So we've been told over and over again that we should slather on the sunscreen when you go out in the sun to prevent skin cancer, right? Well, guess what? Think again! Many of the common chemicals in most commercial sunscreen lotions actually can CONTRIBUTE to cancer, stubborn abdominal fat (due to the xenoestrogens in sunscreen chemicals), and many other health problems.
Some of that sunscreen may be as damaging or more dangerous to your health than going without any sunscreen at all!
While there is still some risk in spending time in the summer sun without sunscreen, your sunscreen itself can possibly pose a bigger health risk. The chemicals in sunscreen are very harsh and are rapidly absorbed into the bloodstream.
First of all, if you haven't read Mike Geary's article about the benefits of small doses of daily sunshine, click here.  It's important to understand why small amounts of daily sunshine (WITHOUT burning) is important to your health, vitamin D production, hormone balance, and skin cancer prevention.
Now back to harsh chemical sunscreens... What kinds of chemical concoctions are you putting on your skin that are absorbing into your bloodstream? Numerous studies have raised serious concerns about these chemicals' safety:
  • Oxybenzone -- One of the main ingredients in many sunscreens. Oxybenzone is also a penetration enhancer--a chemical that helps other chemicals penetrate the skin — this means that any chemical on the skin will be quickly absorbed into the bloodstream. This common sunscreen ingredient is an endocrine disrupting chemical that damages cells and is potentially dangerous for pregnant women especially. Oxybenzone has been found to decrease sperm count and lengthen the estrous cycle in mice; and it is potentially carcinogenic in humans.
  • Retinyl palmitate -- Retinyls are vitamin A derivatives that are often used in lotions and sunscreens. They are associated with the accelerated growth of skin lesions and tumors when combined with sun exposure. These retinyls are often used to reduce the look of wrinkles, but FDA data suggests that retinyls have photo-carcinogenic properties, which means that when it is applied to the skin and exposed to the sun, it may speed up cancer formation!  This ingredient is in about half the sunscreens sold commercially.
  • Octyl-methacinnamate has been shown to actually damage skin cells, and many people are highly sensitive or allergic to this ingredient. It can cause a serious rash, redness and irritation to sensitive individuals. 
  • Bensopenone-3 (BP3), homosalate (HMS), 4-methyl-benzylidene camphor (4-MBC), octyl-methoxycinnamate (OMC), and octyl-dimethyl-PABA (OD-PABA) were all found to have estrogenic effects (these are xenoestrogens) in the body, which can lead to weight gain (xenoestrogens can cause "stubborn belly fat") and several types of cancer, including breast cancer — even in men.
The Center for Disease Control (CDC) released a new study showing that nearly all Americans are contaminated with oxybenzone, a widely-used sunscreen ingredient. This chemical so far has shown potential links to allergies, hormone disruption, and cell damage, as well as low birth weight in babies whose mothers are exposed during pregnancy.
The Environmental Working Group (EWG) also has a guide that helps you to determine how chemical-laden your current sunscreen is.
Although sunscreens are meant for external use only, the popular ‘spray on’ sunscreens end up being inhaled as well, and are particularly dangerous. While inhaled particles of any size can pose a health risk, tiny nanoparticles -- ultra-tiny particles used in many of these formulations -- can more easily penetrate linings and tissues in your body and cause inflammation and increase risk of cancer or other respiratory issues.
Ok, so what to do to help prevent sunburn and photo aging from the sun?
Remember from Mike's article near the top of this page, that small daily doses of sunshine (10-30 minutes daily over most of body) can help to increase your Vitamin D levels in your body and actually PROTECT you and reduce your risk of skin cancer... The important key phrase there is "small daily dose" without burning.
If you are going to get more sun than that... The best and most natural sunscreen you can get if you are going to be spending more than a half hour out in the hot summer sun are the sunblocks (mineral based) that contain zinc oxide and/or titanium dioxide as their active ingredients. These ingredients are safe, natural ingredients that physically block UVA and UVB rays by sitting on top of the skin instead of absorbing into the skin, and there are no health concerns about using these natural sunblocks on your skin.
The downside of these types of natural physical sunblocks is that they tend to leave a white coating on your skin so they don't look as appealing as the chemical sunscreens which are invisible since they absorb into your skin.  So the other option is simply to make sure to cover up with clothing if you don't want to use a mineral-based sunblock that makes the skin look white.
There may be some zinc oxide and/or titanium dioxide based sunscreens available that do a better job of not leaving such a white layer on the skin, but you might have to experiment with different brands to find one.  Also some new brands add a brownish color to the lotion so that it doesn't leave such a pasty white appearance and rubs on more bronze instead.
And most important, to protect your skin and minimize the damage the sun can do to your skin...
EAT your sunscreen to best protect your skin against sun damage and cancer
Ok, I’m not talking about squeezing that stuff out of the bottle and actually eating it!
I am talking about protecting your skin from the inside out with nutrition! One of the best ways to prevent sun damage, and protect your skin, is with your diet. Yes, you can actually eat your own healthy version of natural sunscreen by following these recommendations:
First, be sure to eat plenty of omega-3 rich foods in your daily diet. Research studies show that eicosapentaenoic acid (also called EPA) in omega 3 fats helps prolong the time that it takes skin to get burned during sun exposure, and reduces your chances of skin cancer. Omega-3 fatty acids best sources come from grass-fed beef, free range whole eggs, and cold-water wild caught fish like salmon, sardines, and mackerel.
But keep this in mind: An optimal balance of omega-3's to omega-6's (1:1 to 2:1) is critical for many, many health factors, including skin health. If you are eating much more omega 6 fatty acids in comparison to omega 3’s, you actually increase your chances of skin cancer from the sun.
It is a well-known fact that people who regularly eat a diet higher in saturated fats and omega-3 fats tend to have much smoother, softer skin. In contrast, a diet high in trans fats and excessively high omega-6 fats ages skin and when people consume that type of diet they tend to have older-looking skin and wrinkles.
So, here's how to eat the healthiest kind of sunscreen that is best for your body and your skin:
  • Eliminate processed vegetable oils and instead eat grass fed butter, extra virgin olive oil and virgin coconut oil. Some of the oils highest in omega 6’s are soybean, sunflower, cottonseed, peanut, and corn oil, so avoid these (this also means avoiding anything deep fried!). Eliminate packaged processed junk food, fast food, and prepare fresh, whole food from scratch.
  • Eat Carotenoids. Carotenoids are colorful molecules that reflect UV rays. Each of the pigments functions as Mother Nature’s sunblock. When humans ingest carotenoids, they are actually deposited into the skin to prevent sunburn and oxidative stress.

    The best sources of carotenoids are pasture-raised whole eggs, spirulina, dark-green leafy vegetables (kale, collards, spinach, etc), and brightly colored yellow-orange fruits and vegetables (apricots, cantaloupe, sweet red peppers, carrots, sweet potatoes, yams, and squash).

    The most potent carotenoid is a red pigment found in algae, salmon, trout, shrimp, lobsters, and other shellfish. It is known as astaxanthin. Astaxanthin is 1,000 times more effective at protecting skin from UV damage than other carotenoids.  One way that you can provide a double whammy of skin protection is to take a daily Krill Oil supplement, as krill oil is the best natural source of astaxanthan as well as potent omega-3's in a form most usable by your body.

  • Lycopene is found in red fruits such as tomatoes, red bell pepper and watermelon. Unlike many other fruits and vegetables, cooking actually increases this nutrient. Tomato paste actually has much more lycopene than fresh tomatoes. In one study, people who consumed tomato paste had 33% more protection against sunburn compared to a control group after 12 weeks.
  • Drink plenty of green tea a day for internal sun protection. Green tea is known to contain a category of antioxidants called polyphenols that boost the ability of skin to protect itself from the sun. If the idea of drinking warm green tea on a hot day is unappetizing, go for cool glass of iced green tea.

    Also keep in mind that ALL teas are rich sources of various skin-protecting antioxidants, so consider expanding beyond just green teas and try yerba mate, rooibos, tulsi tea, mint, chamomile, and other teas... the more variety you use, the more diversity of antioxidants you obtain.
  • Snack on vitamin and flavanol-rich fruit like berries and other fruit such as mangoes, kiwis, peaches, cherries, and plums that are naturally sweet and juicy. Most fruits are rich in vitamin C, which is also a great vitamin for skin health. Known for its role in building collagen, vitamin C prevents wrinkles and photo damage through its anti-inflammatory action. Toss some berries into a bowl for breakfast, make a berry smoothie, or have berries for a healthy dessert.
     
To sum up:
1. Avoid the dangerous chemicals in regular chemical sunscreens. These contain potentially carcinogenic compounds as well as chemicals that are xenoestrogens, which are known to contribute to "stubborn belly fat".
2. Don't forget the skin protection and vitamin D benefits of getting small doses (10-30 minutes daily) of daily mid-day sun over a good portion of your body (without burning) before slathering on the sunblock or covering up with more clothing.
3. If you must spend a long amount of time out in the summer sun, eat a skin-healthy diet with lots of antioxidants such as various teas, berries, carotenoids, etc.  It's a good idea to take a daily Krill Oil supplement in the summer to protect your skin due to the natural form of astaxanthin which has been proven to be one of the most powerful compounds to protect your skin internally.
Also, protect your skin from excess sun and burning by either covering up with clothing or with a safe and natural zinc oxide or titanium oxide based sunscreen too... but ONLY after you've received your small dose (10-30 minutes) of full sun over large portions of your body to increase your vitamin D levels which protect your skin from cancer.

The #1 Worst Sunscreen: Avoid This at All Costs

With warmer weather coming for most parts of the country, people all over are gearing up for poolside gatherings, beach vacations and some good ol’ fashioned sun soaking. The sun just seems to make us feel good, and rightly so.
Fact: The sun is necessary for all human life. Without the warming rays of this massive star, life on this planet would cease to exist. Every type of living creature, including mankind, needs sunlight in order to live. Humans have been exposed to the sun since the beginning of time.
Warning against the sun 
However, for more than 30 years, doctors, beauty experts, health officials and skin care product manufacturers have sent out strong warnings regarding the dangers of the sun. We have been told to avoid any sun exposure without sunscreen, because the rays will damage our skin and cause skin cancer. Much of this hype has been due to the fact that skin cancer is on the rise. In 2002, over 50 percent of the 1.2 million cases of cancer in the United States were skin cancers, and 10,000 of these cases were fatal. These statistics have injected a rampant fear of the sun into many unassuming people, who have decided to stay clear of the burning ball of light at all costs. This however, has caused problems of its own.
To say that the sun causes cancer is not entirely correct, and is actually a great oversimplification of the truth. Well-researched and documented studies show that vitamin D optimization may actually prevent up to 16 different types of cancer.
Because of our fear of the sun, we have become a nation deficient in vitamin D. This deficiency in itself has led to a surge in a number of debilitating conditions such as depression, obesity, hypertension and cancer. In addition, 60 percent of people with diabetes are vitamin D deficient, and studies show very low levels of vitamin D in children, women and the elderly.
It appears, to at least some extent, that the dangers of the sun have been overemphasized while the benefits have been minimized. William Grant, PhD conducted a study that revealed that 30 percent of cancer deaths could be prevented each year if vitamin D levels were higher. That’s right: the very thing that so many hide from may not cause cancer, but rather protect from it.
Furthermore, vitamin D is also essential for a number of healthy bodily functions, such as muscle strength, cardiovascular health, strong teeth, optimal blood pressure and a healthy immune system – to name just a few.
Fact:  The deadliest form of skin cancer, melanoma, has been on the rise by about 3.5 percent per year since 1992, according to the American Melanoma Foundation. Interestingly enough, this rise in melanoma has been paralleled by an 4.2 percent increase in sunscreen use.
Melanoma is a highly complex disease. While it appears that exposure to the sun may play some role, most melanomas are located on body parts that get little, if any, daily sun exposure.
Research has demonstrated that there appears to be some connection between the risk of melanoma and the number of childhood burns one has received. In addition, the use of tanning beds also increases the risk.
Good rays, bad rays
In order to completely understand the risk that the sun poses to our health, we must better comprehend the sun itself. The sun gives us two main types of wavelengths – UVA and UVB. While both can cause tanning and burning, UVB rays are necessary for the skin to make vitamin D, while UVA rays penetrate the skin deeply and can cause severe free radical damage including wrinkles. They also destroy vitamin D.
sunscreenUVA rays shine constantly throughout the day and through the whole year, while UVB rays are lowest in the morning and evening and highest at midday and vary in strength throughout the year.
It only takes a little sun to make vitamin D
To encourage your body to produce vitamin D you don’t need to spend countless hours in the hot sun and you most definately don’t want to burn. Here are a few general guidelines to follow to help you get the most from the sun’s helpful rays while staying safe from those that can cause damage.
  • If you are just getting out in the sun for the first time in the season and have white skin, limit yourself to about 15 minutes between the hours of 10am – 4pm.
  • If you burn frequently, limit your time to a few minutes each day until your skin begins to slightly darken.
  • Once you have a nice tan, you can increase the time you spend in the sun.
  • Use a moisturizing non-SPF lotion to help keep your skin soft. If you use an SPF lotion it will block out the beneficial UVB rays. Organic coconut oil is a great option.
  • After your initial exposure, spend the rest of the day in the shade or covered up.
  • If you have to be in the sun for an extended period of time, use an SPF 15 non-toxic sunscreen.
The toxic truth about sunscreen
When you slather on sunscreen that does not offer natural UVA protection, you are doing nothing short of wasting your money. Sunscreen that blocks UVB rays and does not protect from UVA rays and will work against you by limiting vitamin D production and damaging skin.
There are two main types of sunscreens – chemical and physical. Chemical sunscreens prevent sunburn when they absorb UVA rays, but can increase the risk of cancer. Physical sunscreens contain inert minerals that reflect ultraviolet rays away from the skin, and are considered safe and effective.
Most of what you find in the store are chemical sunscreens, which may contain from three to six of the following active ingredients: oxybenzone, avobenzone, octocrylene, homosalate, octinoxate and octocrylene.
Almost all products contain avobenzone – the agent for filtering out skin-damaging UVA rays. There is some concern, however, that this substance may break down when exposed to the sun. Other chemicals, such as octocrylene, are often added as stabilizers.
Studies done on a number of the chemicals found in commercial sunscreen indicate that they may disrupt hormones. Animal research also suggests that oxybenzone (found in 80 percent of chemical sunscreen) and octinoxate are toxic to reproductive systems and can interfere with development.
While more testing is yet to be done, many are concerned that the high level of toxicity found in these active ingredients may undermine any benefit that this type of sunscreen offers. Like personal care products, sunscreens penetrate the skin and deserve special attention.
Studies done at the University of Zurich (2010) found sunscreen chemicals in 85 percent of milk samples. Four of the chemicals that were found are commonly used in American sunscreens.
Avoid sunscreens with retinol
Sunscreens that contains vitamin A or retinol may actually speed the development of skin tumors and lesions when sunlight is present, according to a 2009 study done by the National Toxicology Program.
The Food and Drug Administration published a study in 2011 that concluded the same thing. Since this time, consumer advocates have been urging the FDA to restrict the use of vitamin A in topical products.
Avoid spray-on sunscreens
Vitamin A and toxic chemicals are not the only thing you have to worry about in sunscreen. In July of 2012, a very scary incident occurred for one man who applied aerosol sunscreen and immediately walked over to his barbecue.
Upon lighting the grill, he sustained 2nd degree burns, because the sunscreen had not had time to set into his skin, neither did the propellant chemicals have adequate time to evaporate. According to news reports, the spray also left a vapor trail that added insult to injury. He caught on fire immediately after lighting the grill.
Banana Boat, the makers of the aerosol sunscreen in question, voluntarily recalled their product after hearing of the incident. The company cited a problem with the spray valve as being the reason for the accident.
“The spray valve opening on the affected products dispenses more than is typical in the industry for continuous sun care sprays. As a result, the product is taking longer to dry on the skin than is typical with other continuous sprays. If a consumer comes into contact with a flame or spark prior to complete drying of the product on the skin, there is a potential for the product to ignite.”
Mothers of young kids, and many other people of all ages, love the ease of application that aerosol offers, as well as the fact that spray sunscreen makes it easy to cover all of the hard-to-reach spots.
But are you willing to trade convenience for health?
Besides the fact that aerosols are highly flammable, there are more concerns with this type of sun protection.
First, the Food and Drug Administration has mounting concerns that aerosol sunscreens can be inhaled during application. Both the propellant chemicals and the nanoparticles of zinc oxide and titanium dioxide (found safe in other forms) worry scientists, who say that these particles are easily ingested.
Although the particles can’t be absorbed through the skin, they can accumulate in different organs in the body once they are ingested. Because they are so small, they can move freely throughout the body, causing problems at the sub-cellular level. What is worse is that the body can’t get rid of them.
Each time the sunscreen nozzle is pressed, these particles are transported some 20 feet in all directions, landing on everything in sight. Everyone in the danger zone gets to breathe in the dangerous particles, even if they don’t want to.
aerosol sunscreenThe International Agency for Research on Carcinogens classified titanium dioxide as a “possible carcinogen” when inhaled in high doses as from an aerosol can. As noted, it is very hard for the lungs to clear the tiny particles, which are easily passed into the bloodstream. When these particles penetrate lung or skin tissue, they can cause severe organ damage.
Use caution with loose powder sunscreens as well for the same reason; they contain particles that could end up in the lungs and cause damage.
There are presently no recommendations or guidelines set by the US government regarding the size and characteristics of nanoparticles, to protect from the sun and be safe to users at the same time. As with other personal care products, this is a “caveat emptor” circumstance where consumers must do their own research with regards to safety.
Staying safe
Playing it safe requires forethought. Obviously, the sun is a very important part of health, one that should not be ignored. However, there are rules.
  • Playing or laying all day in the hot sun without any protection and getting burned to a crisp must be avoided at all costs.
  • Be especially careful with young children; avoid sunburn as much as possible.
  • Try to stay in the shade between the hours of 12 and 3pm; this is when the sun’s rays are the hottest and can cause the most damage.
  • Wear lightweight, white clothing if possible, and a hat if you have to be in the sun for long periods of time.
  • Avoid tanning beds.
  • Never tan through a window – you will get all UVA rays and none of the beneficial UVB rays.
The Environmental Working Group urges us not to use sunscreen as a tool to prolong time spent in the sun, and to check our skin often for irregular moles or other suspicious spots.
Being choosy about the type of sunscreen that you use for yourself and your family is critical. The best is one made from natural ingredients that protect you from damaging rays, don’t break down on the skin,  and allow at least some penetration of UVB rays for the production of vitamin D.

Days of Total Darkness in 2015 ?

NASA Confirms Earth Will Experience 6 Days of Total Darkness in June 2015

WORLDWIDE – NASA has confirmed that the Earth will experience 6 days of almost complete darkness and will happen from the dates Tuesday the 30 – Monday the 6 in july  . The world will remain, during these six days, without sunlight due to a solar storm, which will cause dust and space debris to become plentiful and thus, block 90% sunlight.
This is the head of NASA Charles Bolden who made the announcement and asked everyone to remain calm. This will be the product of a solar storm, the largest in the last 250 years for a period of 216 hours total. Reporters interviewed a few people to hear what they had to say about the situation with Michael Hearns responding “We gonna be purgin my n*gga, six days of darkness means six days of turnin up fam”.

Death is a Disease


Death is a disease that needs to be overcome. It is the product of a faulty environment and lifestyle. It is also the acceptance of death that gives it so much power. People need to realize that aging and dying are not normal. The body continuously regenerates so there is no reason why we can't go on living indefinitely. It is only our ignorance and fear and mistaken habits that make it so. Deterioration occurs when the degenerative forces overtake the regenerative ones. This usually occurs around age 30 when our sins catch up with us and we begin to break down. Sins like overworking, overeating, and overindulgence in general. We become addicted to the very pleasures that destroy us, and that's when death takes control. Few are strong enough to break the chains, but those who do find everlasting life. Environmental and social forces also contribute to death but the inner drive or conditioning is the most important factor and can overcome almost any external situation.

True Health Begins With The Right Environment


Environment is everything. We are predominantly physical creatures with an absolute dependency on our environment. A warm and natural environment, where we are comfortable and able to access all of our needs (food, water, etc.) is an absolute must. Yes, we can manage in cold climes, but only if we prepare ourselves ahead of time during the warm season - by building artificial shelters and producing artificial heating, and stocking up on mostly artificial foods. This artificiality is very costly to our health or well being - we weren't meant to be cooped up indoors, breathing poor air, and eating dead foods. Urbanization and cold weather are the traps of modern society. There was a time when the whole planet enjoyed a paradisical climate, but our selfish and warring ways have destroyed or unbalanced this, so that we now have extremes of both cold and heat. What's worse is that the powers that be have decided to maintain this inbalance for their own selfish motives. The knowledge and/or technology to almost instantly transform this planet into a paradise currently exists but is not being implemented. A few people have decided that it is best to keep us in fear, ignorance, and bondage - at least for the time being. Can you imagine what the world would be like if we did not have to battle the elements on an almost constant basis? Little need for all that clothing or heating or even housing. Food would be free and plentiful and we would use all that extra time to develop our natural and God-given potentials. Of course, our current rulers would not like this, and that's why we're still where we are. Rise up, people, and claim your rightful heritage!

The Problem with Cooking


Not only does heating or firing food make it unhealthy, but it creates pollution and addiction as well. Heat changes the structure of food to one your body has difficulty recognizing or processing - hence all the sickness and digestive disorders that follow. But that's only the beginning. Cooking your food chases the life force out of it: that tempting aroma cooking produces is the sweet life force itself escaping from the fiery hell the food is being subjected to. Your human spirit reacts the same way when you are tortured or about to die - it starts to leave the body. The aroma of cooked food may be highly pleasant but it creates an olfactory addiction to it, not only for yourself but for others around you as well. The problem is when you eat the food it's practically dead and you don't get everything you're supposed to get and this creates deficiencies in the body. Finally, cooked or processed food takes time to prepare and requires utensils and appliances and produces a lot of trash, most of it unrecyclable. Natural food, on the other hand, is already cooked by the sun, is ready to eat, requires no utensils or appliances, produces compostable residue, and best of all - it's good for you. Unfortunately, we've become so addicted to the smells and tastes of cooked or heated foods that to abandon them and adopt a raw natural diet is unthinkable for most of us. Yet it is the only solution. We must wean ourselves out of cooked and processed foods slowly but surely if we are to save both ourselves and the planet. It will require reeducation and personal effort and may be painful at first, but the rewards will far outweigh this. It can be delicious as well. Start converting to a raw organic diet today. An illusion it will be, so large, so vast it will escape their perception. Those who will see it will be thought of as insane. We will create separate fronts to prevent them from seeing the connection between us.
We will behave as if we are not connected to keep the illusion alive. Our goal will be accomplished one drop at a time so as to never bring suspicion upon ourselves. This will also prevent them from seeing the changes as they occur.

From all this, their children will be born dead, and we will conceal this information.
The poisons will be hidden in everything that surrounds them, in what they drink, eat, breathe and wear.
We must be ingenious in dispensing the poisons for they can see far.
We will teach them that the poisons are good, with fun images and musical tones.
Those they look up to will help. We will enlist them to push our poisons.
They will see our products being used in film and will grow accustomed to them and will never know their true effect.
When they give birth we will inject poisons into the blood of their children and convince them its for their help [Vaccines in newborns!].
We will start early on, when their minds are young, we will target their children with what children love most, sweet things.
When their teeth decay we will fill them with metals that will kill their mind and steal their future.
When their ability to learn has been affected, we will create medicine that will make them sicker and cause other diseases for which we will create yet more medicine.
We will render them docile and weak before us by our power.
They will grow depressed, slow and obese, and when they come to us for help, we will give them more poison.
We will focus their attention toward money and material goods so they many never connect with their inner self. We will distract them with fornication, external pleasures and games so they may never be one with the oneness of it all.
Their minds will belong to us and they will do as we say. If they refuse we shall find ways to implement mind-altering technology into their lives. We will use fear as our weapon.
We will establish their governments and establish opposites within. We will own both sides.
We will always hide our objective but carry out our plan.
They will perform the labor for us and we shall prosper from their toil.
Our families will never mix with theirs. Our blood must be pure always, for it is the way.
We will make them kill each other when it suits us.
We will keep them separated from the oneness by dogma and religion.
We will control all aspects of their lives and tell them what to think and how.
We will guide them kindly and gently letting them think they are guiding themselves.
We will foment animosity between them through our factions.
When a light shall shine among them, we shall extinguish it by ridicule, or death, whichever suits us best.

They will never reach the higher realms, for the killing of their own kind will prevent passage to the realm of enlightenment. This they will never know.
The truth will be hidden in their face, so close they will not be able to focus on it until its too late.
Oh yes, so grand the illusion of freedom will be, that they will never know they are our slaves.
When all is in place, the reality we will have created for them will own them. This reality will be their prison. They will live in self-delusion.
When our goal is accomplished a new era of domination will begin.
Their minds will be bound by their beliefs, the beliefs we have established from time immemorial.
But if they ever find out they are our equal, we shall perish then. THIS THEY MUST NEVER KNOW.
If they ever find out that together they can vanquish us, they will take action.

The Giant Pole Freezers


Why are the polar regions so cold? Why is there any cold at all on the planet? Planets are like houses, and nearly every house has a freezer or coldroom, for the PRESERVATION OF FOOD. Might not the polar regions serve a similar purpose - only on a larger scale? The big questions are: what is the food being preserved, and who are the preservers? The answers may be too shocking for most of us. Given the assumption that humans were created as a slave race, and that there exist anti-human predators in our universe who have also found use for us and who are presently dominating our planet, the answer becomes clear. Many sci-fi movies and books have introduced the scenario where rows upon rows of human corpses are preserved frozen or suspended in vats or liquid chambers both on space ships and in underground bases. The controllers of these chambers or bases are often very alien or anti-human in nature - usually grey or reptillian. Both animals and humans are selected as food sources for those long space trips or for when the planet becomes depopulated through natural or other catastrophes. Young animals or humans, especially the females, because of their purity, tenderness, and potent bodily secretions, are especially prized or desired by these alien carnivores. There is however, nothing more repulsive than the stench of rotting corpses, so freezer systems have been developed both on the ships and in the bases. With the demand and supply growing, what better way to stock up on humans and mammals than to make the entire polar areas vast freezers? Gigantic cooling systems have long been implemented miles beneath the polar landmasses resulting in our arctic and antarctic snow and ice. These mechanical monstrosities, which may be the real cause of those ice ages, are putting a huge drain on the planet's inner central sun which powers them. This drain is directly responsible for our unbalanced climate or ecosphere, which is in turn decimating the length or quality of life on the outer earth surface. Mars and some of the other planets may also have similar systems. Antarctica is especially suspect, as it is the largest and coldest polar landmass.

The Truth about the Climate


Everything you were taught about weather and climate is false! Our cold is not natural - it is artificially produced! It is not normal for us to have extremes of cold and hot on the planet. Huge mechanical cooling systems have long-ago been built under the arctic and antarctic regions which imbalance the entire planetary climate.

Normal planets are constructed in such a way that the temperature or climate is equable throughout - from pole to pole. Also, a planet receives most of it's heat and light from its inner central sun rather than the exterior Sun we see. Actually, the two work together. The Sun is not as bright or hot as we believe it to be. This is an illusion caused by our atmosphere which acts as a lens to magnify its effects. Astronauts who have gone outside the Earth's atmosphere have noticed that the Sun is a cool pale green in color. Our atmosphere filters and disperses the radiation of both the the outer and inner suns to give us a safe and equable climate. Without our atmosphere, we would experience extremes of light and darkness as well as cold and heat.

By building these gigantic freezers, our nefarious contollers have unbalanced the entire weather or ecosystem of our planet. The heat that would normalize the cold northern and southern lattitudes has been pushed towards the equatorial regions making it very hot there. They have also robbed our planet of its protective water canopy by drawing it to the poles as ice and snow. All normal(untampered) planets or worlds have thick cloud or water canopies which protect and stabilize surface conditions.  Built many thousands of years ago, this weather cooling system has had the effect of controlling and enslaving the outer surface population, as well as closing off access to the inner earth. What's really mind-boggling is that that this mechanism can be controlled by the press of a button or pull of a lever! In other words, our cold weather and the so-called ice ages are all controlled phenomena! The next time you experience a cold blast of arctic air it's because whoever's in control has decided to create or direct it your way. It also benefits the oil and heating companies who would be out of buisness without it. 

Global warming and polar ice melting is nothing but the relaxation of control of this freezing apparatus. Were it to be totally shut down, the polar ice and snow would quickly dissolve and evaporate to form the canopy that once existed around the planet, creating a balanced paradisical cimate and environment. There would then be no more need for pollution-producing heat and power industries or the need for excessive clothing. Even housing would not be so necessary as people coud sleep outdoors without worrying about freezing to death. Nor would there be extreme heat; the equatorial heat would then be free to spread out evenly across the rest of the planet.

With the polar ice and snow gone, we would once again have access to the inner earth world, which is our missing half, and symbolic of the reunification between our outer and inner realities or our male and female aspects. Best of all an equable and paradisical climate would negate our wasteful struggle for basic survival and be an incredible boost to our health and spirit. We would then be able to get on with the more important task of self-improvement or regeneration at all levels and regain our lost heritage as divine beings.

The artificial cooling mechanism set in place is also a huge drain on the planet's inner sun which directly powers it. When our inner sun suffers, so do we. This central sun if liberated is the key to the regeneration of the planet and all life on it. It is the source of our prana or life which it gets directly from our greater Sun and the steps down in safe measure to distribute planetwide. It is like the Christ or intermediary between human and God. It's full release, would, in biblical terms, constitute the full release of the Holy Spirit upon the Earth.

There is another theory, although more far-fetched, that a giant spaceship is sitting atop the planet's south pole opening, under the snow and affecting the planet's spinning and energy levels. Some even go so far as to equating this craft with the lost ancient Atlantis.

Just how to do away with the controllers and their controlling mechanisms is the pressing question. Awareness is definitely the first step. Empowerment may be a little more difficult. There may be some positive or important reason why the poles are giant freezers, but it is most likely not in our best interests.

What Really Happened to Germanwings Airliner

US Laser Test Destroys Germanwings Airliner Killing 150 Innocent Civilians

The Ministry of Defense (MoD) is reporting today that dispatches from the Northern Fleet (NF) appear to show that yesterdays downing of Germanwings Flight 4U 9525 in southern France yesterday was the “direct result” of a failed US Air Force test of its High Energy Liquid Laser Area Defense System (HELLADS) attempting to shoot down an ICBM reentry vehicle, but which, instead, destroyed this civilian airliner killing all 150 aboard.

According to this MoD report, the Northern Fleet, which is already on full combat alert, was alerted to this incident yesterday by the Severomorsk submarine chaser, currently operating in the Mediterranean, who reported that widespread atmospheric electrical anomalies over southern France, western Italy and southwestern Switzerland were being detected.  The area where these detections were made by the Severomorsk, this report notes, also happens to be the combat operational area of the US Air Forces 510th Fighter Squadron operating out of the Aviano Air Base in Italy.
Curiously, this MoD further notes, these anomalies occurring in the 510th Fighter Squadron’s combat operating area of southern France yesterday came within the same time frame that British civilian radar systems went black; which was further confirmed by a Flight Emergencies posting stating: “Doing a bit of spotting at MAN, I look up and see an A380 passing overhead just past the BA, but nothing on radar? Hm

This MoD report clarifies that US-UK-EU radar systems frequently go black upon the takeoff/landings of B1 bombers, and which in yesterday’s case, where this incident was reported in Manchester (MAN), it likely coincided with the deployment of a British B-1 Lancer Bomber, some of which are able to utilize the US Air Forces High Energy Liquid Laser Area Defense System too.
The MoD further notes that the US-UK-EU military structure frequently endangers civilian flights with their war games over the continent, such as last year when about 50 planes temporarily disappeared from radars in Austria, Germany, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia between 5 June and 10 June. Slovak air traffic services in their statement about this radar blackout admitted at the time: “The disappearance of objects on radar screens was connected with a planned military exercise which took place in various parts of Europe...whose goal was the interruption of radio communication frequencies.  This activity also caused the temporary disappearance of several targets on the radar display, while in the meantime the planes were in radio contact with air traffic controllers and continued in their flight normally.”
And to how dangerous these Western war games can be to civilian airliners, this report continues, was evidenced on 3 March when, in an eerie pre-simulation to the demise yesterday of Germanwings Flight 9525, the US Air Force, while preparing for yesterday’s failed test over southern France, Lufthansa Flight LH1172, an Airbus A321 operating at a normal flight altitude, plummeted out of the sky in minutes, and as evidenced by its radar charts.

To the explanation of Lufthansa Flight LH1172 plummeting towards earth in southern France barely a fortnight ago, we can further read from the Airliner Reporter article titled Catching a Lufthansa Airbus A321’s Rapid Descent Live which, in part, says:
“There were a few moments where I thought I may have been watching a crash of some sort occur in real-time, from thousands of miles away. But thankfully, the pilots were just quick acting, and diverted to a nearby airport.
Lufthansa confirmed to AirlineReporter.com that LH1172 had 151 passengers on board and the captain decided to stopover in Nantes (NTE), France, “due to a medical case (sick passenger).” They confirmed that there was no emergency requested and that the aircraft landed safely.”
Unlike Lufthansa Flight LH1172 before it, however, this MoD report continues, Germanwings Flight 9525, yesterday, wasn’t able to recover from its rapid descent…instead it was obliterated in tens-of-thousands of pieces of metal and human flesh upon the side of a mountain in southern France.

To what caused Germanwings Flight 9525 to be so thoroughly destroyed, this report says, was first evidenced on 3 February when a US Air Force test of their High Energy Liquid Laser Area Defense System targeting one of their older weather system satellites completed obliterated it by heating it from within causing to it explode while in orbit.
However, MoD experts in this report say, chemical laser systems, such as the US Air Forces High Energy Liquid Laser Area Defense System which brought down Germanwings Flight 9525, and nearly crashed Lufthansa Flight LH1172, are notoriously known for being extremely difficult to aim at long range targets as their “effects” tend to spread throughout the atmosphere affecting anything and everything in their path.
And to the exact scenario causing the destruction of Germanwings Flight 9525 yesterday, these MoD experts continue, was a combined Western alliance attempt to target a “test re-entry vehicle” simulating a Federation nuclear warhead attack upon them yesterday.
The specific “test re-entry vehicle” used in this failed US missile test, this report says, was launched the day before on an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) fired early Monday from a US Air Force facility in California, and which the Obama regime stated was a “message to the world about Washington's nuclear capabilities”.
This “message to the world”, however, the MoD in their report state, was, instead, aimed directly at the Federation for their crippling of the USS Theodore Roosevelt using the superior “magrav” technology, and that aside from previously destroying this aircraft carrier in a war game a few weeks ago, likewise disabled the USS Donald Cook in the Black Sea last year.
Sadly, this report grimly states, of the nearly 37 NATO aircraft taking part in this US missile test yesterday, just a single Italian military jet switched its transponder to the emergency code of #7700 upon seeing Germanwings Flight 9525 plummet towards the ground.
And as many German pilots are refusing to fly today because of these US war game actions against the Federation, this report concludes, the likelihood of the Western people being told the truth about what happened to Germanwings Flight 9525 is about the same as their being told the truth about Malaysia Airlines flight MH17, which was proved by satellite photos to have been shot down by a Ukrainian fighter jet, is about the same…Zero.

And to if the Western peoples even want to know the truth of the countless lives being destroyed on their military leaders alter of war?  No one really knows the answer anymore.

Obama Rages Over Germanwings Plane Shootdown, Refuses To Meet NATO Leader

A new report released by the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) today states that President Barack Obama became so enraged upon learning that a NATO forces “war game” on Tuesday downed Germanwings Flight 9525 over southern France, killing all 150 aboard, he shockingly refused to meet this Western alliances top commander, Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg despite repeated requests to do so.
The NATO war game shootdown of Germanwings Flight 9525 (US Laser Test Destroys Germanwings Airliner Killing 150 Innocent Civilians) the Ministry of Defense (MoD) had previously reported was due to a failed US Air Force test of its High Energy Liquid Laser Area Defense System (HELLADS) attempting to shoot down an ICBM reentry vehicle simulating a Federation nuclear attack upon Aviano Air Base in Italy.

The SVR in their report notes that President Obama became aware of the dangers this war game laser test posed to civilians airliners earlier this month after a similar test nearly caused the destruction of Lufthansa Flight LH1172 over France barely two weeks ago, and which exactly like Germanwings Flight 9525 on Tuesday, rapidly plummeted towards the ground before its pilots/controllers were able to regain control.
Most interesting to note in this SVR report, however, are its technical contradictions to what it calls the “massive cover operation” being employed by Western intelligence agencies to keep their citizens from knowing the truth of what happened to Germanwings Flight 9525, and are, instead, blaming everything on its co-pilot, Andreas Lubitz.

The cover operation being implemented against the Germanwings Flight 9525 disaster, this SVR report continues, is being conducted by a specialized intelligence unit of the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) called to the scene by the European Union, and who, like in all previous incidents of this kind, and without knowing any facts, forcefully assert that the incident/disaster was not caused by terrorism.
Contradictorily though, SVR experts in this report state, while on the one hand stating their assurance that this airliner was not downed by terrorism, these Western intelligence agencies, headed by the FBI, have now begun to flood their nations media with reports that co-pilot Lubitz was, indeed, a terrorist…who locked his own planes pilot out of the cockpit, then set it on a deliberate course causing its obliteration upon a French mountainside. 

With visual evidence of the Germanwings Flight 9525 crash site showing it rained down in thousands of pieces causing a massive debris field covering hundreds of acres across numerous mountain ranges, and with no one single impact point being able to be identified, which can only lead to the logical conclusion that it exploded in the air, this report says, the main goal of the Western intelligence agencies cover operation is to shift their publics attention away from what their eyes are telling them, forcing them to, instead, concentrate their minds on the “scapegoat” terrorist.
This long known cover operation tactic, this report explains, was, perhaps, most successfully used during the 11 September 2001 attack upon the US Pentagon when the American people were “convinced” that a hijacked airliner had struck it, in spite of the first CNN report stating it didn’t happen, and photographic evidence showing the hole left in that massive building was the size of a cruise missile, not an airliner.


Even more concerning of this cover operation, SVR experts in this report say, even if co-pilot Lubitz had initiated a Controlled Flight Into Terrain (CFIT) of Germanwings Flight 9525, the Lufthansa Aviation Center (LAC) at Frankfurt Airport would have detected it immediately via their Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System (ACARS) and corrected it remotely. 
To the high technical proficiency of Lufthansa monitoring their aircraft, this report says, can be read in their own words of how their Aviation Center operates:
Constant monitoring of all aircraft in the Maintenance Control Center Lufthansa Technik's Maintenance Control Center monitors the technical status of the serviced aircraft worldwide, both on the ground and in the air, and controls necessary procedures. The structural statuses of the aircraft and the due dates for required and planned modifications and tasks are constantly tracked and monitored.
Everything that is part of fleet management is controlled here around the clock and around the world. At the Lufthansa Traffic Control Center in Frankfurt, staff compile all required data on the Lufthansa fleet operating worldwide using what is known as the ACARS system (Aircraft Communications Addressing and Reporting System), a data network using HF radio and satellites, and analyze it. Potential faults are immediately detected.”

With the Lufthansa Aviation Center, therefore, able to “immediately detect” and “control necessary procedures”, even of their flights in the air, like Germanwings Flight 9525, this report notes, it is inconceivable that they would fail to notice one of their airliners plummeting towards the ground in southern France and not remotely take control of it before it crashed. 
In fact, so critically important to Lufthansa that it be able to control its airliners remotely in case of a crisis/emergency, this report says, was the deciding factor of their Airbus airliner purchases due to this aircraft having the worlds most sophisticated fly-by-wire (FBW) system that replaces the conventional manual flight controls of an aircraft with an electronic interface.
In a fly-by-wire system, this report explains, the movements of flight controls are converted to electronic signals transmitted by wires (hence the fly-by-wire term), and flight control computers determine how to move the actuators at each control surface to provide the ordered response. The fly-by-wire system also allows automatic signals sent by the aircraft's computers to perform functions without the pilot's input, as in systems that automatically help stabilize the aircraft, or prevent unsafe operation of the aircraft outside of its performance envelope.
With Germanwings Flight 9525 clearly operating unsafely “outside of its performance envelope”, and with the Lufthansa Aviation Center monitoring it in real time and able to control this aircraft without the pilots input via its FBW system, this SVR report says, clearly shows that this airliner exploded in the air and was unable to be remotely controlled…and as the visual crash site evidence proves too.
Most unfortunately, however, this report concludes, is that the Western peoples will never know the truth of what happened to Germanwings Flight 9525 as their war mongering governments, that have killed over 2 million during the last decade, know the backlash they could expect should the truth be known.
Sadly though, this massive propaganda cover-up of the total destruction of Germanwings Flight 9525 won’t affect Iranian sports journalist Hussein Javadi, who took the last haunting photograph of this doomed aircraft as it began its last journey.  Everyone else, of course, should start preparing themselves for all the sensational news soon to come supporting the cover-up…after all, these monsters have proved it works, and the people have more than proved they’re content with lies.

US Laser Test That Destroyed Germanwings, Next Plunges Holland Into Darkness

A new Ministry of Defense (MoD) report circulating in the Kremlin today claims that the failed 24 March US Air Force test of its High Energy Liquid Laser Area Defense System (HELLADS) that was attempting to shoot down a simulated Federation nuclear warhead, which resulted in the downing of Germanwings Flight 9525 killing all 150 aboard, was attempted again on Friday, 27 March, but this time resulted in the catastrophic shutdown of the electrical grid in Northern Holland, including Amsterdam.  

According to this report, Friday’s HELLADS test that blacked out Northern Holland was the third of its kind performed by NATO over the past nearly 24 months, the other two having the consequence of (1.) the near catastrophic crash of Lufthansa Flight LH1172 over France in May, 2013, and (2.) the obliteration of Germanwings Flight 9525 on 24 March, again over France.
In the May, 2013, near disaster of Lufthansa Flight LH1172, this report continues, pre-HELLADS testing by NATO in preparation for the 22 May 2013 launching of an ICBM from Vandenberg Air Force Base in California was determined by the MoD to be the cause of this near catastrophic incident where this airliner suddenly plunged towards the ground.
Likewise, this report says, the 23 March ICBM launching for the following days HELLADS test that destroyed Germanwings Flight 9525 was then followed by Friday’s (27 March) ICBM launching that crippled Northern Holland.
To exactly how these ICBM-HELLADS tests are conducted, this report explains, a LGM-30G Minuteman-III ICBM is fired to an altitude of 1,120 kilometers (700 miles) at a speed of nearly Mach 24 (approximately 15,000 mph) after which it deploys an Advanced Maneuverable Reentry Vehicle (AMaRV) into Polar orbit and the body of the craft falls into the Pacific Ocean.
The AMaRV, which simulates multiple nuclear warheads, MoD experts in this report say, is then fired upon by the high-energy lasers of the HELLADS in an effort to destroy them as they attempt reentry towards their target(s).
The “critical failure” of the HELLADS, however, this report says, has been their use upon the B-1 bomber platform, as was done in all of these tests, which aside from having to be continually tested in the days/weeks leading up to these tests, is notorious for its continued aiming failures. 

To why NATO conducted their Friday HELLADS test just 3 days after they downed Germanwings Flight 9525, this report says, was in retaliation for the Federations successful test-firing of an RS-26 Rubezh ballistic missile on Thursday.
And as to why the Western people aren’t being told the truth about NATO’s HELLADS being the cause of the Germanwings Flight 9525 shootdown, the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) had previously reported on detailing the massive cover-up operation now being implemented by Western intelligence agencies accusing this airliners co-pilot as being responsible for this disaster. 
However, this MoD report points out, the recovered audio from Germanwings Flight 9525 clearly shows the opposite of what the Western propaganda media have been reporting in that the screams of passengers” are heard first, then they go silent and the noise that follows is of “crunching metal”, cockpit alarms, and indecipherable radio chatter before all goes silent…all indications, experts in this report point out, that this airliner suffered a catastrophic failure killing all passengers and crews first, after which the airliner exploding in air…and as the debris field proves it did. 


As has been proven in other such disasters as Germanwings Flight 9525, this report concludes, there is no likelihood of the Western governments ever telling their people the truth about what happened as evidenced by their continued cover-up of the Malaysia Airlines aircraft shot down by a Ukrainian fighter last year…and which Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov warned again on 19 March that the Western media have ignored officially documented information from eyewitnesses, previously obtained by Russian media and investigators, including those indicating the presence of a Ukrainian military jet in the vicinity of the doomed flight, and still to this date the American CIA is still refusing to release their data proving this is true.

One thing you may know about me is that I believe in continuing to educate myself on nutrition and fitness, and passing that information onto you, my reader.  I feel that regardless of how much we've already studied over the years, there's always new things you can learn that can help improve your health for a higher quality of life.

That's why I try to always read at least 2 new books every month on nutrition, to keep learning new things all the time.  Despite how much we already know, there's always new things to learn.

I've found this to be especially true of a new book I'm reading right now called Wheat Belly, by Dr. William Davis... there are lots of gems inside this book that I will be sharing with you over the next couple weeks. 

There's a lot to discuss about this topic, so I wanted to start with just a few of the most important points in the book...
This is a topic that you should pay close attention to, as wheat is one of the biggest sources of calories in the average person's diet (along with corn and soy, which are equally bad).  The average American eats a whopping 133 pounds of wheat per year, which includes babies in that average, meaning that the average adult eats well over 150 lbs of wheat per year.

Most people eat wheat at every meal...bagels, muffins, or cereal at breakfast... a sandwich at lunch... crackers, pretzels, and other wheat-based snacks all day long... bread on the side at dinner... and maybe even some cake or brownies for dessert.  Yes, a day in the life of the average consumer makes most of us look like "wheat-a-holics".

First, as you know, I've talked a lot in past newsletters about why I believe that grains in general, and also wheat in particular, should not be a large part of your diet as government guidelines recommend.

We've talked about the negatives of anti-nutrients -- compounds in many grains that prevent some nutrients/minerals from being absorbed in your body, leading to possible deficiencies in some nutrients if you eat grains at most meals.

We've also talked about the possible negative effects of gluten on not just celiacs, but a large % of the population that can experience chronic gut inflammation from too much gluten, too often.  And we've also talked about the negative aspects of many grains on your blood sugar cycle, the caloric density of grains, and the weight control challenges that grain-based foods can give you if you're not a super-active athlete.

From all of my research, I see grains on a scale like this:

* oatmeal and rice -- Not the most ideal food, but not so terrible (only if you're VERY active)
* wheat and corn  -- Not much healthy about these at all  (regardless of your activity level)

...with many other grains somewhere in the middle.  It's all about the different anti-nutrients that each contains, the gluten factor, and whether they are genetically modified.

As a generalization, there are many more negative health aspects to wheat and corn than there are in rice and oats.  We'll discuss all of this in more detail in future newsletters.

But let's start today and focus on wheat...

Why in the world does Dr. William Davis conclude in his book that "whole wheat" is terrible for your health?  Well, let's start with a few of the topics Dr. Davis talks about in his book, Wheat Belly:

1.  The wheat we eat today is very different biochemically than the wheat even just 50 years ago
First and foremost, Dr. Davis goes through the history of wheat in the human diet, which goes back to only about 10,000 years ago.  He talks about how the type of wheat that was eaten 1000's of years ago is biochemically not the same wheat we are eating today.  And in fact, even the wheat our grandparents ate just 50 years ago is a far cry biochemically from the wheat that is used today.  This is because wheat has been hybridized heavily over the years to increase crop yield and to increase certain baking characteristics or taste.

Dr. Davis states:  "Small changes in wheat protein structure can spell the difference between a devastating immune response to wheat protein versus no immune response at all."

The take-home message... today's wheat is quite different than even just 50 years ago, as today's wheat has different levels of anti-nutrients and gluten with overall biochemical differences.

Essentially, big agra has hybridized wheat heavily over the last 5 decades to improve things such as crop yield and baking characteristics, but never once thought about the impacts on human health of changing the biochemical structure of wheat.  Although the biochemical differences may seem small, it can have a major impact on how the human digestive system processes the food.
Dr. Davis points this out with this passage... "Wheat gluten proteins, in particular, undergo considerable structural change with hybridization. In one hybridization experiment, 14 new gluten proteins were identified in the offspring that were not present in either parent wheat plant."  This means that modern wheat contains new "foreign" gluten proteins that the human digestive system has not adapted to properly digesting.

Because of all of this, Celiac disease, an autoimmune disease with complete gluten intolerance, has increased fourfold in the last 50 years.  Dr Davis also believes that gluten sensitivity has increased in similar levels in the last 50 years.

The message is that even if you haven't been diagnosed with Celiac or Gluten Sensitivity, it doesn't mean that constant daily gluten intake isn't causing chronic gut inflammation and some sort of possible long term digestive system damage, along with other possible autoimmune diseases.  And remember that chronic gut inflammation can also possibly lead to cancer later in life.

2.  Wheat has addictive properties similar to opiate drugs
Dr Davis makes a very convincing argument that wheat is addictive.  Wheat contains compounds termed "exorphins" that have an effect in your brain similar to opiate drugs.  This explains why people have such a hard time giving up their beloved breads, cereals, pasta, and muffins because these foods are mildly addictive.

I know personally from past experience that if I have have a pasta dinner, I'll go back for seconds and thirds as I just can't seem to stop eating the stuff.  And then hours after dinner, I'll get cravings for more carb-based foods or sweets.  But if I pass on the pasta and just have meat, veggies, and salad, I find myself totally satisfied after dinner with no cravings later at night.

3.  Wheat makes you consume more calories
Possibly due to the additive nature of wheat products, and the subsequent cravings for more carb based foods, Dr Davis cites studies in his book showing that wheat eaters eat more calories overall than people on a gluten-free diet.  One study he cited showed 14% higher caloric intake in wheat eaters than those on a gluten-free food plan.

Dr Davis also notes: "It might be due to the lack of exorphins, reduction of the insulin-glucose cycle that triggers hunger, or some other factor, but elimination of wheat reduces daily calorie intake by 350 to 400 calories -- with no further restrictions on calories, fats, carbohydrates, or portion sizes. No smaller plates, prolonged chewing, or frequent small meals. Just banishing wheat from your table."
The message... it's a LOT easier to control your total calorie intake by avoiding wheat based foods like cereals, breads, muffins, and pasta (with the exception of 1 cheat day per week if you can't fathom giving up wheat altogether).

4.  Wheat raises your blood sugar even more than table sugar
The type of complex carbohydrate that comprises wheat is called amylopectin A, which is a type of carb that is unique in that it is digested so fast that it highly affects blood sugar more than most other carb sources.  Dr Davis cites studies in his book that prove that wheat bread can raise blood sugar HIGHER than table sugar, due to it's amylopectin A content.

Dr. Davis even states:  "Aside from some extra fiber, eating two slices of whole wheat bread is really little different, and often worse, than drinking a can of sugar-sweetened soda or eating a sugary candy bar."
Dr. Davis discusses the fact that the amylopectin A which is uniquely found in wheat and not other sources of carbs raises blood sugar to a much higher degree than most other carbohydrates sources, regardless of whether they are simple or "complex" carbs.  He continues, "In fact, the degree of processing, from a blood sugar standpoint, makes little difference: Wheat is wheat, with various forms of processing or lack of processing, simple or complex, high fiber or low fiber, all generating similarly high blood sugars."

5.  Excessive wheat consumption leads to visceral fat in the abdomen
If you don't know the difference, you can read my article here about the difference between visceral fat and subcutaneous fat.
There are many causes of visceral fat in the abdomen and Dr Davis isn't trying to fully lay the blame on wheat, but he makes a case that shows that wheat is a heavy contributor to visceral fat.  Through a combination of wheat's trigger on the blood sugar and insulin process in your body, the ability of wheat to automatically increase calorie consumption, as well as the digestive system inflammation characteristics of some of wheat's contituents, including gluten, this all leads to a greater chance of developing visceral fat in your abdomen.
And as you know from my article above, visceral fat is particularly dangerous as once it accumulates in your gut and around your organs, it continuously releases inflammatory molecules into your system.  We've talked before about how high fructose corn syrup and other junk foods can increase visceral fat, but Dr. Davis makes a strong case for how wheat can also contribute to visceral fat accumulation.
The message... Eliminate the wheat (aside from one cheat day per week if you absolutely must), and you'll lose the belly much faster.

6.  Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) and Acid Reflux may be linked to wheat consumption
Dr. Davis makes a good argument in his book showing links between gluten consumption and IBS and acid reflux.  He states, "Eliminate wheat, acid reflux improves, symptoms of IBS improve. Unfortunately, this effect has not been quantified, though investigators have speculated on how large a role gluten plays in non-celiac sufferers of IBS and acid reflux."  Dr. Davis also states that hundreds of his own patients have seen complete or partial relief from IBS and acid reflux with gluten removal from their diet.
If you have IBS or acid reflux, you should at least consider removing wheat from your diet for 2-3 weeks and see if the symptoms go away.  It certainly can't hurt anything to eliminate wheat for a couple weeks (after all, there's nothing "essential" about eating wheat), and if anything, you'll lose some body fat as well in the process.

7.  Wheat consumption leads to accelerated aging
Eating too many wheat products such as bread, bagels, muffins, cereal, crackers, etc increases compounds in your body called Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEs).  I talked in a previous article here about how sugar can make you age faster and how to prevent this.
But it's not just sugar and corn syrup that cause this problem... as we've already mentioned in this article, the main starch in wheat products is a very unique and fast digesting starch called Amylopectin A, which raises blood sugar even more significantly than table sugar.  Due to the significant blood sugar effect of wheat products (yes, even "whole wheat"), this means it increases those nasty AGEs in your body which contribute to premature aging and wrinkles.

8.  Too much wheat in the diet can cause ACNE problems
According to Dr. Davis, pimples (aka, acne) affects up to 95% of 16-18 year olds in western cultures, and even affects 50% of adults over age 25 with intermittent bouts.
But Dr. Davis provides evidence that acne is NOT caused by genetics, but rather almost entirely by diet.  He discusses how cultures that rely on a basic hunter-gatherer diet, or some other form of diet that does not include wheat or sugar, have been curiously acne free (until western diet influences came in of course).
Dr. Davis talks about how acne is nearly universal in young Americans, but does not occur at all in other cultures.  He states, "Some cultures display no acne whatsoever. Cultures as wide ranging as the Kitavan Islanders of Papua New Guinea, the Ache hunter-gatherers of Paraguay, natives of the Purus Valley in Brazil, African Bantus and Zulus, Japan's Okinawans, and Canadian Inuit are curiously spared the nuisance and embarrassment of acne."
Dr. Davis then cites research that shows that once Western influence introduced wheat, sugar, and other processed foods into the diets of the Okinawans, the Inuits, and the Zulus, acne soon followed.

9.  Wheat consumption contributes to heart disease risk
Another interesting chapter in the book Wheat Belly is where Dr. Davis makes a strong case that frequent wheat consumption increases your heart disease risk.
As you may have heard before, the LDL particles in your blood stream can be characterized as large puffy LDL types (which do not contribute to heart disease) or small dense LDL particles (which do contribute to plaque buildup and heart disease).  Dr. Davis states, "Foods that increase blood glucose the most therefore translate into both greater quantities of small LDL and increased glycation of small LDL.  So heart disease and stroke are not just about high cholesterol. They are caused by oxidation, glycation, inflammation, small LDL particles ... yes, the processes triggered by carbohydrates, especially those made of wheat."

10.  Eating wheat adds a large acid burden that your body must deal with
Your body is hard wired to keep a very precise pH level in your body of approximately 7.4.  What foods you consume either contribute acidifying compounds or alkaline compounds.  A natural hunter-gatherer diet is well balanced with the acid compounds of meats being easily counteracted by alkaline producing fruits, nuts, and veggies.  But when you add the acid burden of grains to the equation, the acid-alkaline balance shifts towards acid.
The more acidifying compounds that you eat or drink (soda, grains, sugar are examples), the more your body needs to pull calcium compounds out of your bone to regulate pH in your body.  This can cause weak bones and osteoporosis as you age.
According to Dr. Davis, grains such as wheat account for 38% of the average American's acid load.  Dr Davis states, "Around 10,000 years ago, the formerly alkaline human diet pH balance shifted to the acid side with the introduction of grains, especially the most dominant of grains, wheat.  The modern human diet of plentiful "healthy whole grains" but lacking in vegetables and fruit is highly acid-charged, inducing a condition called acidosis. Over years, acidosis takes it's toll on your bones."
Dr. Davis also cites a University of Toronto study that showed increased gluten intake increased urinary calcium loss by 63%, along with increased markers for bone weakening.  So even if you're not Celiac or gluten sensitive officially, this is yet another reason to consider reducing or eliminating gluten and wheat from your diet.

11.  A link between wheat consumption and joint degeneration, including arthritis
Dr. Davis also includes a chapter about how eating too much wheat over the years is linked to joint problems and pain, including arthritis.  Dr. Davis states: "The more wheat products you consume, the higher and more frequently blood glucose increases, the more glycation occurs. Glycation represents an irreversible modification of proteins in the bloodstream and in body tissues, including joints such as the knees, hips, and hands.  The cartilage in joints is uniquely susceptible to glycation, since cartilage cells are extremely long-lived and are incapable of reproducing."
Dr. Davis continues... "The damage of glycation is cumulative, making cartilage brittle and unyielding, eventually crumbling. Joint inflammation, pain, and destruction results, the hallmarks of arthritis."
The message... if you want healthy joints for life (I know I still want to be enjoying skiing and mountain biking, two of my favorite things in life, for decades to come) then Dr. Davis makes a strong case that eliminating or greatly reducing wheat in your diet can be an important step to help protect your joints as you get older.  And if you already have arthritis, it's a worthy test to eliminate wheat from your diet for a full 3-4 weeks and see if you notice some relief.  After all, what could it hurt... if anything, a side effect of eliminating wheat is that you'll drop some body fat.

Summary and Choices -- Do we eliminate or reduce wheat in our diets? 
As you can see in the 11 major points we've discussed above, there are a lot of negative consequences to your health of eating too much wheat.  And I'd be hard pressed to find any benefits whatsoever of eating wheat.
Fiber content may be the only possible benefit of wheat, however you can easily get more than enough fiber in your daily diet from fruits, nuts, and veggies instead, without the harmful health effects of wheat.
So you have a choice at this point... if you're the type of person who will do anything to improve your health and have a better body, both in looks and internal health, eliminating wheat is your best bet.
But if you're like most people, the thought of never eating wheat cereals, breads, muffins, pasta, and crackers is just too hard to bear.  If you're this type of person, you can still reap the benefits of greatly reducing wheat in your diet, but minimize your consumption to one weekly cheat day.  It helps to only have this cheat day which might include your favorite wheat products at restaurants, so you keep all wheat foods out of your house and not be tempted by them during the week.
Remember that one very pleasant side effect of eliminating wheat at least 6 days a week is that most people reduce their body fat significantly after making this choice and sticking to it.
And as we've talked about in this article, reducing or eliminating wheat can also prevent acne, reduce heart disease risk, slow down the aging process, reduce symptoms of IBS or acid reflux, help stabilize your blood sugar (assuming you're not still eating loads of sugar and wheat-free junk food), reduce diabetes risk, reduce visceral fat in your abdomen, and more!
Considering the possible benefits to our appearance and health, I'll choose to continue to reduce wheat in my diet!  For me, I've chosen to not completely eliminate wheat, but rather to never have it in my house, and only indulge in wheat products on once-weekly cheat days or while on vacation.
Do you want a healthier and better looking body?  The choice is yours!  Although we still need to consider major health killers such as sugar, HFCS, processed soy foods, processed corn foods, trans fats, and other junk foods, the case has been made that wheat is one of the biggest culprits in our health problems.
