indoors. I took some measurements and found that wearing socks doesn't really affect grounding through the soles of the feet. Second: When you go to sleep, turn off your cell phone (and your wireless phones) and go to your home's electricity panel and turn off the main switch to reset (zero) your home's electricity consumption while you sleep. You will have a more peaceful and restful sleep. If you want to keep your refrigerator running while you sleep, do the following: keep the main circuit breaker on and turn off all other circuit breakers, with the exception of the circuit breaker that powers the refrigerator. This scheme can be used when you leave home to work/study and no one is at home. By proceeding in this way, you will have a substantial reduction in your monthly electricity bill and will be making a personal contribution to reducing electromagnetic pollution in your region. In addition to helping to improve your health, you will also be happier, with a much cheaper electricity bill. 6. The human physical body, being a divine construction, has the ability to self-regenerate, if given the appropriate condition. The necessary condition for this is called fasting. Why? Because, when there is no food in the stomach, all the body's energy is directed towards organic cleansing, aiming to restore ideal, perfect health. Observe animals: when they have health problems, they stop eating, that is, they fast. You also fast every day when you go to sleep at night. Typically, you go to sleep tired, fast for many hours and wake up feeling rested. Interesting in the English language: the word for fast also means “rapid”, which suggests that the quickest way to regain health is through fasting. In many languages, the first meal of the day refers to the overnight fast: desjejum (Portuguese), desayuno (Spanish), breakfast (English), etc. By fasting, you eliminate your food expenses. To start, you can extend your overnight fasting period by skipping the morning meal. Old castles in Europe do not have bathrooms with toilets (I ask my European readers to confirm this in the Comments). Why? Because their old residents (generally giants) didn't urinate or defecate. Why? Because they fed only on air, that is, they were breatharians. In Brazil, we would say that they “lived on the breeze”. Air is our main food, we cannot go more than five minutes without it.

7. To achieve perfect health, Jesus recommends that we should be embraced daily by the four living angels of the Earthly Mother: Angel of Air, Angel of Water, Angel of Sunlight and Angel of Earth (land, soil). Jesus also taught two prayers: Our Father (which everyone knows) and Our Mother (which only few know). Here is Our Mother: Our Mother who art on earth, hallowed be her name. Your kingdom come to us, and your will be done in us, as in you. As you send your angels every day, send them to us too. Forgive us our sins, as we atone for all our sins against you. And do not let us be sick, but deliver us from all evil, for yours is the land, the body and the health. Amen.

"Thou shalt not kill"


And Jesus continued: "God commanded your forefathers: 'Thou shalt not kill.' But their heart was hardened and they killed. Then Moses desired that at least they should not kill men, and he suffered them to kill beasts. And then the heart of your forefathers was hardened yet more, and they killed men and beasts likewise. But I do say to you: Kill neither men, nor beasts, nor yet the food which goes into your mouth. For if you eat living food, the same will quicken you, but if you kill your food, the dead food will kill you also. For life comes only from life, and from death comes always death. For everything which kills your foods, kills your bodies also. And everything which kills your bodies kills your souls also. And your bodies become what your foods are, even as your spirits, likewise, become what your thoughts are. Therefore, eat not anything which fire, or frost, or water has destroyed. For burned, frozen and rotted foods will burn, freeze and rot your body also. Be not like the foolish husbandman who sowed in his ground cooked, and frozen, and rotten seeds. Arouse not, therefore, against you the wrath of God, lest he drive you from his table, and lest you be compelled to go to the table of Satan, where the fire of sins, diseases, and death will corrupt your body.

"And when you eat, never eat unto fullness. Flee the temptations of Satan, and listen to the voice of God's angels. For Satan and his power tempt you always to eat more and more. But live by the spirit, and resist the desires of the body. And your fasting is always pleasing in the eyes of the angels of God. So give heed to how much you have eaten when your body is sated, and always eat less by a third.

Trouble not the work of the angels in your body by eating often. For I tell you truly, he who eats more than twice in the clay does in him the work of Satan. And the angels of God leave his body, and soon Satan will take possession of it. Eat only when the sun is highest in the heavens, and again when it is set. And you will never see disease, for such finds favor in the eyes of the Lord. And if you will that the angels of God rejoice in your body, and that Satan shun you afar, then sit but once in the day at the table of God. And then your days will be long upon the earth, for this is pleasing in the eyes of the Lord. Eat always when the table of God is served before you, and eat always of that which you find upon the table of God. For I tell you truly, God knows well what your body needs, and when it needs.

"And forget not that every seventh day is holy and consecrated to God. On six days feed your body with the gifts of the Earthly Mother, but on the seventh day sanctify your body for your Heavenly Father. On the seventh day eat not any earthly food, but live only on the words of God, and be all the day with the angels of the Lord in the kingdom of the Heavenly Father. And on the seventh day let the angels of God build the kingdom of the heavens in your body, as you labor for six days in the kingdom of the Earthly Mother. And let not food trouble the work of the angels in your body throughout the seventh day. And God will give you long life upon earth, that you may have life everlasting in the kingdom of the heavens. For I tell you truly, if you see not diseases any more upon earth, you will live for ever in the kingdom of the heavens."

Benefits of a One-Day Fasting


Fasting for long periods (many days) can be a difficult and even dangerous experience for many, especially for those living in stressfull or polluted environments. Yet fasting is the only real natural way to cure or alleviate almost any ill. It's powerful, effective, quick (that's why it's called "fast"ing), and best of all - it's free. No need to go to the doctor, wait in line, or pay exhorbitant fees for treatments that rarely solve your problem or often just make it worse.

Of course, some problems, such as a broken bone or serious injury may require medical help or assistance, but for most ailments or diseases, fasting is the answer. Your body is your own best doctor and is always trying to heal or regenerate itself - if you let it. That's just the problem; most of us are so ignorant about our bodies and so addicted to certain bad habits that we never really give it a chance to heal properly. Only through pain and discomfort (the body's danger signals) are we made to listen. And even then we do not always understand what it is our bodies are trying to tell us.

We just haven't been taught the truth - that there is a price to pay for our sins, errors, or indulgences, and that they have a cumulative effect. Rich, unnatural, or chemically-laden foods will play havoc with your body, as will stress, overwork, pollution, or dangerous chemicals. Constant exposure to these and other negativities will slowly but surely break you down until you become ill, old or even die. That is why it is important to give you and your body a break from the maddening world around us. This can be in the form of a long vacation, relaxing weekend, or a fast. Vacations, weekends, or days off do not always turn out to be restorative, but you can't go wrong with fasting.

Fasting is the oldest, simplest, and surest way to put your health and spirits back on track. Nothing else works like it. The idea of refraining from food or water for regenerative purposes sounds strange or even frightening to most Westerners, but this is exactly what the (true) doctor ordered. In Eastern countries such as India and the Middle East, fasting is common and encouraged, and we would do well to follow their example. While it is true that stress and pollution make fasting today more dangerous than fifty or sixty years ago, this only applies to the longer fasts of about a week or more. Shorter fasts of one, two, or three days, when done properly, are perfectly safe and beneficial.

The one-day fast seems to be the ideal for most, whether you are a novice or experienced faster. By fasting one day a week (no food whatsoever -water is optional) you are giving your body a much needed true rest and time to catch up on neglected repair or cleaning. Important note: fasting of any kind is not recommended if you are pregnant, infirmed, on medication, a child, or in any other abnormal circumstance that requires supervision. Also, it is best to fast in a clean and quiet environment.

This author has taken frequent one-day complete fasts (no food or water whatsoever) and can attest to their safety and benefit. For novices, the first fast can be a challenge, but every succeeding fast will be much easier. For myself, it has gotten to the point where fasting for twenty-four hours every now and then has become quite effortless and even a joy. This is because I am thoroughly familliar with it and can count on its efficacity or benefits, which are immediate, both during and after the fast.

Naturally, there will be some weight loss, discomfort, dizziness, and other withdrawal symptoms, especially for beginners, but this is all part of the body's way of cleansing and healing itself: excess fat or weight will be burned off and chemicals and other poisons will be released into the bloodstream for expulsion. Only diseased or worn out tissue is burned or expelled. The body is not stupid enough to consume its own healthy tissue. The sicker you are, the more will be thrown out or eliminated. This is why those with advanced diseases must be supervised, and require longer and more frequent fasts.

By fasting, what you are in effect doing, is marshalling all of the body's energy (much of which would normally go into digesting) and focusing it on whatever needs to be cleaned or repaired. Rest or the conservation of your energy is also important to your fast. Sleep in itself (that we do every night) is a kind of enforced fast that allows us to recover from our days' activities.

Your first one-day fast may not cure you of a long-standing illness or ailment but it will certainly help. Frequent or repetitive one-day fasts(once or twice a week), or even alternate day fasting, will be much more effective. I used to suffer from arthritic pain in my shoulder due to a work accident and found out that the shorter fasts were more effective in healing and eliminating the pain than the longer fasts. The first one-day fast greatly diminished the pain, but it wasn't untill the third or fourth fast that I felt completely pain free. In cases where the injury never healed properly the fast will back-track and the original pain or condition may resurface before the healing occurs.

One way fasting works is by shrinking or constriction. Your tissues and arteries constrict, loosening whatever garbage or material is stuck to its walls that is causing the problem. When you eat again, the tissues and vessels expand again and the material is forced out. Of course, if you wait long enough the body has its own (better) way of eliminating the waste. Also, during fasting, the blood thins as it expels its waste, and this is what causes the dizziness. This dizziness, however, goes away as the blood rebuilds or normalizes. Sitting before getting up from a lying position is recommended.

Fasting improves blood flow or circulation and the body's capacity to eliminate resulting in better overall health. One will feel more energetic and alert and be more resistant to all forms of disease or illness. It will even slow down the aging process which is little more than the accumulated effects of our bad habits or wrong ways of living.

One-day fasting will teach you control or discipline. It will greatly help you to break those bad habits or addictiions that are destroying you and help you start to acquire new and positive ones. Nearly everything we do is habit or addiction, including eating and sex. We were not meant to be ruled by our stomachs or base desires. It is our lower carnal desires which enslave us and keep us bound to this material plane and which cause us to continually reincarnate. If we are to rise above our animal state to that of the angels or higher, we must begin by conquering our lower natures, and fasting is the key.

Fasting one day out of seven is not a huge sacrifice to make, especially when you consider the benefits or rewards. Begin your fast in the evening, right after your last meal. By the time you wake up, half the fast will already be over. Resume regular eating in the evening. The braver ones can extend it to thirty-six hours although I don't recommend this unless you've had previous experience or feel compelled to do so. Many people like to fast on their Sabbath day, reflecting the biblical or scriptural injunction to rest on the seventh day. The beauty of the one-day fast is that you do not have to slowly work your way in or out of it as in the longer fasts. Twenty-four to thirty-six hours is just long enough before the fasting process starts to get really serious.

Of course WHAT one eats is also important. Try to improve your diet with each succeeding fast. Learn to break those sugar and salt habits. Eat less junk food. Cut down on meat and dairy products, and try to grow or prepare your own food. Your taste buds may not like it, but your body will love you for it. Most people don't realize that the more stimulating a food is the more damage it will do. Endless additives and enhancers are increasingly adulterating our food, and our endless desire or addiction for more and more flavour or stimulus is quickly driving us to the grave.

Fasting helps rebalance our unnatural cravings or desires by eliminating the chemicals or properties that cause them. Remember, your body is your friend and wants the best for you, but you must give it a chance to do its work, and fasting gives it that opportunity. Short-term fasting can also correct weight problems, energy imbalances, blood pressure, sleep disorders, depression and mood swings, nervousness, and just about every other ailment or disorder. It can also improve eyesight and hearing and the better functioning of your senses in general. I have often noticed being wittier and more quickly able to come up with solutions to problems during and after my fast. I am also amazed at how quickly and effortlessly I am able to drive my car while fasting -the concentration is perfect.

It's best to do your one-day fast privately or without much fanfare as most people are ignorant about fasting in general and will not understand and may even try to dissuade you from it. Society in general is still so ignorant on so many basic issues and untill we wake up we will continue on the path to misery and destruction. This is partly due to our own lethargy and partly to our government and social leaders who are more interested in controlling us or putting us to sleep than they are in awakening or liberating us.

Once you are comfortable with the one-day fast and are convinced of its benefits, you can then cautiously go on to the longer and more powerful fasts, if that is your desire. By mastering the one-day fast you have taken an important step or foothold on the long and narrow road to regeneration.
