Quiroga - 342

THINK TOO MUCH, DO TOO LITTLE

Because it is inevitable that we think infinitely more than in practice we can or dare to do, this contrast must be useful for something, since we have all experienced it and we all suffer from its results, which are well known to everyone, frustration and sense of always falling short of what life wants from us.

This contrast of thinking too much and doing too little, as it is common to everyone, should not punish us with anxiety.

It turns out that we still do not understand, nor do we dare to accept, that the mind is not a computer that processes information and issues commands, but a sophisticated organ of perception, which receives data through the five physical senses, entertaining us with the multiplicity of objective experiences, but also receives information through the sixth sense, which is interior and subjective, which allows us to perceive communion and interdependence.

And above the mind there is still consciousness, which manages and regulates this contrast, but we always forget about it when we seek clarification, and that is why we seem to see a binary universe of contrasts and conflicts, when in fact there is always a trinity of objectivity, consciousness and subjectivity.

Until this becomes knowledge that we live with naturally, we will also continue to be frustrated by imagining that we think too much and do too little, forgetting that frustration is not about thinking more or doing less, frustration is that of consciousness, which is always forgotten in the equation.

It's time to have a little more fun than usual, to take everything in stride so your soul can levitate over the troubles and focus on what really matters, which is living well and being happy most of the time.
